Congratulations Jim Whaley's tires (new branch)! I was surprised to find out that they opened up another one here in Enterprise. I brought my SUV there for steering wheel alignment and TPMS repair just before closing time and they still accommodated me and accepted the job even though they know they will need to stay beyond the shop service hour. And this happened on a Friday, although they are open on Saturdays, they make sure I was taken care of.Staff are the best. Shout out to David... He assisted me from start to finish. I am usually very shy on asking and inquiring but he is very friendly and welcoming. He answered all my questions, not only on the one being serviced, but also my concerns with my other vehicle.I will definitely recommend them to anyone. If you don't have any "regulars" that you go with car trouble, I suggest you give them an opportunity to do the job and hopefully like me... You will be satisfied and will not get disappointed. Definitely my to go place now for car services.

Great service. I was told by another company which I choose not to name that I needed. A new transmission came to Jim wailey for a second opinion. And they told me that I don't need a new transmissi. Really appreciate the honesty and they really took care of me. I will recommend jim wayley's to all my families and friends. Keep up the good work David and JR

We brought the car in to have some service done and the people in the shop were fast and nice! The people up front were even better! Will definitely be coming back!
