Jeff the manager at the Enterprise store was very professional and so helpful with all my car care needs. The Techs we're also Great and made me feel confident in their skills. Overall experience 10s across the board.

Everyone in the store was super super nice and professional. They gave me options on tires and total prices on everything and they answered all of my questions effectively. I will definitely be back. I am extremely satisfied with the total service that I received and the price for the 4 tires I purchased. I will definitely refer customers and will be back.

We recently purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 for my daughter. Being used, I tend to "reset" all the maintenance items I can, which includes tires and lifetime alignment. Mike looked out for me and thought balancing and rotation would not be worth it since the tires were so dry rotted. After speaking with Mike for several more minutes I found him knowledgeable and honest. I ended up purchasing 4 new tires and the car handles and sounds 10x better. When businesses are honest, I will return.

I am from out of town and suddenly had brake issues. The technicians quickly diagnosed an improper repair was completed back home and fixed it in 5 minutes! I can t recommend them enough. Very professional and impressive.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

My skid plate came loose and was scraping the road and I did not have any time to waste getting it taken off before school. I saw that Firestone was open on Sunday and decided to give it a shot. The two individuals working were very friendly and personable. They took the plate off and didn t make me pay a dime! Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Aj is friendly and helpful. The technicians know their stuff and don't mind explaining what's going on if you need it. They changed out my rotors fairly fast on a Sunday, and gave advice and discounts to help with pricing. Overall friendly bunch, you'll feel right at home.

I took my truck in for a rotation and balance this morning. They did a courtesy check on the truck and made some recommendations. They recommended an oil change (the oil was changed 31 days ago) and said it was dark and low. It is so new it is hard to read on the dipstick and wasn't low. 1 year ago they recommended a new serpentine belt (it wasn't bad and I never changed it). Today that same belt 1 year and about 15,000 miles later it was just fine.Don't trust them on any repai recommendations.Service: Tires

The staff was extremely friendly. They were patient with us as we had our two year old with us. The sitting area was stocked with snacks, drinks, coloring pages, crayons and books! These things are normally a hassle but it was a very nice experience at the firestone in Enterprise.Service: TiresService: Tires

It was a Saturday afternoon, my company was traveling from GA to FL and we had a tire issue. The tire had been patched the day before, but after stopping twice to fill it with air, we realized we needed a new tire, but we had limited time. We called Firestone and spoke with Jeff. We informed him of our dilemma and our time restraint and in less than an hour, we had two new tires and were on our way, making it to our destination in reasonable time. Very personable staff, very efficient. Thank you, guys!!

Will not ever go back. They unplugged fans in my car and told me i needed new ones aling with alot more stuff. They did not even do what i brought it thete for. Charged me and did no work to car. They are crooks.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this zero stars I would. My 18 year old son, who is stationed at Fort Rucker, took his truck to this Firestone on Main St in Enterprise, AL to be inspected and repaired. Upon inspection, the Firestone Store Manager informed my son that one of his control arms was 2 too short and causing a pull. They tried to sell him a $600 job to repair this. My husband questioned the store extensively on their findings and nothing that the store was saying made any sense as he recently had done the work on this truck and there were no issues. My husband told my son to get his keys and get out of this store immediately as they were wrong on their diagnosis and trying to take his money. My son took his truck over to Jim Whaley Tires in Enterprise for a second opinion. They performed an alignment and found no other issues. It s been almost a month and no issues have come up. Shame on you Firestone of Enterprise for trying to rob an 18 year old in uniform! I would have expected better!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Dropped my truck off at 7:45 am for a tire rotation, went to pick at 5:30 and it still was not done, had to wait another 1:20. There was no sense of urgency or compassion from any of the employees. I will use the Fort Rucker location from here on out.

All I can say is.. WOW!! The most kind, helpful and thorough auto experience I've ever had. CJ and Robert were top notch!! As a lady- I'm always super apprehensive whenever walking into a car shop solo. These guys were super transparent, very helpful and even reminded me to add my military discount. I never felt like I was being bamboozled. Thank you all so much!! I'll be back for sure.

They found a nail in my tire after I took my vehicle to the Toyota dealer and they could not find anything wrong with my tire. Wonderful service at this Firestone location!!

I have absolutely zero to complain about. Firstly, Christine, my service advisor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and plenty of personality. She knew what I needed and did everything she needed to in order to make sure my needs were met. The mechanic that installed my tires caught a few things that I was unaware of on the courtesy check which goes to prove that they do what they say. I am incredibly pleased with how the whole thing went. They had me in at 9 (my appointment time) and had me out by 10, as promised. I would have no problems going back, nor would I have any issue recommending this to anyone in need of good quality auto service. Professional service can be difficult to find sometimes, so a clean, courteous shop like this one stands out even more.

Enterprise Firestone, had my truck for 3 hours and didn t take the time to see were the leak was coming from. They made a statement that they took the tire off and dunked it and couldn t find the leak although you could see the nail. So I had to go to the Firestone on Fort Rucker they did a awesome job had my tire fixed in 20 minutes.Service: TiresService: Tires

The guy up front, I think his name was CJ? Was able to work some magic and get my oil change squeezed in before a trip to Atlanta. Dothan was booked for the day, and they were also very busy, but they made it happen and I'm so appreciative! Top tier customer service!

Update: tires got messed up. Had to buy new tires under warranty price. It s 2 months later and my oil light came on so I went to Valvoline to just go ahead and get it done, however they informed me that my drain plug is messed up from Firestone doing my oil change and my oil pan is messed up as well. The people are nice but I just called and no manager will be in until Monday (it s Friday 2pm my time) (1pm their time) went to my local Firestone and they don t have an employee certified to do the fix. I m up a creek without a paddle. Don t let these techs touch your car.*********2 months ago*******Set an appointment up one day online, came in next day when appointment was set and was told that the online system was broken. So they scheduled me a appointment for the next day, however they scheduled me at 9 am with another 9 am appointment for an oil change. I was asked about an alignment and opted to get an life time alignment and air filter, the alignment was not correct bc they didn t want to adjust the rear upper control arms of my suv and did not get the toe set correctly so my suv still pulls to the right when I paid 315$ for them to do the work on my car. Filled out survey and informed corporate how dissatisfied I was with service and never heard back.

Horrible service. I arrive Dec 6 at 150 pm for my 2 pm appt for all wheel alignment. I was done and out at 221 pm. They aligned all 4 ties, did a vehicle inspection (that recommended I have $2500 more work done on my 2016 Fusion that has only 70k miles) and test drive my vehicle all in 31 minutes?!?!?! Is that even possible. After getting home my husband asked for paperwork and there was no print out showing what the diagnostic check showed BEFORE the alignment. When I called back they said they didn t have it. Was the alignment even completed???? They told me to bring the car back and they will put it on the machine and print out what it is now . Really Firestone, that doesn t tell me anything about the issue before hand. We called Firestone in Dothan and they told us an all wheel alignment would take a minimum of 45 minutes and you did all that in 31 minutes NO WAY!!!! This is the first time we have had any issues. Usually my husband is with me but that day he had to go to work. Do not use them take your vehicle so where else!!!

Told my nephew not to use this place. #FirestoneRipoff. We will be using discount tires in dothan from here foward. Oh and I will be there bright and early Monday morning. I hope the manager is there!
