I have been to an Express Oil Change. I was worried to spend several hours waiting for a king line. Michelle and George provided great and efficient service. They have great customer service, provide some good laughs and hand sanitizer. It was also cheaper than anywhere else

Super awesome and professional team!In town on business, and the brake light came on in my 2020 Audi A5 on Sunday. I reached out to Express auto for an appointment later in the week (assuming they might need a day or 2 to get parts). First thing Monday morning I get a call back, saying they can get the parts same day and I could come in sooner than my requested appointment.Within a couple hours, I had new brakes, rotated tires and the oil changed.... all in one stop.Your team of technicians saved me the time and headache of finding a VW/Audi service center (with availability) before my road trip home next week.Thank you all again. Ill be sure to be a returning Express Oil Change & Tire Engineer customer for my smart repair needs.

I called to ask about reattaching my skid plate and they got me right and and promptly took care of me! George was extremely helpful and kind and I will definitely be back in the future for any tire and oil services! I'm very appreciative of the service and kindness I received here!! The manager George was very friendly and honest. I had a screw stuck in my tire right before trying to get back to Atlanta for my flight and he was able to take a look at it and get it repaired. He didn t try to swindle me like most tire places would. He was truthful and acted with integrity. If I ever have another issue while in town, I will for sure bring my vehicle back to Express Oil Change & Tire.

My car was diagnosed and repaired promptly. Their genuine concern for getting me back on the road is greatly appreciated - especially for a senior woman who depends on their honest care. The crew is great. They are my "go to guys"!

Had a 100,000 mile tune-up done by George. He did excellent work, no pressure, friendly and courteous! Jeremiah, Michelle and the whole crew are awesome! No place I'd rather go! Keep up the great work!

Our van broke down and we were fairly certain it was the alternator. We had it towed to this facility (it was Sunday and everything was closed) and spoke with them Monday explaining what we thought it was and why. After checking it out, they assured us it was just the battery, but were quick to give a list of other things they wanted to fix (that had nothing to do with the issue at hand.) They also charged us $400 for diagnostics, battery, and installation. A little over 24 hours later, we are sitting on the side of the road with the same issue.Edit: as we suspected, it is the alternator; which is being replaced now. That should have been replaced the first time, which would've prevented us from sitting in the dark, roadside, with a toddler, waiting fit a tow and a ride. I see it response from the owner and my hubby is reaching out. I'll update later.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! I always have a great experience here. The guys are always friendly and thorough on everything they do. I had a leak and called Express Oil to ask questions. Chuck and Tim came to my house to assess what was going on. They found it to be a sensor, filled up my oil, ordered the part, and I was off to the shop. The technicians were right on top of it when I got there. My oil changes are always great when I go there. The guys go over all safety requirements and recommend when something is needed, but will not try to sell you something you don't need. I definitely recommend for your service needs!

The staff at Express was fantastic and very knowledgeable! They changed my oil, checked coolant and wiper fluid. Recommended filter changes but didn t have the filters. I went and got the filters plus windshield wipers and they installed them! Thank you George, Michelle and the whole team! We will most definitely be back!

Great experience. They were one of the few shops open during the weekend and my truck was way over due for new tires and an oil change. George was able to give me a great deal on a new set of tires and an oil change. They had the tires delivered from Dothan within an hour and had me out the door at a great price.

Had my first visit today and it went very smoothly. Everyone was very nice. I asked about a tire rotation and they told me that they did not think I needed to do one. They are honest about what you need and are a great service. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need another oil change!

From start to finish, the best customer service for auto servicing in Enterprise (and possibly further). Everyone was very attentive and clear about what they were doing. They work quick and efficiently. Shoutout to George and Eric for being awesome at what they do. Highly recommend and definitely returning for all of our vehicle servicing needs!

I went to express oil change and tire engineering here in enterprise and was not disappointed. Within seconds I was helped by two kind and very respectful men named George & Jeremiah. I needed my skid plate replaced but they saved me money by fixing it. They both ensured it was back intact and would not come off easily so now I don t have to worry about anything getting up underneath my car to damage anything even more expensive.I ve never had a problem when coming here since I moved here to Alabama and I would recommend them to anyone and if u go there I definitely would recommend getting helped by George or Jeremiah because they will take care of you for sure.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My truck died at a local business and had it towed to Express Oil and was quoted $700 to replace the transmission cable and had to order the cable W/overnight shipping and left the car overnight. At 8:15 the next morning George called and told my wife the truck was fixed and said the total would be $160.When I got there to pick it up I was told that Jeremiah found the problem and fixed it!I was only charged for the Tow and electronic analysis. It's refreshing to know that Express Oil only charged me for the work done! George & Jeremiah are two of the best and are honest mechanics! (Which you don't find these days, unfortunately) I recommend them to anyone needing any vehicle repairs. Thank You and Merry Christmas!

I always have a great experience at Express Oil Change! They do a great job and get things done quickly. Brandon and Eric also provided some lighthearted entertainment with their banter which made the short wait a little fun. They were attentive and made sure they got the job done while still having a good time.

I love love love this location! The service is quick & everyone is friendly. Eric is that guy!!! I thought I would have to pay a lot to fix the heat in my truck & he checked my filters & fixed the problem without even being asked.10/10 highly recommend!

Theses ladies and gentlemen are AWESOME!!!! I travel 1.5 hours for work everyday, so today 10/09 I was able to arrive 20 minutes before closing and they treated me so well. I have been at other locations where they just turn me away. Great group of folks!!! Highly recommend.
