After visiting several local dealerships in Florida and not finding what we were looking for or being treated like second-class citizens, we decided to expand our search. We found one of the cars on our list on Enterprise Kia s website at an amazing price. We called and were quickly greeted by Moses who confirmed the car we were interested in was still available. He was able to put all the numbers together for us and get us top dollar for our trade over the phone. His patience and attentiveness to our needs began even before stepping into the dealership. He sent us multiple options at our request without hesitation. After feeling confident with our options we decided to take the hour and a half drive up to Enterprise Kia to look at the car and take it for a test drive, and we were not disappointed. Upon arriving Moses had the vehicle fully charged and ready to go for the test drive. After a healthy amount of deliberation, we decided to take the car. He never appeared impatient or annoyed. He gave us the space we needed to look things over and make a decision, but was still there to answer all of our questions, and never pressured us into anything. We felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process. His words, I work for you. , really emphasized the dedication he has to his customers. He made our car buying experience, quick and painless, and even gave us a nice tour of their stunning state of the art facility. By the end of our tour meeting parts and service, the paperwork was ready to sign. No high pressure upsells or anything. After a few short minutes, the car was ours. We walked out of finance and Moses had the car pulled up and ready for delivery after a fresh bath. If you are looking for a new car and want to feel like a celebrity go to Enterprise Kia and ask for Moses, you won t regret it.

I d leave a negative star if that was possible. I bought a used car from them and the salesman flat out lied to me about the service quality of the vehicle. He lied about the mileage, I wrote that off as a normal human error, I do that daily too so it wasn t a big deal. Since then, then car has given me nothing but problems and I m unable to sell it in Texas (stationed in Fort Bliss) because of their engine light requirement, Google it, I m not sure what it s called. Their new cars are all probably fine and good but do not buy any used vehicles from them. Appreciate Enterprise KIA for selling a U.S. Soldier a lemon car.

Moses took very care of me, when I was looking to get a new car. I have purchased from Kia before, but he was amazing and made it so easy for me during the process. Super Friendly and quick dealer. Moses was knowledgeable, attentive, kind and moved the process along for us. He even delivered the vehicle to me when it needed to have some treatment done to the seats. Steve in finance was quick and direct with what we asked for.

Was promised our newly purchased van to be cleaned and a back vent installed that was broken. Wife was told sales people said we were all in agreement we would install the vent cover ourself. Why would we agree to install a vent cover in a KIA vehicle when we are purchasing it from a KIA dealership? Car cleaning never happened on inside which also was promised. The only saving grace at the place was the service manager J.D. sales department completely dropped the ball.

They took care of me when I needed a new car. Put me in a 2021 Kia Soul and I love it! Four months later and the check engine light came on. They are going above and beyond and helping me get my car fixed when they didn't have to. I just wanted to write about my experience with JD and the service dept. My family and I were heading from TN to Destin, FL on vacation when our car went into limp mode and our check engine light started flashing. We were stuck beside the Interstate in Evergreen, AL and limped into an Oreilly's Auto Parts. We called our dealer in Johnson City, TN and he stated "you are too far away for me to help you" so I googled KIA dealerships. I came across Enterprise KIA and talked to JD in service. He was a life saver! He helped us locate a tow company and waited after hours for us to arrive to see what the issue was. His #1 priority was to make sure we were safe and got the car to him. We were over 500 miles from home, in an area we weren't familiar with, and honestly nervous about the whole situation. Once we arrived to JD he immediately got our car pulled in and personally drove us to a hotel for the night. The next morning he informed us that he would have to replace the engine and Kia was paying for it because of the rod bearing issue. He picked us up from the hotel personally drove us to a rental car company so that we could continue on our vacation. Over the next two weeks he kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle, sent pictures, and made calls periodically. We aren't use to the treatment he gave us and haven't got that from our local dealer in TN. When we asked JD about servicing the transmission, he didn't try to sell us on a service we didn't need and stated that "it wasn't recommended"... He could have sold us a service we didn't need very easily but chose to do the right thing. When our car was completed last Friday I asked him to drive it home for the weekend to check it out before we came and got it to drive it over 500 miles home. He said "I think that is a great idea and would be happy to do that for you".... (He didn't have to do that). When we arrived on Monday he had our car ready and we were confident in the work his department had done! He opened the door for my wife and we were on our way home. He checked on us periodically throughout Monday and had a genuine interest that we made it home safely. Overall JD is a top notch guy, made a terrible situation comfortable, and went above and beyond what his role calls for him to do! He stated that he was "just doing his job" when we appreciated all that he done for us.... We appreciate the professional service he provided and courtesy that he provided to our family! I wish we had a JD in Johnson City and would definitely recommend JD to anyone around Enterprise or traveling through that area!

Great customer service, worked with me and helped me a lot. Was able to drive off the lot with a brand new car and they've helped with any and all problems I've experienced. My favorite was Liz, she was an amazing help during the whole process and the dealership is lucky to have her.

Everybody here was absolutely amazing as they did everything they could do to get me started into a new vehicle. The guys in management were amazing and extremely helpful and the sales reps were also on their toes and very well educated on their knowledge of everything on the lot. I purchased a Kia Carnival SX Prestige and the service I received was above and beyond any service I have ever received at any car dealership! I was at home with a sick kiddo and Liz went out of her way to bring the vehicle to me so I could see it and check it out. She was very knowledgeable on the details pertaining to this specific vehicle. When she couldn't figure out how to latch the seat back, instead of lying her way through it, she went and got help and it was all a learning experience. Although, I plan to keep this vehicle for a very long time, when I do plan to get a new vehicle, I will for sure be back to Kia Enterprise. I would 100% would recommend then and Liz if anyone is in need of a new or used vehicle.

Very bad experience today. THE PROOF IS IN THE PICTURES. BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a 2023 KIA Sportage Hybrid. I noticed it was getting less than 28 miles per gallon. The window sticker claimed it would get 38 city and 38 highway. When I test drove the vehicle I questioned this efficiency, but I still bought the vehicle. After a 45 minute drive, I could tell the car was getting less than 27 MPG on the highway. I tried to return the car within one hour of purchasing it. The manager (Scott Schiver) of the dealership laughed at me and told me there are no returns. They would not give me my car back or my money back. They made me leave without even letting me use the bathroom. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE. I drove the car back to Atlanta. I averaged less than 27 MPG on my first 330 miles -- all highway.

Great people that work there. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have and even products they don t have. I like how friendly everyone is, even the service department. The service is spot on and they get you in as fast as possible and mostly it s before any other dealer can. I really appreciate the finance team over there for giving me a ton of options to choose from when purchasing my vehicle. They made it very simple and easy to understand. The managers up from were very helpful through the whole process and made us feel comfortable while we were there. I ll definitely be referring my friends and family here. Thanks guys.

Kind people and understanding. My car has serious damage from a deer accident and they have been so vigilant to make sure I'm taken care of and my car is fixed for an affordable price. I would recommend getting a car from here as well as just regular vehicle maintenance.I also really enjoy the lounge area they have for customers while waiting for their vehicle. It's clean and relaxing.

Dropped off a car for a several recalls and they fixed all of them in timely manner. The service writer JD was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and informed me that he didn't tell a customer No! He took me to where I needed to be dropped off when I took car in no problem/questions! On my return he explained each and every recall as well as very detailed explanation of the how and why of the entire process it took to fix them.

Vehicle was brought in for issues with fuel pump the first week of March. I am notified the work is complete the second week of April and the vehicle is ready for pickup. When I arrive I notice the hood is open. An employee claimed I brought in a vehicle with a dead battery and that the hood was open so it could be jumped off. I informed them that the battery was in good condition when I left. The employee responds that he knew I was not implying he was wrong. He told me he knew the car had been jumped off multiple times and that I knew the battery was bad. I have owned the car for nine months and have not had a single issue with the battery. During the drive home my infotainment system powered off multiple times. My blinkers did not produce audio inside the vehicle when in use. My headlights powered off multiple times. Thankfully I was able to make it to a parts store that confirmed the battery was completely drained and could not crank without a jump. The parts store offered to sell me a battery at a lower price than the dealership and it came with a warranty. This dealership showed me without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If the battery had been discharged by accident and they apologized I would not be writing this. To call me a liar and make a statement like "I know you're not implying" is completely uncalled for. If I could leave a zero star review I would.If you plan to leave a comment asking me to call a customer service number don't bother. Cut a check for the new battery or leave me alone.

We found a vehicle that we were interested in and contacted this dealership about setting up a time and day to test drive it. We spoke with a salseman named Curly who confirmed that the vehicle was still available and arranged for us to meet the� following day as we would be driving from 3 hours away. Two hours from the dealership, Curly called to confirm our appointment.� Upon arriving, we met Curly by the vehicle we were interested in. We began talking about a discrepancy in the price he was quoting versus the advertised price because the advertised price was $4000 lower than what Curly was quoting. He immediately said he'd have to go inside and check with the manager about the price difference. When he returned he suddenly said, "sorry, but the vehicle has been sold!" He said that someone called and placed a $10,000 deposit on it yesterday and would be by today to get it and it was no longer available.� We were speechless! He had comirmed our appointment and the vehicle's availability twice before we arrived, one of those times as recent as two hours prior. Although this was upsetting, we understood that sometimes these things happen. Except that a moment later, the manager comes out and joins us and says, "oh yeah, I bought the vehicle!" A completely different story than what Curly had just said. I don't recall ever dealing with a situation as unprofessional and dishonest as these two portrayed. We were angry amd stunned, but felt helpless to the situation as they stood side by side with their made-up story. We told them that this whole situation was shady and unethical. It is unbelievable that this is allowed to happen at a well-known dealership where we had an expectation of being treated with the same courtesy and respect that we gave. While i know it isn't fair to say this about an entire dealership, it is difficult not to think this way when the manager himself took the time to come out to face us and tell us a story that wasn't true knowing that we'd gone to great lengths to get there that day. Very unethical, dishonest, and unprofessional.

I came here to get my radio screen fixed because it had air bubbles in it. My car was still under warranty, so it was free to get my radio screen fixed. However, while I was waiting in the lobby, I was told that they accidentally cracked my dash, and that I would need to come back to get that fixed but that it would be free. I was fine with that as mistakes sometimes happen. After I left that day, I noticed four different scuffs where the radio was pried off by the technician. Today, I came back to get the crack replaced, and I showed the scuffs because that needed to be replaced too. As it was in perfect condition before I came to get the air bubbles in my radio fixed. I was told by JD that their technician did not have to pry the radio off to fix the air bubbles. However, I was told by Kelly that he had to take the radio off, the parking gear, etc. I KNOW that there was no pry marks on my radio before I came to Kia Enterprise. JD went and got the technician that worked on my car, and he said that he did not remove the radio. He was lying straight through his teeth. It s his word over mine. I m the customer, and at a dealership I am expecting expert care. That is NOT what I received here. My car is worse off than it was before I ever brought it here. It s extremely disappointing and frustrating that I wasn t even believed. Especially when I know for a fact that my radio had no pry marks on it prior to coming here. There are four different pry marks, and one is a small crack. Obviously, the customer does not come first at this dealership. DO NOT come here! Trust me, you will be very, very disappointed.
