If I could rate any lower I would , everything started fine , very friendly service.My husband hit a deer on our 2021 Chevrolet 2500 and bent the bumper , it messed up the shutters behind the bumper which let's the engine know the air intake. They ordered the parts ($728.00) and we took the truck in, after almost a week I had to call and get details of the progress. I was informed then the bumper was bent and it was difficult for them to get to the shutters so I understood and a couple of days later I was called saying it was ready. I picked it up and and paid the labor ($1028.00) and did not make it far before the engine light was back on and the same issue again. I called back the next morning and was told to bring it back and let them keep it a couple of days to check it out, that was October 26th. After taking it in I did not hear anything from them so I called November 2nd to get an update and was put on hold forever until finally I was told the problem was that I had actually paid for upper and lower shutters but somehow only the upper one's were replaced so give them a couple of days and not to worry I had paid for labor and parts already. , at this point it is getting to seem like they have no idea of what they are doing. I was told by them they are not a body shop which I fully understand but I was not there for body work. I asked beforehand did I need to replace the bumper first but was assured they could get it. So a day later I was called and told the bumper was bent and they could not get the lower shutters because of that and was asked if I already had my replacement bumper , I explained I did have it and they asked if I could get it to them and they would replace the bumper and shutters for me, I was still happy because I assumed they were being really helpful which I believe the guy I had been speaking to was and not his fault at all. We had to load the bumper on a trailer and haul it to them because it was freighted in, ( steel bumper and ranch hand) . I was called on the 5th to pick up the truck that they could not fix it and was told again they are not a body shop. Umm they requested I bring it to them. My problem is not that they could not fix it but the condition I received it back in, not to mention the money I spent there for WHAT??? I am posting pictures of how they received it and how it was returned with no apologies or even a care that they basically mutilated the truck. Looks to me as though they were able to remove the bumper as you can see they just threw it along with the new one in the back, Also the shutters were never replaced that I clearly paid the labor on, they are lying in the back seat with screws, bolts etc. This is what I picked up on November the 6th. Very disappointed in the service and hopefully this review will help so that no one else goes through this. The first photo is how it looked when we took it in, the other three is how they retuned it to us, no apologies, no refunds nothing from them about this at all.

6 and a half hours for a scheduled change of a headlight where they broke a metal retaining clip for the grill that they failed to mention, fix, or compensate for. I suggest you take your business elsewhere for services. No text updates or responses nor explanation for why a job they stated would take 1-3 hours took so much extra time. They were very friendly, and have done fine work in the past. That all being said, the work is pricey and such delays and lack of communication are unacceptable. We ve taken our other vehicle to GM of Enterprise as comparison, and upon review of both experiences, Chevrolet of Enterprise has left us wanting.

Excellent and enjoyable experience! My direct salesman was a joy to work with and explained everything concerning the purchase in great detail. The sales manager worked with my requests in securing favorable finance terms and the paperwork was organized in order to facilitate the signing of the contracts! The sales manager also worked with my request to transfer certain installed items from my trade-in to the new purchase and the service department was excellent in notifying me how long the process would take and performed the maintenance in a professional and courteous manner! The entire dealership should be commended! It was a great experience and I would gladly purchase there again!

We had a miscommunication during the deal. Normally, dealerships will stick to their guns and never admit wrongdoing. This one was different. They took the hit and stood on their promise. They didn't guilt me afterward, and were nice to me during the whole process. I commend all these guys. Traditionally, people treat car salesmen with disrespect. Give these guys a chance before you do

They stick to their word and will make every effort to make sure you're happy doing business here.I recently left a negative review due to a problem in the purchase process of a new 2023 Colorado.As soon as they became aware of the issue, the team at Enterprise Chevrolet immediately made every effort they could to address our concerns.They scheduled a follow up as soon as they could to bring the vehicle back, detail it, and add the missing piece that was meant to go with the truck.I often don't expect corporations to react to negativity on a small scale (like a review.) It's something I feel is easy for them to ignore.However, this group did something that is a first for me. Not only did they react in a positive way, they honored their credibility and integrity by acknowledging their neighbor and fixing the problem.Go get yourself a truck here, and find Nate the Cowboy when you do it.

Big thank you to Enterprise Chevrolet and my sales Rep. Nate! Nate is the man, he made the car buying experience all about me and took the burden of car buying off my shoulders, by being laid back and personable. He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed! He took care of me and my family the moment we walked through the door. Daniel Jersey and Mike Turner (Mike if I got that wrong please forgive me) are absolutely amazing. Seriously, their customer service is a force to be reckoned with. If you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Dan. Don't let the limited inventory scare you, they own 5 dealerships that they can pull vehicles from. stopped by to see a few trucks, representative that helped me was Cory. Looked at a few different models and Cory was extremely helpful. I would recommend Cory to friends and family. Cory & I talked numbers after a test drive. He was respectful even though I had my eye on a completly Different Truck that was beening traded in and not available that night. Cory gets high marks. In re to Chevrolet very disappointing that they do not offer military specials like Dodge and Ford. I prefer Dodge but I am open minded, not anymore. I will stick to Dodge.

Called the service department to check price and availability for a engine tune-up on my vehicle. Transfered to service, had 3 different people pick up and said hold for service, the 3rd person disconnected the call (inadvertently or too inconvenient to handle or accidentally) I did not nor will not call back or show up in person. I'll find another dealer or service center to go to.

Had a 0900am appointment for an oil change, which I was 10 minutes early for. My truck sat and didn't get taken in until 0930am. No communication from the service people letting me know they were running behind. I don't appreciate having my time wasted.

It was my first service that came with purchase of my 2022 Equinox LT. I got very little friendly customer service, which was very disappointing.When I originally purchased my car they were unable to clean and detail my car at the time of purchase, even though I was at the dealership for 3.5hrs. My son took it to back 3 days later and it was not able to be done then. On 10/17 when I was there for service I had asked for it to be detailed and was given a difficult time to get it done by sales mgr. sorry I didn't get his name. It was finally done, the gentleman that did the detail was very courteous and professional.I guess what I'm saying is that I trusted Enterprise Chevrolet to spend $32,900.00 and expected overall better customer service. Because at the end of day service after the sale goes along way.

Service dept personnel, that I dealt with, seemed short and gave the impression the day was not going good for them. Oil chg and tire rotation went OK. Noise in rear of truck, when rolling from a stop, was blown off as "we did not find anything". Gear changing, Jerking, problem was dismissed Even though I had had it in before for same problem and was a factory transmission fluid problem. I don't know if there was a staff problem or some other problem today, but the mood was not good. Just the opposite on Salesforce, everyone was very courteous and friendly.

I coordinated with Jonathan (service Dept) and his team to do some work on my car. He explained what they would have to do and what I could expect. I didn t have any issues from the moment I dropped off my car to when I picked it up. The team was very professional and courteous! I feel confident to return if my car requires any maintenance issues.Update: 30 January 2022 I was traveling and experienced issues with my corvette. I called Joel at the service department and he told me as soon as I arrived in town to stop by and they would look at it. They got me in immediately and diagnosed the problem and I was able to leave with the car running top notch. Thanks so much Enterprise Chevrolet!Update: 10 February 2023 Enterprise Chevrolet just completed my service. Got me in with little notice and I m thankful for their great customer service!

Service was good. I arrived an hour and half early that got me in and out within about 2 hours. But the mechanic or service tech left a hand grease prints on the driver side A piller. I m not mad because my truck is a mess but something like that shouldn t be happening and if did in my wife s car. That would be a problem. Other wise good service.
