Don't go to Ft. Rucker - Firestone for service. The base service station attempted to overcharge me for mounting and balancing my tires. However, for the same price the base attempted to charge me this dealership mounted my new tires, balanced them and did a front end alignment. (Total Win for the small guy). The guys that work at this dealership service bay are outstanding. Drop your auto off and give them the time. It is worth it in the long run, allow them the time to do the job right it is worth the lack of head ache and the price point is much better than the service station on Rucker. One last hit at the service at Ft. Rucker who really need to watch "Seinfeld - The Car Reservation" it is obvious they have no clue about keeping appointments for service.Service: Auto maintenance

I can't say too much, honestly. I won a sweepstakes, and the prize was a $5.00 gift card, so that was nice. Other than that I haven't done business here. However, the building was clean, the people I spoke to were nice, and parking was simple.

They had a car deal going on with 84 months. Well when you get here no one qualified but you can buy a new truck for a lot more money. Their sweepstakes was a scam. The saleslady kept walking away then she comes back and says how I can't buy a used truck for 84 months AS ADVERTISED, but I can buy a newer one for 48 months.

Had power steering flushed. My only interaction here has been with the service department and they are fantastic! Super nice and assists eager to help! Highly recommend!

A scheduled oil change took over an hour and fifteen minutes! Cost $56 dollars! I think I'll go where it's done in about 20 minutes, they vacuum the interior, and it costs a little under $40!?
