If I could give this service department zero stars, I would.Had 1pm appointment for an oil change for 2023 F150. Truck went to service bay right on time. At 2:30pm, I checked on the status of my truck (I waited in their waiting area). Was told truck had been done for a while and cashier was supposed to have paged me but apparently never did. What an insane waste of my time. To add injury to insult, the tech did not even reset my oil life. This service was so terrible that I question if my oil was even changed and I am now making an appointment elsewhere to make sure it gets changed.This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will most definitely never do business with Ed Sherling Ford again.Wow. Just completely speechless...

Great family owned business, have purchased all my ford vehicles over the past 27 years from this dealer ship. Not only do you get a great vehicle you get loyalty and great service. I have had this F150 for 10 years and when I bring it in for service I am always treated like a new customer.

Always prompt and thorough on service. Love how friendly all the employees are and they don t hesitate to answer questions. They always calm to let me know of any changes to the repairs and what all was done.

They were nice, but they re pretty busy, you might consider going elsewhere. I told them what was wrong with my car (literally broke down) and they got it running. I paid a good chunk of change but I need my car and they got to it when they could. The check engine light is still on so I should probably get that checked, but I might consider going elsewhere.

I'm torn on this review. I want to give the maintenance department 5 stars, but the sales department 2 or less. Service has been amazing, fast, friendly, and reliable.Sales, I've yet to purchase a vehicle from here because of their arrogant attitudes, rediculious pricing, lowball figures on trade in values, poor inventory, and disrespectful salespeople.I find a personal pride in shopping local and supporting the local community, but this sales department has made it impossible.

I was trying to sell my car. The guy who is in charge of buying cars was really rude. You cant say that you do business with people with that attitude. Definitely not the one you would do business with. This is how you lose customers.

I bought my brand new 2019 mustang of that year through Ed Sterling and conducted all of my service through them. I ordered a set of tires in (2021) and they never informed me they don't do wheel alignments until the tire was damaged a little over 15k miles later. I had to purchase another tire and take it to another company for an alignment. I was reimbursed for the alignment but not the tire. The tire wouldn't have been damaged if I would've been informed during the purchase of the set.Though all of the services and tire rotations, you should inform your customers this dealership doesn't do alignments.

Ed Sherling Ford has worked on my truck 4 times for the same issue and it is still NOT fixed. They have had it for nearly a month all together. They just don t have any quality techs anymore. They have even stooped as low as telling me to try taking my truck to another dealership because they have a great technician there! Why can t they fix it? It s under warranty? And you have to call all the time to get updates on your vehicle. Christian was the only guy that was helpful. Everyone else had an attitude. I m so frustrated! I will never buy another Ford again because of this experience!

Paid $2200 to get our truck from service that they have had since the end of March!! I finally called in June and got service Manager and he had no idea how long it had been there. Finally on Aug 17th we picked up truck . Got in it and had 4 blown fuses already before even leaving the lot. Then inside of truck was trashed. Grease spots from one end to the other. One of the grill lights that came from Ford is broke. Wires tied up under hood. Ketchup packets and bottle waters all in floor boards. I want a call from the President of Ed Sherling !!

Truck been there for 5 months! Even Ford engineers can't figure out the problem. Service writers do not listen to customer. Dealership does not care about the customer. Money is the bottom line at this dealership. Finally picked up my truck and it was left nasty. Been there 5 MONTHS. The suggestion was bring it back and we will clean it up. 5 MONTHS and could not clean before I got there. I got called on a Wednesday and picked up on Friday. They could not clean before I got there?

I brought my truck in for service promptly at 0800 as scheduled. The Service team was extremely helpful, courteous, and completed my requested service (The Works) within one hour, sending me on my way prior to 0900. I will continue to use Ed Sherling Ford and strongly recommend their service department for anyone looking for a dependable service team.

Have mixed feelings about experience front counter staff was great, very welcoming and courteous. Service was quickly done and very cost effective compared to other. Only complaint I have is that when my truck was returned it appears as if someone had gone through personal effects.

Took my car in for a airbag recall and the young gentleman at the front was so polite and professional. They got my car in and out with no problems at all, was there less than an hour. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and professional as well. Thanks again for taking care of my car and making the process quick and easy!

Went here to try and trade in a vehicle. It was brand new, no issues. Only 300 miles, I just regret getting it.KBB trade in value of my vehicle is around 27-29k.They offered me 20kWow. Ridiculously insulting.

Let's start with the way they hide the purple heart parking sing. I had no idea that I was parking correctly. I AM A PURPLE HART VET. Unlike the clown who told me that we have to earn the right. I WONT DISPLAY MY ISSUES TO CLOWNS IF ONE WOULD ASK I WILL PROVIDE MY PERMISSION.Also it's the perfect parking FOR YOUR DILIVERY SURE . anit that nice.ED SHIRLING IS A CLOWN AND DISRESPECTFUL TO RETIRED PURPLE HART DISABLED VET.WONT EVER BE BACK TO THE CLOWN SHOW.AS YOU SAID YOU HAVE TO EARN IT.good day... Not happy with the new service representatives. They take it upon themselves to not do what you ask due to additional charges being applied. If I didn t want to pay the charges, I wouldn t have ask to be called, nor would I have asked for the service. Nick and David were great, the new guys not so much!

If I could I d give this place 0-stars. I don t even know where to begin. First they don t communicate at all, I ve had to call multiple times for an update, and they all told me different things. My car has been there for a month, and still has not been fixed. They just keep telling me it s a process and that it s gonna be longer than a month over something that shouldn t take longer than a week and a half. Instead they took 2 weeks to order the part for the motor (while there s a recall on this make of car), and have not provided me with any form of a loaner vehicle, while I ve been without a car for a month now. They give customers attitude and don t care about the way they treat there customers. Never will buy another car from Ford, especially through this dealership, as people here need BETTER training or they shouldn t be in this field of work. I wouldn t even take my bike there to get its tires pumped.

My car has been in the shop for a week, I took it to this shop Tuesday last week, supposed to have gotten it Friday. The staff is friendly however, every staff we speak to tells us a different story when we call to check on our vehicle, such as: (11am) Friday, it ll be ready at 2:30pm.Get over there at 3:00pm and the car is not ready, it ll be Monday ..Monday at (12-noon)it s ready, but the technician is at lunch and he has to check it out before it can be let go! (2pm) it s not ready yet , 4:pm, it s ready, waiting on the technician , then 4:15, the part didn t come in until this afternoon, the technician has been swamped, and it s not ready yet and it will be tomorrow. Had I known that it would have taken a week for my car to get what needed to be done ,( which takes most mechanics two days) I would have gotten a rental. Thank you for the inconvenience. NOW, because they ordered a wrong part or a part for another type of car, my car won't be ready for another day!!!

After calling around, Ed Sherling Ford had the best priced Oil Change / Tire Rotation out of anyone else in town. You couldn't beat their prices and friendly staff.I figured since I have an Armada, I would go to Nissan. Then I called and found out Nissan charges double if not almost triple what Ford does. Absolute robbery.Ed Sherling Ford did a fantastic job and can't wait to take my Nissan back to Ford for my next oil change.

Great staff & not too pushy. I bought a truck here a few years ago & they still send me best wishes on my birthday and holidays. Makes me feel special, you know? I like that. I take my truck there at least twice a year for my bi-anual . Great prices. Less than surrounding competiters.

Had a significant job ( recall) done to a f-150 xlt done and the service guy's were very friendly and informative. I was expecting them to have offered a loner since my vehicle was in the shop for 2 day's and I expect them to return my truck the same way I gave it to them clean; yes it was dirty. The seat was sat in dirty and floor mats and step into the truck. But other than that, great service and friendly folks.

No longer recommend for service or repairs. They simply don't have the skills to do more than oil changes anymore. It is, what it is. The mechanic trade is a dying art. Having vehicles come back with zip ties holding together engine components isn't acceptable. Have spent the past year trying to stay on top of the maintenance on my vehicles and they just come back worse than when they go in. Gave it one more shot just because it's the closest option to me. But I just can't take my cars here anymore. I'll drive the hour or more to find a better shop. If you must take your car here, absolutely make sure you have done all the troubleshooting to identify the exact problem and give very precise instructions on the desired outcome. Involve Ford corporate customer service from the beginning. The dealership does not follow service procedure and has no internal quality control process. As of writing this Ford corporate has recommended I take my vehicle to another local dealer with a higher service rating for assessment. Hate that it went this way. But you can only go round with someone so many times before you just understand they're not cut out for the level of work being asked of them. This is not what I bought a Ford extended warranty for. Lastly if they do anything that requires your wheels be removed, check your lug nuts. The last two times my explorer went in it came back with at least two or more chrome lug nuts missing and replaced with cheap generic steel ones that do not match.

Walked around in the parking lot for around 30 minutes and not one single person offered to help me. Drove all the way from Dothan. I was ready to buy a new lariat F150. They lost a lot of money cause lazy employees. I'll go spend my money somewhere else that has better customer service.
