These guys are great! My check engine light came on right before a long trip, and the mechanic met me, tested it, corrected the issue on the spot, and sent me on my way. Very professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy.

Their pricing was good, and they had the car ready when they said it would be, but there s a few things I find inexcusable for an auto shop, like letting you drive away with broken parts and not telling you.I brought my car in to have the transmission replaced, which they completed. After picking up my car the first thing I noticed was that the suspension was knocking or cracking when I went over bumps. When I got home I went to investigate what was making the sound an noticed that my passenger side engine splash guard was gone.Then about a week later as I was driving to Dothan, a hose for the transmission fluid came off and poured oil all over my car. When I investigated I noticed that the hose clamp to hold the hose was way too high up. I had to have it towed to the shop. They fixed the issue and told me it was because of cheap clamps. While there I asked about my splash guard they told me it was cracked so they threw it away? Why not tell me so I could have them or myself replace it?After they fixed the transmission hose I couldn t live with the sound my suspension was making, so I looked under my car. The tie rod ends were completely worn out, something no one told me about and I would have wanted fixed and is potentially dangerous. How can they let me leave with this sort of problem?There was a few other problems such as the ignition coil plugs being broken from age and no one telling me but this review is already too long. Maybe look around before picking Dack auto

Unfortunately, when I called I got- we can help you at this time, Ma am and no plan to help me with a future date. Throughly disappointed. I have had my vehicle serviced by Dack s automotive services since 2010. Mr Mark and Ms Harriet are wonderful owners. But I will not go back again due to my recent experience by being treated like a woman that does not know what I am talking about and we do not have time to help you. The assumption was made that I needed an inspection today when I was quite flexible with my schedule. If you are a man - you will be welcome to this business. If you are woman, please find another automotive service. I am certain you will have a better experience.

Dack Auto Services was incredible to work with. They offered multiple options for the work that needed to be done on my vehicle and went out of their way to find the best deal possible. Not only did they get my vehicle fixed as quickly as possible but they were honest throughout the entire process and went above and beyond expected. I highly recommend anyone to go to them for any car service needs.

The absolute best shop around! They have been working on our vehicles for over a decade and never disappoint. Recently worked with me to provide a complete rebuild of my 1982 Toyota SR5 4x4, a real challenge, professionally executed. Thanks, Marc, Mark, and the rest of the Dack Crew!

I've been using Dack for about 10 years now. I've always received good information, quality service and fair prices. If Mark says it'll be done by a certain time, it is. I've never had to return for anything they have repaired though I know if something wasn't up to snuff the problem would be corrected. A desk person would be useful to cut down on waiting but then people cost money and the prices have always been reasonable. I recommend the services there most highly.

This is the ONLY place in Enterprise and surrounding areas that was able to align my lowered car. I know because I went to 13 different places that simply said, "No." or "It's too low.", without even trying, before I found Dack Auto. On top of that, they(Dack) had the best price, the mechanics were very polite, professional and meticulous with their work, and did the job right. I highly recommend going here for your automotive needs.

Dack Auto is a fantastic service shop. I highly recommend it to anyone in the Enterprise area. I've taken my F150, Chevy Impala and Chevy Lumina there with great results each time. They're friendly, hassle free and fair prices make it a great experience.

Been taking our cars to Dack for 9 years and they've never done us wrong. Yes, they're always busy so you've got to make an appointment. Big deal. The work is professionally done, the prices are very fair, and most of all Mark is honest about what needs to be done and won't try to sell you on ANY unnecessary work.

Did a great job on my 75 Caprice in the beginning. Duuring the conversation on the phone I was talked to as if I was a bothering them they tried to keep my torque converter and my car was leaking oil and trans fluid and had been backed into which left a dent in my fender. I felt a little prejudice from these guys, I paid my green money and was professional with them u didn't have to screw me over.

Best tire sales and auto repair business I've ever used. Mark and Harriet Honacker head up an excellent team of technicians. Awesome service and honest prices... if you go elsewhere, beware.

Great company! One of the few auto shops that has been around forever, mainly due to their awesome customer service and honest work. I would (and do) recommend Dack's to anyone needing general auto services. Keep up the great work, guys!

I have used Dack's Auto Service for years and Phil and his team have always provided quick and efficient service. Phil is the most honest man in the auto industry and I would recommend them to anyone. During my longstanding relationship with Dack's I have moved one hour away and I still continue to bring my vehicles to Dacks.

I went to Dacks hoping for a quick sensor change and oil change. Possibly coming out with a $500 tab. I came out with a $1,200 tab and couldn't be happier. They did everything they could to better my truck with what I asked and called me every step of the way. Their calls consisted of problems with well thought out solutions, with a suggestion if that solution didn't work. I was skeptical at first because my wife (no offense) started the whole commincation line, but when I received a call describing a problem and a well thought out solution I couldn't have asked for a better mechanic. I may have been able to come out at or below my budget saying no but with a good professional set of eyes and recommendations I trusted the mechanics at Dacks. I recommend you give them a chance. They will work with you in YOUR best interest not theirs.

Very professional, exactly what was needed to fix my vehicle or at least tell me the right route to go, to make repairs on it. Very efficient getting work on my vehicle down accordingly in on a timely fashion, would recommend anyone to use them if they want their work done right

We always have Mark and His employees to do work on our vehicles . He's always does a great Job and will call if He thinks it's going to be to expensive. To get a ok before He does the work and has it ready when He said it would be.

Extremely Nice guys, but they failed miserably to solve my trucks issue. After 3 times of taking it there nothing ever improved, in fact they made the situation worse. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything more than an oil change.

Fixed my Honda Odyssey air conditioner, works like a champ, bill was slightly under quote and better than other quotes. They are not a quick in/out service, must reserve an appointment but there work, service and prices are well worth the wait.

I don t like leaving negative reviews, and have thought about it for two weeks. In the end, their actions were dangerous enough to warrant it, and hopefully they will take notice and correct the situation.I had a set of tires put on my f250, as I was getting ready to pull a 13k fifth wheel on a 1000 mile trip.The next morning I was going through my pre trip checklist. When I went to check the torque on my wheels, I found the first but was way low. After the second, I reset my torque wrench, and found that they had torqued my lugnuts to almost half of what they should have been. Out of 32 lugnuts, 1 was set to 165 (correct), 2 were set to 150 (the original setting that ford updated many years ago), and the rest were set to 80-90 ft lbs.I know a lot of people don t have torque wrenches to check it, and even the ones that do usually just trust the shop. Normally I just spend my money somewhere else when I find this kind of thing, but this could have gotten my family or myself seriously injured or killed. I mean, even Walmart uses torque sticks. I expected more out of an established, reputable business.Hopefully this review will get them to fix whatever s wrong back in the shop. I just know I won t go back, and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone I know.

I have had several repairs done at this shop as well as received advice on where to take my car for repairs that were under warranty. It feels good to know there are still honest people around looking out for their customers and not just trying to make a killing from their customers bad luck.

Honest reliable services and they won't sell you something you don't need or tell you something is in need of repair if it isnt, good prices, they will get you the best priced parts, usually in an out if you make an appointment, you can walk in but they are usually busy, if you need it quick you need appointment.
