My daughter bought a Dodge Journey from the car lot 6 months ago and it has been in the shop 6 times even put in a new motor and guess what it s back in the shop again. This car is a piece of junk. Oh yeah not to mention the car lot won t swap vehicles or provide a rental car while it s in the shop. My daughter has a child and can t take her to school and she can t get to work because they sold her a lemon. Now I don t want to see , hey call us and we can work something out because YOU WONT!!! Don t say thank you for the feedback cause I don t want it!!! This car lot will not work with people or have any compassion on their customers. But they sure want their money. The warranty has fixed everything but she has to pay 75 for the deductible which is taking from my child. I mean they could at least wave that for her but no!! So let s see how long it will be in the shop for this time. The last time it was in the shop for over 3 weeks. That s 3 weeks of her bumming rides..

BIG BOSSY "MADDY" and "LIZ "were the GOAT!!! My experience was the most amazing experience ever. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted but the experience was amazing. I was so worried about getting a SUV when I came to Car-mart and now me and my kids are very pleased with our SUV.... Thank you, very much for this experience!! I would recommend CarMart of Enterprise to EVERYONE!!!! ""LIZ and MADDY" I will be BACK!!!

Liz is your GIRL! My husband Derrick went in with intention of getting a vehicle previously talked about with another salesperson - unfortunately it had sold in the time we came back - BUT Liz got my husband in and OUT with another reasonable car! Quick, and easy - seriously that can t be matched - most car lots make you wait HOURS some times even days!!!! We would recommend Car Mart over and over! We are happy with our car and services!

Charisma, Jonathan, and Robynn are amazing humans! They re kind, helpful, caring, and took amazing care of my disabled mother! They even gave her a full set of brand new tires and rushed everything for us!!!! I ll always be going back to them!

Don't buy a car from this place. I've had my car 6 months and yesterday was the 6th time that I've had to put it in the shop. I have major electrical issues going on and it's been the same thing every time, not to mention I just had to have an engine put in it last month and here we are again. Their absolutely no help. Their cars are horrible. & The people that work there are no help. Other than Dina, she's always been very sweet and helpful & charisma but I haven't dealt with her this time around. I haven't even really drove my car because it's been in the shop the entire time. DONT BUY A CAR HERE, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!

My car went out on me going to a doctor's appt one day and I called these guys up one day after that and I spoke with Robynn and she is absolutely FANTASTIC. The easiest process I've been through in getting a vehicle! And they do live up to their 7 day grace period. Very thankful for this team of people!

I came in to find a reliable gas saver because mine was begging to be let go of. Ms Charisma Gray and Jonathan in Enterprise made sure that I got just what I wanted. She's very good at her job. If I highly recommend her!!!

My daughter purchased a vehicle from CarMart of Enterprise, first I would like to say Thank you to the staff, because they were wonderful, great vehicle, and excellent customer service. I recommend anyone to get a car from CarMart you will not be disappointed. So, if your in the market to buy a car remember CarMart is the market for you!!!!!

Do not buy a car from these crooks. They sold my son a car that he can t get a tag for because their system is down and it s been down for a month with no end in sight. My son has already been pulled over for not having a tag. But if we are going be day late or one dollar short on the payment they will repossess the car. But he can t drive it to work legally to work so he can make the payments. So avoid this place at all costs!!!

Unprofessional. If you want a car in good condition pls consider taking your business elsewhere. After you buy your vehicle might as well forget them cause you on your own anyway. My car has been in the shop for about a month barely even drove it. Plz do not buy a vehicle from here bc you will not enjoy paying for a car that s almost $700 a month that you can t drive.

Charisma Gray is an amazing and wonderful. Understanding compassionate and caring. The best person we have ever dealt with. In the past two years at first we gave up on car mart because of all of mad customer service and scam artist that worked with the company. We were always honest with this company. But was never treated fairly. Until we met Charisma without her we would have given up on car mart and throw away the keys to them. Because of how we were treated. But now we are finally payed off our car and we were treated right by her thank you. The best thing Car mart of enterprise ever did was to bring Mrs Gray here!!!!!

I bought a 2015 lincoln mkc have fuel issues they sent it to the shop they say the code was reset and given back to me also they never call u back worst buying exerience ive ever had and that liz is so rude

First I would like to say thank you to God for working through the people at Car Mart for giving me another chance. I was a returning customer who had a voluntary repossession on my credit report with Car Mart of Enterprise, AL. but it wasn't due to all of the sales team it was only due to one person and I had to leave Car Mart because as it is said one bad apple messed it up for the whole team. I always said that in time that I would return back to Car Mart and I kept my word I went back and the new team at Car Mart now treated me right and I'm glad to be back at Car Mart of Enterprise,AL. So never let a bad situation keep you from going back. A big thank you to Robynn Mayo, Jonathan, Liz McCrea, Assistant Manager Charisma Gray , Brittany, and to all of the Car Mart team in Enterprise, Alabama keep up the good work

I really gave up getting my issue resolved with Car Mart. Don t get me wrong, they worked with me and Andre came through with a lot that he said to me. And not many car places will keep their word if you don t ride them. I didn t push the issue with my situation. One evening we went in to make a payment and I decided to ask one last time about my specific issue. Let me tell you Charisma was there. She listened she gave me her word and I wasn t going to ask again. She came through for me. Kept in contact like she said. I m happy with her great customer service and her keeping her word to me! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to keeping your customers happy and resolving my issue.

Communication is bad. Managers are no help. Cars from there are terrible, I recommend getting it fully checked by a mechanic before leaving the lot. A lot of back and forth from them without concrete solutions. They say one thing and in person another.
