March 2nd was my first experience buying a brand new car and trading in my current vehicle. I had the good fortune of being assisted by Micheal Dede, who went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered accurately and I was given the most money possible for my trade. Micheal and Bondy s made me feel comfortable and informed through all steps of the trade in/purchasing process I know I drove off the lot in a vehicle that s safe and set up for a long lifespan with a great warranty and great dealership maintenance to come. Thanks Micheal, I love my Corolla!(Side note: my father was so impressed with the service I received at Bondy s, he genuinely considered trading in one of his vehicles and purchasing a new one as well. Not only did they impress the buyer, they impressed her former mechanic/used car enthusiast father as well. Bonus points should be awarded for that.)

Best and easiest experience ever. Quality car, great trade in, price was on point, personnel professional and wonderful to do business with. Daniel Wilson was excellent and was attentive to what I was looking for in a family vehicle. Called me the day the vehicle came on the lot. Will definitely be seeing them again.

Hands down the best and cheapest place to buy tires in the Wiregrass. Purchased oversized off road tires from them for my F-350 and they were significantly cheaper than any other place around. Highly recommend buying any tire you need from them. Great people and the service is impecable.

Daniel Wilson! This was my first time ever buying a car from a dealership, let alone a brand new car. Daniel was my A1 from day 1. I was texting him from 6.5 hours away and he was always personable, respectful and timely. He answered literally any questions I had (which was a lot).. Daniel is a breath of fresh air in my eyes, as he is not pushy or arrogant. I feel like we are buddies now and I think that speaks volumes for not only the salesman that he is, but the person that he is. I love my Grand Highlander and I truly had the best experience. Cliffton in finance and Shannon, the internet sales manager were both precious people who made our experience even better. I felt like I was famous at this dealership. Those two were cherries on top! We appreciate you all!!

My experience was mostly positive when buying a 2024 Grand Highlander. All personnel were courteous, informed or willing to seek answers as we shopped. When closing the sale, was informed that a second fob for the vehicle had to be ordered and would arrive in approximately two months. After waiting 3 months and not hearing from them, I called to inquire about the fob. Person answering the phone politely transferred me to the sales person who had a client and would check on it and call me back. Never heard from him and so I called back and was given a will have to check and call you back again. Never received the call and I called back next day and spoke to sales manager. Then I was able to get results to my questions and was told that the fob was not available, so they would get me one next day and would call when to bring vehicle by to program the fob. All went well when I brought vehicle in to program second fob.Bottom line is don't give someone your word of a return call and then not do it. As it was, I took up two days of time trying to get resolution when one day was all that was necessary.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Shannon Sladky the internet sales manager was awesome. She was such a pleasure to work with and kept in touch with me during the whole process of getting my Tacoma from the factory to the dealership. It arrived after about 6 weeks and was exactly the way it was listed, no bait and switch at all and priced just right for my son. Thank you Bondy's for Shannon and for making my purchase very easy. I will be referring all my friends to you!!

This is the third Toyota I ve bought from this dealership. Until December 2023 I always said the service department kept me coming back. I was treated so bad on that trip I started looking at other options, but 17 Apr I came back one more time and what a difference. I was met at the door by Victor Tovar with a smile and a welcome greeting. He singlehanded saved me as a customer. He discussed my car problem and had it fixed in record time. This is the quality treatment I have always received at Bondy s. Thank you Victor for an outstanding job and renewing my confidence in my favorite dealership.M

I called up to Bond's Toyota looking for a specifically priced vehicle for my daughter's 16th birthday with minimal miles. I spoke with my salesman, Mr . Daniel and he informed me they didn't have anything around that price range,but let him do some looking. A short time later I was contacted by him about a vehicle that was a little higher but the mileage was so much better than what I had been finding other places. We communicated and he sent me pictures and videos, and I was pleased. Went to drive it and we came to a conclusion on terms and price. No hassle or pestering me at all which would of turned me away. My girlfriend also purchased a vehicle there 7 months ago by another salesman and she too was very pleased. I had all but given up when I decided to just check bondys. It was like a blessing from above. 5 stars.

Little late on my review, but better late than never.I got to start off by saying how this experience was more than exceptional. It's easy to say that the staff were friendly, and I know that is a commonly used term here on Google reviews, but they really were wholesome people. I feel like I put our salesman through hell. This poor man really outdid himself. Between rain and indecisiveness, I feel like I test drove at least 7 cars, if not more. He paced back and forth countless times with key after key in his pocket to make sure I didn't leave with something I didn't like. I had my heart set on a Yoda, but instead left with a 2023 Limited Edition Hyundai Sonata, and I can not be more proud and content with my decision. Thank you! Ya'll go see Daniel Wilson. "WILSOOOON"

5 stars is simply not enough! From start to finish the whole crew at Bondy s Enterprise worked to get me into the truck I wanted! Emma my sales lady was amazing, from her warm disposition & caring soul we connected on many levels, she heard me & worked hard for me. Joe & Chris were also perfect as well! They knew what needed to happen and that s what they made happen. I left approximately 3 hours after walking in driving my new to me truck home!Thank you Bondy s for getting me into my truck! I love it!!! And Preacher will be happy his momma has a comfortable ride getting him back and forth to Auburn for his cardiac issues!Yup, I bought a truck for me & my horse!

Purchased a lot of cars over the years. I have never had a buying experience this good. Darrell Davis was our salesman but all involved were nice and helpful. No pressure to buy and processed our deal respecting our time. Will definitely go there first next time a buy a car.

Daniel Wilson was an excellent salesman!I wanted to take a minute and rate my experience at Bondy's enterprise Toyota. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesperson, Daniel Wilson. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also very professional. His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of other car dealerships. I would absolutely recommend getting your next vehicle from Bondy's Toyota in enterprise!

We have had the BEST experience with Bondy's Enterprise Toyota. My wife and I were able to trade in her old car for her dream car (a Toyota Camry) and my old truck for my dream truck (a Toyota Tacoma)! We are ecstatic!!! I never thought we would be able to see this day anytime soon, but thanks to Mr. Daniel Wilson, Mrs. Shannon Sladky, and Mr. Joe Arnold, what was a dream is now our reality! They offered really great customer service and were very knowledgeable about the vehicles they were selling, the process for trading in, and the available financing options. I can truly say that I will NEVER forget the experience I had and will trust Bondy's Enterprise Toyota with my future vehicle needs.

Victor Tovar is a very nice, funny, patient and informative salesman. It didn t seem like I was there for long because he was very easy to talk to while waiting for finance. Not once did I feel he was pushing me to buy and I was able to negotiate the sale of my trade in. The whole process from test driving to leaving the dealership with my new 2023 RAV4 XLE Premium only took around 3 hours. I am very happy with the experience and customer service of Mr. Tovar and Toyota as well as my new RAV4!

I contacted Bondy s on 9-15-23 to order a key fob for my son s 05 Avalon. I was told the total would be $148.63 for the fob and $125 to program it. I asked if there were any additional fees and I was told No. The fob was on back order so I didn t hear anything for a while but called about 3 months later to check on it. My son went to get it and have it programmed. He was told only the drivers door would work and if he wanted all four doors to open with the fob he would have to pay an additional $120 for a diagnostic test. He s a college student and didn t want to spend that kind of money so he declined. When he got home he told me the fob didn t even work on the driver s door. The following day I went to Bondy s and spoke someone there (Mr VT). I explained the situation and asked for a refund. He said, I m sorry but that s not how it s done here. Let me explain why the car needed a diagnostic test. I didn t care at that point because the fob was useless and I could see that all Bondy s wanted was MORE money. I then asked to speak with someone in charge and he said smugly, welllll, that would be me. I asked to speak to someone else but there wasn t anyone available. I then got in my car and contacted my attorney. A few weeks later, a letter was drafted from our attorney and once Bondy s received it, I got a full refund. So apparently that is the way things are done at Bondy s Toyota. Mr VT just didn t know. Over the years we have purchased two vehicles from Bondy s Toyota and had great experiences there. Unfortunately, this is the reason why car salespeople have bad reputations. Many of them are shady and they attempt to take advantage of young adults (ie my son) who might not know any better or women (because they think we don t know anything about cars). It s insulting and I will never purchase another car from there again.Edit ::for Natalie, the diagnostics were declined because my college aged son didn t have an additional $120 to spend on something we had already spent over $200 on. When I ordered the key fob I was told the total would be $148 plus $125 to program it. I inquired about additional fees and I was assured there wouldn t be any. Regardless of that, the product we ordered did not work. The technician told my son it would open the driver s door only but once my son got home, it didn t ever do that. In an act of goodwill you proceeded with the refund? Natalie, your business was not going to do so until I contacted an attorney. There was no commitment to excellent customer service . When the defective key fob wouldn t even open the one door it was supposed to and I asked for a refund I was denied. It wasn t until I contacted an attorney and had a letter drafted, that Bondy s ultimately sent me a refund. I shouldn t have to go through so much trouble for excellent customer service which is why I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Decent experience At first bought a used mini cooper countryman for my son who would turn 16 in a few days. Come to find out the windshield wiper sprayers for the front and the back do not work at all. When I had to go back up there bc the car washing ppl had left for the day, Michael (car salesman I worked with) told me he would text me when he did some more research and I heard nothing. Tried twice to text him and see if he could tell me what I needed to do (it's now been a full week of him not even giving me the courtesy of a text back) how hard is it to just let me know "hey you will just have to schedule a maintenance appt." Guess he didn't want to bother since they already got me for the money. But I got ghosted and feel ripped off, now before I even pay my first car payment, I'm already having to figure out a service appt and also had to buy new windshield wipers. Like come on? You would think they would make sure all of that was replaced when they got the car ready to sell. 23 something k and not even a month later I'm dealing with this aggravates me. Especially when they knew it was for my son's 16th bday and him being a BRAND new driver.Edit: Also I was told my credit would not be ran thru a bunch of lenders well that was a lie I got hit by 3 pulls on equifax and yet another on transunion.

The easiest car buying experience ever for me thanks to our salesman Daniel! I let him know exactly what I was looking for and he went to searching. Daniel updated us every week until the vehicle made it to the lot and I am now the owner of a 23 Rav4 hybrid XSE with the advanced technology package! Thank you Daniel and Bondys Toyota!

This was my first visit to Bondy s Toyota. I in Florida and made the hour drive and so glad I did. Everyone there were so friendly. I traded in my 18 Camry for a 2021 Camry Hybrid XSE. I have always said I would not ever buy a Hybrid but I have talked to 2 dealerships in the service dept. and they said they are the best cars and hardly ever work on one except oil. Change and tire rotation. This car gets 47 miles to the gallon and is so comfortable . Leather heated seats all the saftety features ,sunroof etc. And pearl white. It is just beautiful and drives like a dream . From my Salesman , Shelby to the Finance to the General Manager and service manager,I could not be more pleased . If you are looking for a new car go see Shelby . . I was so impressed when the Star Spangled Banner was being played and everyone stopped what they were doing and placed there hand over their heart looking at their beautiful flag . So blessed to live in the USA

This was almost two years ago, so things may have changed, but I took my rav4 in for maintenance, and had the free maintenance through Toyota, but when I got my car back, the perfectly working battery I had in there, was suddenly completely dead, to the point the car wouldn't even turn on. Forced me to pay 200 for a battery. This was definitely intentional.

Great, great experience!! I ve gone around the Sun almost 60 times and bought lots of vehicles, both new and used. This was the easiest and fastest buy I ve ever had. No messing around. They quoted the price right up front and it was so good I actually couldn t believe it. No haggling needed. I went in and in thirty minutes I was driving away in my new 2023 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium!! End note: I was talking to dealers from Orlando to Mobile. No one came close to their pricing. See Darrell or Jose in sales. Chris in finance. DD

These people are actual crooks. First, they lie to me and say that the holding deposit was refundable. It definitely is not. Second, they almost got away with my trade-in vehicle for free! They failed to add it to my paperwork when I went to sign for my new truck. I personally think it was on purpose, because I had beef with the sales manager. (He, btw, was incredibly unprofessional with lies and swearing at me over the phone) Third, my brand new 2021 Tacoma has spot rusting ALL over it only a month after I bought the truck... But I am so fed up with these people, I'm just going to deal with it myself.UPDATE 3YTS LATER: Now that my lease is ending, I have also discovered they lied to me about the "deal" I have with the lease company and how much they would sell the truck to me after my lease. I can't believe these people are still in business.

Tried to make an appointment for service. What a joke. Called 2 hours after they opened and was constantly transferred to almost all the salespeople. Spoke to several people who had no clue. Your better off driving there and getting appt than calling. Tried using the Bondys website, to schedule appt. and it doesn't work. It's another joke. No one there seems to care !! IF WE ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE, HOW ABOUT MAKING SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO SCHEDULE THE APOINTMENT ??
