They are a very customer oriented organization. The work is accomplished in a very professional manner. They will provide service for your needs, no matter how small or large your needs are! Will use them for my RV service requirements!

I do not recommend that you allow these folks to touch your RV they were asked to go through my 5th wheel and any needed maintenance needed be done. They had it for 3 months. I picked it up in December. They recoated my roof and replaced the awning and also did a few other repairs. On the way home my husband damaged the side fender. So we had to take it to a different repair place. When they examined my camper the roof that was just done ....well I was told was not done properly and I will add photos remember this was 2 months after I had it done. I sent pictures to blue sky thier reply was it must be the product not us they sent me information on the manufacturer however they applied the product so I believe they should be responsible for using a decent product. Because the roof was not done correctly now my roof has to be totally replaced water damage and the back wall is seperating should they have not caught this damage. Long story short now it is going to cost me $20,000.00 in repairs because they didn't do thier job in the first place. I would give them a minus 10 score if I could .I will say that the owner called me when I posted this and said he would get back to me and I am still waiting ...and I am still waiting.its July still waiting...

Friendly, professional, family owned business. We took our RV to them after having terrible service with Bama RV and another local RV repair shop that ghosted us after not completing work on our camper. Blue Skies has been prompt in returning phone calls and giving us updates on the status of repair work. They've been up front with pricing, and they actually get the job done. Sometimes service does take a while, but that's to be expected with a smaller company that has lots of business, especially when weather conditions aren't cooperating. I definitely recommend them for your RV repair and service needs.

I always used Blue Skies for maintenance, recall service, washing, etc. while stationed at Fort Novosel/Rucker. They always made drop off service easy and convenient.

FANTASTIC RV service!!!! Why take it to Dothan???? Needed my RV AC repaired tomorrow, they were able to install a new AC unit the next morning as well as a new matching cover on the other unit. TOTALLY satisfied and saved over $300 by not selecting the Big Box store in Dothan. Don t select ANYONE ELSE!!!! I LOVE the people at Blue Skies Service: Air conditioning

Blue Skies RV is a family owned and operated business with the values that we were searching for. We originally contacted the owner, Robert, to repair our refrigerator under warranty. He scheduled us for the repair within a couple of weeks which was awesome. Before we took it in for the appointment, we had an accident and needed minor work done (we thought) so they agreed to do that repair as well. While the camper was there they found that our accident was not so minor and there was damage to the roof. This rip to the roof would have caused leakages if it had not been found early. They also did that repair in a timely manner and did a great job. They went above and beyond to make things right and to help us get back on the road again.

Wonderful people! They truly go the extra mile for customers! Upfront and honest about everything. They answered any and all questions when I called (and returned my calls quickly. Give them a call before you buy anywhere else.

Simply the best! Honesty, integrity, experience. Worth the drive from anywhere in the Southeast Alabama. Did a whole roof replacement and a few other tweaks on my Jayco coach. Thanks, Blue Skies crew!!

I was happy with the repair, I was happy with the price, and very happy with the personnel in the front office and the guys making the repair. I will definitely be back when I need something done on my travel trailer. It s a short ride from Dothan and well worth it when you look at the prices and delays you get from the larger RV places in town.

This couple is great!! Caring, knowledgable and very, very helpful. When I called, I was told to meet at their facility in order to check the problem out even though he told me right on the telephone that he had work out for 2 weeks - got me in in 3 days. Looked at the problem, made several suggestions, we reached an agreement, he ordered the parts and got them in when he said he would and we got back together immediately instead of having me wait several days to come in. That is quality customer service. The repair he did on my black water system is wonderful, holding well and seems to be going to last. I think spoke to Mrs. about possibly redoing some things on the inside. OMG - it is obvious that she loves rennovating RV's and knows her stuff. Things that I wanted done, she either said yes to or immediately told me what type of problems we might end up with. I found this a great place to take an RV and they will have me back, we will continue to go back!!

Dealt mostly with Mark. It's a family run business that's ran by Christians. I was on the road and needed a skylight replacement. Mark got me in the next day after getting the part in. Awesome customer service.

I don't know...after repeated calls and no answer....it would be pretty hard to say...But I'm going to give them a 1 as it should never require this much work to spend money with a business...
