Was lucky to be referred to the Veteran owned Bavarian Motor Works of Enterprise by a friend to have my 2016 M6 serviced and a couple of things looked at. The work done was prompt, affordable, and quality. Everything was discussed and explained to me in detail and OEM or better parts were used. The service Bruce provides has secured my business 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely impeccable service from the initial panicked call, to our comfortably and confidently driving away in an authorized BMW technician repaired vehicle a day later. Our cooling system damage would ve been a time consuming affair had it not been for the special attention we received from the owner, Bruce.As a Veteran owned business they provide the expected BMW attention to detail in everything from the appearance of the facility to the near restaurant cleanliness, to the respect and compassion from the staff and finally- the modern computers and tools needed to properly service your baby.Bruce, the owner, accepted our X2 into his facility on a holiday when most other repair places were closed. Additionally, since we were in Enterprise due to a dire family emergency he made sure we were a priority.While we attended family matters he made sure that his communication through the stages of repair were timely and precise.Our family can t begin to thank Bruce enough for treating us like old friends. His attention to detail is spot on. Not only did he perform the critical repairs, he also changed the fob battery and cleaned the vehicle.If you are a BMW owner you should be trusting your vehicle s maintenance/repairs to Bruce at Bavarian Motor Work of Enterprise. Amazing customer service!!! Dropped off the car and the problem was found quickly, everything was explained in detail and the parts were ordered on Friday and replaced on Monday. When my wife picked up the car it was wash washed and vacuumed! Car was spotless!!! Would highly recommend!!!

I can t say enough about Bruce and his crew here! I ve been bringing my BMW 5 series (on my 2nd one now) here for the past few years and the service has ALWAYS been amazing. On my last BMW, I had taken to the dealership 3 times for the same problem and they never could fix it. I brought it here and they found the problem and fixed it the first time. My car is always detailed when I get it too! I won t trust my cars with anyone else. Honest people who take pride in the great job they do!!

Super friendly and professional service. I bought a used Audi from Carvana and wanted to make sure that there were no major issues with it and I was able to be seen the next day. I recently visited for the first time with my 2013 BMW M3 due to complications from a recent service at my regular mechanic. I was immediately impressed by the facilities. Aside from the high-bay doors it doesn't look like a typical auto repair shop. There's no junk vehicles or parts laying around. Everything is clean, and I mean really clean. Bruce and his professional crew were able to diagnose and correct the issue, and within minutes I was back on the road, at no charge. Needless to say, I will be returning and look forward to my next visit.

Good friendly service. Professional mechanics, know what they are doing.I would have appreciated them asking me whether I would like to have my windshield wipers and cabin filter replaced. Instead, they just did it and charged me their markup price and labor.Other than that, Mr. Bruce is very friendly.

Bavarian Motor Work provides outstanding professional service! Bruce maintains a super clean, well-organized lobby and service bay. He also goes above and beyond to make sure he is honest and transparent with the customer when discussing repairs, routine service and other costs. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. The coast of service is much less expensive than any other European vehicle dealerships and certified service places. My Mercedes has been very happy here! I highly recommend Bavarian Motorworks for all automotive repairs and services.

Bruce and the guys are awesome!!! From my Mercedes to my Tahoe, they can fix anything. Parts , tires, tune ups and detailing my cars they are the best!!! Come in and try to stump Josh! He can fix it!!!!!!! BRugg

I had Bavarian work on my Smart Fortwo. I had to have shocks, rotors, and brake pads. They did and amazing job on my car. When I spoke to Mr. Bruce( wonderful, very smart man) he told me that they had even cleaned my car up for me. Well, I didn't think I would be showroom clean, but I was outstanding. I love this company!!! They really do Great Work. And Mr. Bruce he tell it like it is. Just fantastic. I can't say enough.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Bruce and his team did great work on my 2018 330i GT xDrive. I had a number of issues occurring at the same time. They were able to get quality parts, service the vehicle, and get it back to me within a couple of days. I highly recommend Bavarian Motor Work of Enterprise and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Bruce and the guys always go out of their way to provide excellent service and quality work. You will not find anyone more knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles than Bruce. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle to Bavarian.

Took my 740I there today (trading in tomorrow) to see why all the advisory lights were on and his team was expedient on troubleshooting and finding the issue. The guys didn t even charge me for looking over the car. After this experience it makes me want to buy another import just to support the local business. I d give them 10 stars if I could

Very impressed with the recent Audi service we received at Bavarian Motor Work of Enterprise. Excellent customer service and the service area was impeccable. We live in Andalusia and this is a better and closer option for Audi service than the dealership in Montgomery.

This place was absolutely awesome! They fit me in at very last minute and did a great job. Super helpful from the time I called to when I took the car in. When I picked it up they cleaned my whole car for me and walked me through everything they did. They beat the price of the dealer by a good amount which is always very nice.

My experience with Bavarian Motor Work of Enterprise!My encounter with this company was great! The owner Bruce Donaldson & his staff exceeded my truly expectations. His staff was great to work with as well! All contact was via telephone. However, every conversation with the owner & his staff was very clear, concise & detailed!!! They do excellent, great work but their customer service truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks so much Bruce & your great team!!!

Bavarian Motor Work of Enterprise takes care of their customers. Brought my car here for the first time and picked it up looking better than it ever has. You clearly pay for parts and quality handiwork. I felt that I was taken care of as a customer because my car was well taken care of. Danke!

Bruce and his team are outstanding. Bruce explained everything and gave me a deal when he could. I did not feel as if I was taken advantage of and the work came with a warranty. I would definitely recommend. If we need work done in the future we will be using Bavarian again!
