The owner and his team are the best at what they do. They found a major issue before installing out rims/tires with missing bolts in the drive shaft that was carelessly missed at the Chrysler, jeep ram dealership during their full point inspection. Their team brought this to our attention immediately and the owner personally went and found replacement bolts. The customer service is unmatched and they care about no only selling you tires/rims but your safety as well. Please go shop with them, you will not be disappointed.

Man you tripping if you don't call them up, I been buying rims for a long time and these people are professionals.....it was worth driving from Panama City, FL to AL......you save money, people from GA, TN just all over was also there...customer service and saving $$$$$ and I'm not talking about $100's.....you save bands........I showed up at 10 am on Saturday....they close at 12 pm.....I thought well they won't put rims on today....owner said, "say no more, I got you"....even his crew on a Saturday working past 12 still was smiling....also they even painted my brakes....wow......it wasn't slap it on and go....the owner explained every detail on what he can do to improve the look.......

i came in because my amp stopped working suddenly and going into protection mode. Rob immediately came out and checked out my system, checked my voltage and within 15 minutes figured out the problem was my amp. so i bought a new one from them and he installed it for free and even installed my gain remote. 10/10 recommend

I dont mind the 2 hr drive to get the excellent price they offer. Purchased rims and tire. Also a stereo system. Excellent installation.

Love Action Auto the staff is very professional and kind. I go to them for my rims, rotate and balance. They are the only ones that I will allow to touch my wheels. Very trustworthy. Good prices and Great people. Been using them for 15 years, Thanks Mr. Rob, Mrs. Geneva, Sean and the rest of the staff. You guys are Awesome!!

The worse darn customer service I've ever seen. Over the years, I've called about 3 or 4 times. And every darn time I call, someone take my number down and say someone will call me back. Well that call back NEVER happens. Yall need to do better than what yall doing. I drove all the way from Florida to buy rims and said I would continue business. But if I can't get a simple call back when I need something, you definitely won't get any more of my money. Sorry, not sorry

Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable. Four years ago we got a car tinted and it's going strong. Now we are back and wanted a new smart audio system for the car. The owner talked us through all the options. We went home and researched and he told us the truth. We decided on a system he didn't sell so we bought it on Amazon and he installed it and a reverse camera. Did an amazing job looks great and all the buttons work, the camera is also wired correctly so it always works not just when the car is in reverse. After install we decided we didn't like where the usb ports came out. (Not there fault) so we brought the car back in and they moved them for free. Sometimes you do need to wait for someone to be able to help you but you get the right answer from a knowledgeable person who does the work not some salesperson. So give yourself some extra time to get great service.

Window tint has scratches and debris under the tint. Informed the staff and the response was "no such thing as a perfect job"....wrong answer from a business aspect. A business does not exist without customers, did not try to satisfy the customer with my experience. Window seal was also cut during the trimming process, of course it was not mentioned to me....54k truck purchased 2 weeks ago...$90 for two window's in the trash, along with what the dealer will charge for a seal replacement. I don't expect perfection, but certainly expect to pay for quality.

My car audio microphone was not working correctly in my 2006 Tacoma. Rob fixed my microphone and installed a very good backup camera for me quickly at a good price. You don t find this kind of customer service and expertise any more. If you need car audio, or window tinting in Enterprise, you need to go see Rob. It s refreshing to find a business you feel good about.

Action Auto did me well. I purchased rims/tires and a stereo system. Prices are right and the installation is great. Highly recommend the drive to this location and what they can offer you.

Rob is very accommodating and my tint looks amazing! He took my vehicle for me because I work very early in the morning and brought it back when the tint was finished. I would definitely recommend to a friend

I actually thought the owner of this place was a regular employee because he was working his tail off each time I went there! He put tint in my car 7 months ago and it still looks gorgeous- no bubbling or issues of any kind and it DEFINITELY makes a difference in the summer heat! They give you a lifetime warranty just incase anything does happen with your tint, but it absolutely looks like it came factory on the car. Great service & prices- I highly recommend them!

Rob, Jimmy, and Geneva are first class people! They have been upgrading rides around the Wiregrass for over 30 years and they do it right! They have the best prices on rims and stereos. I have been going to see them for 27 years now, and they have always done good for me!

I took my new Blue flame F-150 to get windows tinted. Decided on windows and full windshield. I was amazed with the finished product. They did an outstanding job, I will boast about them and show off the tinting a lot. Outstanding guys.....

I have been in this area since 99 i always come back for for tires and rims . When you need good service and a hand looking for tires or even rims this is the place to go one stop shop always willing to make a deal and quick as well. Many automobile accessories and work, like tint,radio and alarm instalation.

claims they don't have a "dirt free room" and there will be imperfections in each window they tint... don't get your windows tinted here.

Horrible customer service just called and girl pick up the phone I am talking don't hear nothing and them call back twice and the phone just rings. Stay away from this place!!

Ive shopped here on and off since 2009. The staff is always very nice and informational. Ive bought rims/tires/stereos/subwoofers/amps/door speakers ect from here. Absolutely the best prices and staff. I still recommend people to go here evwn though ive moved away. Btw thanks for the 4 pioneer 4ways/mb quart amp and wires. My 06 silverado was brought back to life!

Can t get anything done. I ve called for an appt and they had to put me 3wks out, so waiting 3wks for my appointment, they call 2 days before to tell me the guy just informed them he won t be there that day and I need to be rescheduled. Now I m waiting another two weeks because the same guy took off the whole week of the 4th! Sounds to me that taking an early vacation was way more important than the customers you ve already had scheduled. What made it worse was the lady who rescheduled me had no remorse about having to reschedule, even after me saying I waited 3 weeks for this one. I ll be going somewhere else for sure!!!

I guarantee they are the most inexpensive shop in Enterprise, Dothan and other surrounding areas. Great service even called me to update me on my vehicles status. I'm going here for any of my future needs.

Really bad place to get anything done. Staff is very rude and I got tint done about 8 months ago and it s already peeling at the passenger window. I also asked for the same percent all the way around and the front windows and back windows are different percentages.

They did the window tint on my car when I bought it new 17 years ago, that's right 17 years. I just recently went back for a re-tint. Great job.

Hey you can take it from me Linda done that rim and tire shop is absolutely great they have been there before I was like 12 so I got to tell you the age now but all you need to know is they got some hot prices they're not out to beat you go look you know I'm saying rims are still in that's what y'all seem to forget rims get them and then they are real like reliable and that he'll work with you he'll give you a deal Tell linn sent you, and you surely will get a deal
