Very pleased with the service I received. They reworked the incorrect install from another provider and replaced only what was needed. It's the best performance/clarity of sound the pontoon has had in 17 years. I will be a return customer for any audio needs. Tim

I got ahold of 12volt through a friend and I will say. I needed a part that wasn t readily available. Mitchell came thru and got the part I needed with minimal turn around. Only to find out that it was the wrong part (from distro) I called him up and explained what happened and he immediately got on the phone and got me the right part and was swapped out the next day. This guy will make sure that you are taken care of and if something happens to go wrong (even not his fault) he will go the extra mile to make sure it s made right for you. 10/10 would reccomend. Can t wait to see what he can get done when I m ready to make my rides loud
