We went on vacation to Gulf Shores AL. My transmission started acting up on way there, my husband called and spoke with Dean and him and his wife both went above and beyond to get my Tahoe in and fixed by Friday before we went home on Saturday. I could not thank them enough and the price was very reasonable under the circumstances. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Dean is so knowledgeable and experienced!! If you need his services,Advice,Or even a question he is always willing to lend a hand! He has more patience than myself! My truck was ready in a jippy!I'm a local and anyone and everyone I know brings there personal vehicles and work fleets there! can't say enough good things about Deans! put the computer on it, said lets go for a drive and 10 minutes later all is well. we are down here on vaca, and it didnt seem right, dudnt want to go to the dealership as this is our only means of transportation. i highly recommend Deans. honest as the day is long. great shop!!!! thank you DeansService: Transmission

Dean rebuilt my Transmission in my 97 Chevy Silverado.Backed it with a warranty that I know he stands by!Anyone that knows him in Baldwin County knows he has the best reputation around! Dean uses heavy duty parts that can't be found at any local parts store. He fixed my truck and didn't even charge me the full amount he originally quoted me. He gave me a discount and did an excellent job. Dean you keep rocking bud.

Dean did a great job holding up to his warranty...i had problems with my transmission a few days after i picked it up. Dean told me to stop where I was, he came to me within 10 minutes, he picked my vehicle up and his wife drove me to where i was heading when i noticed the problem. I had my vehicle back in 2 days and it has been running great since then. Thank you for your honesty and dependability

Dean is a rare breed. True to what he says and honest as they come. I had a warranty issue and I couldn't find a ride home. So he personally drove me home. Highly recommend. There's not to many mechanics like him nowadays

Very professional and caring, they went the extra mile to make sure my truck was fixed.I can't express enough how fair these people are and how thorough they are before telling you to buy a part. They treat each vehicle as if it were their own, I am very impressed and even though I hope I don't ever have any more transmission problems, if I do, I know where I'm going to take it.

We took our 2012 dodge truck to dean and he checked it all over, found the problem (that wasn't the transmission) and highly recommended a diesel mechanic. When I asked what I owed he told me that he didn't charge for diagnosing a problem. Never have I had a mechanic not charge me and he had won me over and I would HIGHLY recommend him to any one. Thank you so much.

They haven't started the work on our vehicle yet (just dropped it off) needs transmission rebuilt. But the level of confidence we have just from meeting and talking to them makes us feel that this will be a very good place to come to....will update when work is done

fixed transmission but did a bad job of reinstalling transmission after rebuild , bolts missing , hangers not installed on exhaust. poor workmanship.
