My husband started working for Hobbs logistics in eastaboga Al and that is the worst company ever he told them that he wasn't ready to go out and work by himself but they didn't care yesterday was his first day out by himself and they gave him 62 packages the truck they gave him has a messed up transmission and rear end is about to go out it sounds horrible not to mention they couldn't even clean all the trash out of it dirty clothes and even a bottle of pee that is so disgusting...his side door on the truck won't even open he has to climb out the front seat walk thru back get his package and go out back door ..he can never get ahold of anyone if he has problems ... When u ask who is higher up to talk they won't tell u a name there is a lot of fishy stuff goin on ...THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED!!!!HERE IS PROOF ...says on pics the oil need changing also they only pay $120Also my husband hurt himself while on the job has a bulging disc and no one will contact him at all...

I m not going to say FedEx as a company is terrible to work for but the delivery contractors are , which there are 6 now and the ones specifically i am speaking about is Hobbs & C & C Hall . The management is unprofessional & very inconsiderate . FedEx needs to terminate there contracts with doing business with them ASAP & also do an investigation on how they operate . The labor board also known as department of labor needs to be involved . These contractors tend to pay drivers allegedly however they feel like , not making everything clear . Also when you ask for any documentation they refuse to provide it . I can go on & on . Keep in mind I only worked under theses contractors a few months so you know the ones that s been there for years has more to tell but is afraid to speak out or don t know who to go to about it .

Yesterday 1/30/24 one of your drivers pulling a van trailer was in such a big hurry he had to pass me in turn lane on Bynum Blvd just a shame the police are never around when needed. This individual gives real drivers a bad name and is one sorry pos.

They keep delivering packages and placing them on main highway in front of mailbox. They won t go up my driveway. Instead they put left at gated driveway!!! I do not have a gated driveway!!! I m beyond frustrated. Today it happened and my package was stolen. I called fedex and they told me there is nothing I can do but to contact where I bought from and they should fix it. Ups and usps , I never have a problem with. They gladly come up my driveway and deliver the package. I m so fed up with fedex. Don t ever use this service. Their customer support it awful!!!

Had a carot diamond mailed & was supposed to be signed for, but they just layed it on my porch. Now I've been waiting for another package it got delayed because they sent it from hoover Alabama to Georgia . Supposed to be on way delivery dates have changed multiple times, so I'm just praying that it makes it here. I prefer to use ups whenever possible

Waited on package all day FedEx said it was delivered I m waiting so I know it isn t delivered I call immediately within 45 min of saying it was delivered and 3 days later they have yet to give me a answer explanation r a good excuse. You can t get anyone on the phone that is within 500 miles of the distribution plant that supposedly delivered it!!! With gps on every truck y couldn t we just pull up where they delivered my package if it was something replaceable no big deal but it s not!! Maybe it s with the last packages delivered in this area. Off the side of a cliff. FedEx do better!!!! If you are goin to handle someone s stuff at least pretend you care!!!!Still not heard a word from them this place is garbage FedEx in general is!!! Stop being cheap and hire company drivers instead of selling routes.

My package was reported as delivered on 12/22 at 12:15 pm. It says that it was left at my front door. I was at home and NO package was delivered to my house. It was not left in my driveway nor was it left at a neighbor's house. When I try to call FedEx all I get is a regurgitation of what I see online. They will not transfer me to a supervisor nor will they give a direct number for the Eastaboga center. They tell me that it was delivered (which it clearly was not) and then they tell me to contact the company that shipped the pkg. The company that shipped it verified the address and told me that I would have to contact FedEx again. After being transferred from the computer system, to a person, and back to the computer again over MULTIPLE calls for 2 days I have realized that I will probably never get my pkg and that FedEx is completely incompetent. Why lie about delivering a pkg?? If you lost it just say so.

Very poor service by these 3rd party FedEx outfits. Can t find a phone number for Eastaboga, AL FedEx. Call the 800 number and get a lady in the Caribbean. Having a package delivered to my office that has to be signed for. End of day means 8 pm. O yeah, there was no delivery attempt.

The only reason FedEx gets a 1 is because there's no 0. My packages are not being delivered to me. When I call they say they'll fill out a form. Never 1 time have they opted to help with their mistakes, they say for me to go out around the neighborhood and look. Seriously? I don't work for FedEx. Not to mention I'm missing part of my lung. How do I get my merchants to use only UPS? They have never lost a package. They must use GPS. Next stop, BBBWhere is there Corporate people. They must not take their responsibilities serious.

Place is a joke, didn t check I.d for my signature required package, gave it to one of my neighbors. Everyone of position of authority I talked to acted as if though this was nothing to give my merchandise to complete strangers instead of verifying like every courier service in America. Took multiple calls only for the man to further insult me by asking a military veteran to not to physically attack his driver like we are some mindless ape...are you serious right now?!? Further complaints have been filed you guys really need to do some house cleaning out there and get some competent personnel in there that understand their job and take pride in doing it, not passing the buck to someone else because you lack the fortitude and professionalism to do your job. This could have very well been someone s ashes or a family heirloom in that box that they simply do not care in properly delivering. Keep that in mind when you intend to use this place.

Two deliveries were supposedly left at my door, I was home and NO deliveries came. Never got anywhere with calling and they just sent stupid texts, like did I look everywhere, ask neighbor etc. These people need to stop subcontracting to dishonest other companies and use their own. Or just use UPS.

This particular FedEx distribution center consistently fails to deliver on time. I've had multiple missed deliveries in the past two months from this distribution center. FedEx does well from the distributions centers that are closer to me. However, this one is terrible. I have no idea why they are sending out home delivery trucks from a center so far away. I suggest anyone that orders a package from a vendor that uses FedEx, contact the vendor and tell them to order FedEx not to use Eastaboga for delivery.

This location is a terrible place. My youngest sister works on a hot truck in 90 degree weather all day. It makes her extremely sick by the time she comes home. They treat their workers terrible.

The delivery driver has started placing boxes halfway down my wheelchair ramp. I'm a wheelchair bound paraplegic, can't walk at all and live alone. This carelessness is a major inconvenience to me. FedEx, please help me make sure this won't happen again. Thank you..

FedEx is a joke when it comes to customer satisfaction. My package was once again on the truck for delivery. However, around 2Pm they changed the delivery date to the next day after waiting all day. This happens so many times with FedEx. They really have become a joke in regards to shipping. No call and no explanation as to why they took the package back to their hub instead of delivering it. This happens all the time with FedEx.

When you call the 1 800 number all you get is the run-a- round. No one can help all they can do is refer you to the website to get a fix. No what we need is real people doing a job with intelligence to help you with your problem. Less red tape and more help.

I have boxes of chemicals delivered on a regular basis that are clearly marked "This Side Up" all over the box but they continue to stand the boxes on end. I guess they can't read or understand what all the arrows pointing up mean.

The pay isn't enough and they cater to people who can't run a full route or just lazy this job is only for kids fresh out of high school looking to make summer money other than that I wouldn't recommend this job for anyone with a family looking for a actual carrier

Driver of van # 415900 pulled out of jamback Rd on to US hwy 78 in Oxford Alabama going at less than 5 mph approx 12ft in front of me. I was traveling at posted speed limit of 55 mph, then proceeded on to I-20 atexit 188 and made their way to the far left lane where they proceeded to travel at 85 mph (15 mph above posted speed limit). Took exit 179 and made their way back to US hwy 78 west bound, and again traveled 20 mph above 45 mph speed limit in Eastaboga Alabama. Attempted to report to terminal no one answered call box at gate.

They do not take care of your packages. They are not gentle with them at all. I ve had many things broken upon receipt. They lie and say they deliver things when you ve been here all day waiting on them. You cannot get in touch with them to report it , and when you do , nothing is done about it.

Didnt call or wait for signature. Left 4 brand new tires (@$850.00) at the end of my driveway at noon. So not happy.
