Got fast and courteous service here when needed emergency flat tire help. Was traveling through so may not be able to give them any future business but would if could. Nice people, great service. Thanks much.

Absolutely great people to deal with. The staff is extra friendly, and very important to me, they continue service even after the sale. I am currently on my second set of tires from them, and will be adding the third as soon as my wife's vehicle needs them. I can not recommend them highly enough!

I must disagree with some of the ratings stating that the service is first come first serve because it s not I seen a vehicle literally pulled up about two hours after I came and it was gotten before my vehicle I don t know what it needed, but I don t think they should say first come first serve because it s not. That s the only reason I didn t give a five star because I ve been here over 3 hours and still haven t gotten started on my vehicle other than that they are great with the quality of work as far as I know. I ve brought my 3 vehicles to them I have a update I d like to do as I was sitting there I was called in the office because of my review and she was exceptionally nice to me she offered to take me wherever I needed to go and offered to pick the vehicle up the next day for me I really hate I did the rating I did at first oh by the way it is first come first serve but they only have one alignment machine and I may have misunderstood that there was 2 cars before mines they are a great company to do business with

Never again. 1 hour to plug a tire and having an empty parking lot. Workers are sorry af and not motivation to even work. Raggedy business at its finest.

Horrible service & Extremely expensive. 2 seperate times had my own tires changed and was charged $200 to place on naked rims and other time I bought 1Used, not DOT certified-tire to put on trailer charged me $614 because 40 miles away. They take advantage of regular working-class people trying to stay running.Had same trailer n truck to be towed w other company from further distance , was only charged $450 total to have both load & truck towed in because of that tire running off axle cause lugs weren't tight. Extremely Unsatisfactory Service. Will NEVER use again!

Few days ago I had a tire get three holes in it...Wilks came through. I went to them because a year or two ago my old car needed new tires and i got a great deal on a set of 4 new Goodyear tires. My dad is a mechanic by trade and he recommended them to me. They were all really nice and made the process nice and smooth for me. I did check other places to see how their prices compared. I got 2 tires for $280 the other place was $380. They did over fill my tires to like 45psi when my car only needs 30psi. But they were quick to fix it and even check and filled my other two tires that they didnt even have to work on. All around great experience!

Tires purchased at a corporate Goodyear states warranties are honored at any store displaying the Tire and Service Network logo, which this store does. Was charged $22 for a flat repair and told I have to submit a claim to be reimbursed. Definitely not A-One service by any means!

I had a frontend alignment done here on a Freightliner and 3 months later and 2 more sets of steer tires had them rechecked it and claim the computer shows it was ok after 2 more sets of tires in 3 more months we took it to Montgomery, Al and it was a inch out of toe. Now 3 months later problems with the frontend.

First time there. I heard a lot of good things about them from friends. They were very friendly, and they had good and speedy service. I was in there, and out, faster then I expected for a Saturday. I had an alignment and new tires. They gave me options on various tires and specials. The prices were reasonable, and the service great.Update- 8/10/19Went there early because I had a leak in my tire. I was turned away, because of "over-bookage". There was nobody sitting in the lobby either. I previously spent $500.00 for new tires and alignment, and I posted a good review on that. So, I went back again. I drove 20 minutes to get there, because I do not live close to their shop. I get, " Sorry... we cannot help you today". They cannot do a simple tire patch on one of the tires that I brought from them? I would have waited on that to be done too. This is poor, and unacceptable customer service. I got it patched at another tire shop, Jim Whaley tires. That tire shop was extremely busy, but they still waited on me. I will not be going back to A-One Tires, if that is how they operate.

Just took my motorhome in for tires and alignment. They did a great job and their service was exceptional. They took extra time to explain everything they did and were a pleasure to deal with.

This place is awesome! Honest people. Was told by "other" tire company (FIRESTONE - DOTHAN) I needed new tire, new rotors. Both were a lie. Thank you A one for your honesty and Integrity! They do not try to take advantage of their customers! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Could not have asked for better customer service. While having my oil changed..They found out my fuel pump had went out.They had a wonderful office employee bring me home.Since I have health issues. They took good care of me.God bless all of them.

Had them change the differential fluid in my 2001 Mustang GT. They done a good job, too, with no mess. They left no grease spots or anything. They was around $30 cheaper than other shops. Their prices for some things are pretty good.

Went In for a job interview. Made me fill out redundant paper work and seemed totally unenthusiastic about hiring anyone at all. Total waste of time and gas.

First off, all I wanted was front end alignment. Ball joint worn out, they said. Done been checked, not wore out. After talking with shop foreman, will not send, recommend, or speak good of them. All they,re,r after is to get the bill up high in the thousands of dollars. Inexperience instead of good common sense.

These guys are the best they where able to patch my tire which saved me from buying a new one. They where very honest and up front they took care of me in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend.

Great Company.They are very knowledgeable, honest,hardworking.I was a union Chiller mechanic for factory Trane and York for over 32 years and I have seen alot of mechanics work over the years and I can honestly say A1 has good mechanics and performs nice work.Thanks.Bill Baraggia.

The one in Ashford is the greatest place to get your car fixed they are fair and they are honest and very nice people every time I needed something fixed they always when out of there way to get it done this is the only place I will take my car and they are the only people I would let work on it anymore ever place we when before they rip us off and never fixed the problem thank you a one tire in Ashford you are the greatest.god bless you all.

They swapped out 4 tires that I got online at discount tire. Aligned the front end for $165 that also includes the state fee or tax to be more exact for the tire disposal whatever not sure. Much better than what Jim Whaley tire was going charge. Walmart auto wouldn't to it because the new tire is a 285 and not a 265, bunch of lug nut school dropout there.

2.25 hrs to change 1 trailer tire. They said it was because the company I drive for has a Canadian account. I can understand that but still, 2.25 hrs it too long. Friendly service though....

Work with Johnny on replacing my motorhome tires. Installed 6 Toyo M154, 245-75R/22.5. Computer balanced. Great job by their tire Techs. Ride home smooth. Original tires Michelin's 235-80R/22.5.

We had flat tires on the trailer which was loaded as we were in route to delivery destinationThey have a larger amount of commerical tires in stock then the truck centers , there were a few commercial truck customers, get tires mounted when we arrived ....another tire mounting tech appeared after we nade a deal with the salesmen ...the tech got to it and we were back to work a couple hours later ..thankyou to the stsff of A-One Tire Sales and Services
