Highly recommend! I followed Josh there from another place and am very pleased I did. He and John, the owner are both great guys. I am sure the rest of the team is too. You can definitely trust them. If you bring your vehicle to them for something that you don t really need, they will tell you that you don t need it. That, in and of itself makes me know I can trust them. They also will go over which things are more urgent and what can wait. Their quick, competent service and reasonable prices seals the deal. And they are super nice and professional!

Great place. We came in from out of town with our back rear end messed up, we already had the part but felt it wouldn'tmake it home. They where able to fit us in and do our rear end and a front end alignment within less than 2 hrs. Great customer service and friendly employees that went above and beyond to help us. I will highly recommend this shop for your auto repair needs.

Great service and fair pricing! I Was originally expecting to have to wait about a week for our truck to get fixed and ended up getting a call same day saying it was ready to go! Could not recommend them enough, will definitely use them in the future for any mechanical needs!

Amazing customer service and fair pricing. Came in without an appointment, got me straight in found the issue and had it fixed within an hour. They found an issue that three other shops over looked. Would recommend for sure and will do all my business with them going forward.

Awesome people and great service. I was hearing loud noises from my car and took it here for an inspection. It turned out to be nothing, but they gladly helped me with it and sent me on my way. I would be happy to return here if there is actually anything wrong with my vehicle in the future. Very kind people.

Broke down. Called these guys. The helped me arrange a tow to there shop and diagnosed my truck to find out my motor was bad and only charged me the tow fee and not a diagnostic fee as well. Great group of guys here

These guys really know their stuff, and they shoot straight. After bad experiences with other shops nearby, I found these folks, and I take all my vehicles to West Side now. They do excellent work at a fair price.

Was having an issue with an older Subaru Impreza, A/C issue and needed the rear struts replaced.Spoke with John, the owner, about the issues. He was a down to earth person.Dropped the car off and had my issues resolved. Work was completed quickly by his tech and very competitive pricing.John updated me, via phone, about the A/C issue. Very professional and strikes me as an honest guy who just really cares about his customers.I wouldn t hesitate to use them again or to recommend West Side Auto!

Brought a 2007 Lexus RX350 for AC issues and was provided an honest and forthright assessment. Customer service was stellar and courteous. Definitely will be bringing it in for other concerns. I have been bringing my car to West Side for about 2 1/2 years now, ever since I've moved to Dothan. Service is always on point, reasonable and they are efficient, and honest. I have been using west side since they open always good service yesterday my work truck broke down I call John this moring that 730 he had wrecker come get it it was there by 820 he had my truck ready by 11 thanks westside and John for going above and beyond to get me back on road today

I have used Westside Auto Care for the last 4 years and have never had a complaint! They do exceptional work. They are also honest, fast, and very professional and nice. Couldn t ask for a better place to take care of my vehicles (even changing tires for our CanAm). Go see John down at Westside Auto Care. Nice folks, fast service, and reasonable prices.Our serpentine belt broke yesterday, on Hwy 52/Hartford Hwy, as we were headed out of Dothan. Luckily, it happened, just a short distance from Westside Auto. We managed to make it to their parking lot. It was just before 10am when we pulled in (and the day was already heating up). We were expecting a very long, uncomfortable wait, as they were very busy. We were greeted immediately, and they quickly diagnosed the issue (shredded belt caused by bad tensioner pulley). They gave me the estimate (costs for new tensioner pulley and belt, plus labor) which I gladly accepted, and by around 11:00am we were headed home.Thank you so much Westside Auto! I'm telling everyone how quickly and easily you handled this repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Known Daniel for many years and knew I could trust his judgment. WSAC services my vehicles as well as my daughter and her husband's vehicles. Very fair prices and quality work. West Side was recommended to us by some friends about 6 months ago. We have now had both our vehicles in the shop with them a couple of times. The service is wonderful! Yesterday our auto air conditioning stopped working in 100 degree heat. They worked us in early this morning. Great job diagnosing problems, acquiring parts and conducting repairs.
