I have never had a more incompetent customer service experience than this! Ordered 4 tires online, set appointment for installation, show up, they waste almost 2 hours realizing 1 is missing. Days turn into 2 weeks with no update. Have been in contact with Glenn, the manager, who pretty much says I have no control over it the whole time. After waiting for 2 weeks for tire, speak to him on Monday, when He then suggest that what he would do is cancel the missing tire order and reorder it and he would hold on to the 3 tires that are already there until I can get the 4th. I do exactly that, fast forward to Friday, I get the 4th tire delivered to my house, I call them to set up the installation only for them to tell me they returned the 3 tires on Tuesday (the next day after he told me he d hold on to them) Glenn has 2 numbers to contact me on, no call or notification before he returned them. Could not even hear the news from Glenn personally, but from an associate after speaking on his behalf.Now I am left with 1 tire after over a month of my original order. Complete lack of customer service or even care from the manager. Unless you want your time wasted and like inconvenience, do NOT use their auto department.

Came 4 times after buying new tires due to front tire going flat. Came today where a guy named Gary went above and beyond not only fixing tire but speaking to me and communicating what he found and apologized for them not finding it sooner. This guy was awesome and had great customer service not to mention he was training a new guy he did hands on training and guidance as a DM that shows a lot to me he was excellent at multitasking also April who checked me in and chatted with me going out of her way to help ! These two take pride and love there job !Service: Tires

The same tire was always lossing air. I worked with Jerrid . He let me know what wasn't wrong but he had one more test to do. Bad valve was the problem he let me know, then repaired it. Great personal service. I will ask for Jerrid if I have to go back to the south side Walmart.

Good customer service. Love the fact if you purchase tires there you can have them service anywhere you're travelling, if you purchased the tire protection plan. Which is cheaper than having to buy a new tire. Also When you do need new tires, they will rotate and balance with the tire protection plan. When it come to replace your tires they will be prorated according the thread dedth

I purchased a battery with a Five Year Warranty from a Walmart in another state.2 1/2 years in, the battery would not hold a charge. I brought it into this Walmart Tire and Lube here in Dothan. Turns out a cell had gone bad. They honored the Walmart warranty and replaced the battery with a new Five Year Battery.Thank you, April for all your help!I look forward to making many purchases here at this location!!!

The staff was friendly and professional. The outside wall was compromised on my tire and popped when they tried to fix the tire. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and everything was well communicated to me.

I took my 2000 Corvette Zo6 in for a oil change and they put the wrong oil and filter made them change it and now my car is leaking oil and there is a chip in my hood at the hand lift point. My car has 28k on it and has never leaked oil and now that's all you smell when driving it. Taking it back today.

Had a screw in my tire and everyone else was closed. Called and they told me to bring it one in (they closed in 30 min). Patched my tire and made my night so much better.

Creepy security driver outside, nobody knows anything about their department and it's almost always got sketchy people inside lingering around. I wont even take my kid here anymore and I only go when I Have to have something.

They put the wrong tires on my truck. Then they were trash talking me but didn't realize my wife was with me and overheard everything. Very very unhappy!! Never doing business with them again!!
