We were there over an hour in line and we were only one car back from the bay. All the techs were all over the place working on all 3 vehicles at one time how they kept up with who was doing what I'm not sure. It was not my worst oil change experience but I won't be going back there are other places that are faster and that look more organized.

Brad, Jordan and Steve were super accommodating and provided the best customer service! We were in and out within 15 minutes, and that s amazing when you have two kiddos with you! They are kind and informative! Very pleased as always with our service here! Highly recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews, but my employees took our sprinter van for an oil change( I've taken my other sprinter there before), they seemed to run into quite a few issues with finding an oil filter for our vehicle because its a foreign vehicle. Instead of just saying they didn't have it, we can order it for next week. They had them sit there for 3 hours while they attempted to find one. They just topped off the oil and kept the same oil filter in there. 3 hours. For an express oil change.

Have always had great customer service until this last trip. The "boss" was very smug and provided terrible customer service. I will not be going back for any services.

They were actually as quick as they an express lube should be. It was a much better experience than I was expecting. The oil change was priced high for an Elantra, but then again so is everything else these days. I would recommend for sure if you're just looking to get in and out!

Very professional and fast. They'll try to sell you on all the products, new filters, etc. but if you say no, they won't press you (unlike say, a dealership). I'll definitely be returning!

Been here twice. I ve been on a Sunday and a Saturday morning. Every person working had a great attitude, fantastic customer service and a smile on their face. They constantly made sure I knew what they were doing, how it went, updated me on multiple things that I may want to look into later. Not once did they try and sell me on something. I was in and out both times within 10 mins. I will return.

Got in and out pretty quick, although their charging practices are against the law. Service is not parts and motor oil is not parts. Motor oil in Alabama is not taxed, neither is labor, the only thing anyone should be paying sales tax on is the cost of the oil filter or any other physical parts.

Went in for an oil change Sunday. They did their multi-point inspection including "checking the battery" which had been fine. Next morning a little lag in the car turning over, same Tuesday. This morning, car won't turn over and needs a jump. Everything was fine prior to their "battery check"...Would not recommend unless you wanted to be stranded in Tallahassee and want to buy a new battery.Service: Oil change

Big thanks to the staff at this Valvoline! I was in the middle of traveling across states, and they were able to fix my skid plate back into place even though I wasn t a regular customer of theirs. They were very kind and generous, making sure to chat with me along the way. I m very appreciative of the southern hospitality at this location.

It was a little pricey but they made me feel like I mattered and talked to me about my car which made all the difference. They were very quick and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 mins (they had to have a part delivered) and never had to leave my car.5/3/2022Thank you for taking care of my break light yesterday. All of you treated me so well and it meant a lot because I was having an incredibly bad day.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Went for an oil change and they didn't secure my oil pan cover shield and it's all torn up! "Stay in the car so we can see everything they're doing" Yeah right! Except when they don't secure your parts underneath right after taking them apart! Wish I could include a picture of the damage they caused! UPDATE! Manager Aaron at this location is completely unprofessional and rude. Apparently it is Valvoline's standard practice to insult their customers and not take responsibility for their screw ups. Take your money elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Had to evacuate Florida for the hurricane so I borrowed a friend car. All the way to Alabama the car ran horrible.Before I headed back I took the car in and they did such a good job. It drove like a dream.GREAT JOB

Very polite and knowledgeable. I came in for an oil change, but they said I didn't need one. They found my oil leak and informed me what I needed to replace. There was no charge. I definitely recommend this company.

Manager is very unprofessional. cussing at the employees for their wrong doings. Asked to have them skip the testing my vehicle procedure and checking my tire pressure the employees assisting me all said they are in training and asked the manager which is when he went off cussing and yelling at them in-front of my vehicle throwing his hands up

BUYER BEWARE!!!Come to find out at this oil change at a different place, that these guys put in the WRONG SIZE OIL FILTER!!! LAST TIME!!!OUTRAGEOUS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!Wondered why the car was making new noises. Shameful!

Oil change was great but then they took a/c filter out and put one in without telling me the price . $52 bucks for that $5 filter...I paid it but not happy at all .

The service is slow the employees are more interested in talking to each other and the price isn't worth the portions that's probably why the one on Montgomery hwy closed.
