These folks are A+....TOP NOTCHThey really are a great bunch of folks.Jessica was very helpful andand was helpful with getting me from my motel back to my truck.The drivers lounge could use an upgrade with(new recliners) furniture but the TV reception was fantastic.I wish they had a merchandise/chrome shop.....but i guess you cannot have everything.

Took my truck here 3/4/24 for a fuel pump repair the service rep was very pleasant she came out wrote up my truck and told me it would be a while about 45 mins later they had a mechanic look it over and pulled it to the shop had to get a hotel that night but the next morning it was ready they took to and from the hotel also the diagnostics was one thing when I went to pick it it was much less they took good care of me and didn't try to rob me like a lot of dealerships do i appreciate that I'm a owner op and it def helps not to get took advantage of especially with how trucking going rite now thank you kw of Dothan I'll definitely be back for service issues

Just wanna say thank you Truckworx of Dothan and your amazing part department guys!!! Jared and Dwayne always welling to help even if it s a phone call or part number!!! This guys are amazing been dealing with them over 15 years and when Mr. Jimmy was amazing person as well!!! The guys in the Shop always welling to work my truck in if they have the time as well!!! I think Dothan Truckworx is my favorite out of all from checking out and checking in this people are awesome!!! Even got my front structure delivered to my House cause I wasn t in town to pick it up!!! Keep doing amazing work guys and Truckworx if y all see this call them guys up or emailed them and tell them thank you, they the TRUE HERO that keep us drivers and owner operator going!!! I had no issues with Truckworx. They replaced the clutch on my KW. It took them less than a week repair. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They addressed my concerns professionally. I gave a 4 rating because their quote for the clutch was seriously over priced compared to KW dealerships in TX and the fact that they only have a 90 day warranty on their labor.

So I've spend a little over a week thinking of what I can do to express my feelings toward my MISTREATMENT at this particular KW. If I could stand on the side of the road with a sign begging other O/O not to bring there truck here I would 8 hrs a day. Time for these people only matter when it's there time not there customers time and loss of revenue. My truck was in this shop on a rebuild from May 19th to August 1st. That's right all that time for a infrane. No it wasn't due to the part shortage or anything like that. It was do to one of there vendors that I have also left a horrible review.....keeping my head in there shop for basically a month. Only to get ot back and kw wasted another 3 weeks lying about when the truck would be completely. Even went as far as calling kw and Truckworx corporate on the matter. But I be damned if the shop manager didn't lie to Kw corporate as well. That I will be dealing with soon cause I happened to have a copy of that particular conversation I'm gonna play back confirming that lie. So people O/O please please please don't bring your truck to dothan Truckworx. Unless you have lots of time and money to burn. Oh but the truck is running great thank God. I'm gonna need it to be in order to TRY and play catch up. One star in my opinion is way more then needed for this shop.

I just wanna thank the guys upHere in the shop and parts department they all are awesome. I am also glad they running a second shift for mechanic and parts too. The shop Manager David Holmes very good friend mind I ask him other day I need a hanger bearing put on. Why the night shift was doing it they called and telling me bout it, I ask them to put brakes on the steer axle. With no problem they did am very thankful for Kenworth in Dothan been doing business for years up here a wonderful group guys to help out. So if anyone reads this and they in area for parts or service stop in and tell them MA Hauling told you bout them!!!!

Dropped off a bus to be worked on here. They were very quick and helpful. The guy taking notes on the problem communicated and listened well. I'm sure we will be back.

This dealership was nothing short of amazing. Although it took a while to get parts (due to the crazy storms and such) they made you feel welcome, recommended places to stay, and even offered to shuttle you to the hotel. They had great laundry facilities as well as an awesome drivers lounge. While nobody hopes to break down, I sure do hope that next time it s in the same area.

I purchased a radiator it was the wrong one. Come back today to get the right one and get the police called on me saying I owe them. It took the police to show them that I was right and they was wrong. So when u make a change of a part better make sure u double check your invoice when u make a return.

Dropped truck off last Monday afternoon took until Friday to get them to run a diagnostic report on it and that was only after I made the statement that I may have to pick the truck up and go somewhere else... Yesterday Monday morning I was told I was next in line for next open mechanic. Today is Tuesday and after being told that the mechanic would be pulling it in the shop in a few minutes 2 1/2 hours later it just get pulled In... I was hoping to be able to make this my go to shop for everything when home for off time but right now I'm not sure.. Go by the shop they tell me that they had to reorder new bolts for the fender because they stripped the ones on the fenders . Decided that they could take the new fenders off and put my old ones back on I'm done with Truckworxs.Today is Monday 10/18/21 been in shop 2 full weeks today, was told it Would be ready Friday evening or by noon Saturday at the latest, told again Saturday at 11 am that they would be ready before they close the shop at 3 pm Saturday? It is now Monday morning the 18th 11:30 and Truck is still not ready they have now cost me another load. I wish I hadn't purchased the fenders that they can't seem to get put on.It's January the 5th 2022 if Truckworx really wanted to address my complaint and concerns they have my phone number and address. Requesting me to waste even more of my time on a public review is just away for you to attempt to dismiss my original complaints. Everyday for 2 full weeks your shop didn't not communicate or do what they said they would do..Your shop manager would walk away from the counter and leave the ladies at the counter to address me and my complaints. The ladies were always professional and kind while relaying his messages...If Truckworx ever wants any of my business they will have to reach out to me...

Parts Department is amazing! I wish I could give 10 stars. Hunter, Dewayne, and Frank are my go to guys, but the whole department really is fantastic!!

These folks are amazing. Lost a/c belt and tensioner and these folks got one made up and went to two different places to get me the right size belt they went way above and beyond. I even tipped the service manager and the mechanic that worked on it when do you ever hear of somebody tipping your mechanic.

very helpfulAlex in service was friendly and organized. Shaun in shop was helpfull also gave me great advice for things to look out for. Also the shop paid attention smaller issues that saved me time and instead of taking advantage and over charging me. good work and good price for my experience!

Incredible parts and service department!!! Have been to 5 other states and their Kenworth dealerships and have never seen customer (driver) service that excels on this level!! They provide a driver's lounge that has a bedroom, washer/dryer, shower, and shuttle service to any location you need! Thank You Alex and Your staff for a very professional yet warm hospitality all in one!!!

Friendly staff. Quick service. I had a minor electrical problem. Got fixed less than an hour. My mechanic Dave did outstanding job. BTW prices are reasonable.

Pulled checked in at service and Tammy was friendly and knowledgeable pulled codes and got my truck in for repair. Very helpful and knowledgeable people and techs. Explanation of the problem and what was needed for repair. Great place run by great people

After almost $4400 and a week and half for a radiator, metal coolant pipes, wheel seal, and NoX sensor, now I have loose hose clamps which cost me another $100 this week. If they work on your truck be prepared to take it somewhere else and have their work checked. Better yet, just take it somewhere else...

Our truck was in the area, broke down and these folks too extra good care of us. Knights towing done the touring work extremely reasonable and Tammy took care of us at the dealership. Great experience. Thanks again.

Dropped truck off week before Xmas for new clutch. Picked up on 5th January. Both rear air level rods ripped off tools in truck grease on everything very unprofessional

Service department won't answer phone calls, does shotty work to include shorting us 3 gal of oil when they did a PM, ordering the wrong part three times causing a two week downtime, doing a visual inspection for a leaking seal (can clearly be seen) and an audible air leak test on non audible air leak that occurs when vehicle is in motion. Then they want to charge us 106.00 for the privilege of telling us yes you have a leaking seal and we can't find an audible air leak....then (I have a CDL and drive 320 days a year so I kinda know what an air compressor sounds like...duh it's part of daily inspections) he lets the compressor fill up and when it shuts off he says "now that's what it sounds like when it goes off." Wow...seriously just have no words.

Always fast friendly and professional service. There are other Kenworth dealerships and very few have these qualities. As a driver I highly recommend Kenworth of Dothan Alabama.

I have to hand it to the crew here. They have been nothing but amazing to work with. From Tammy and Kim who takes care of the customers needs to Dave telling the customer in detail on what the truck needs to get back on the road. Thank you guys and gals!!!!!
