The only reason I left one star is because you have to. This place is an absolute joke from the work to the inside. It is a SCAM. They put false information on hiring sites to recruit skilled mechanics. They then produce fraudulent paperwork under the names of the employees and their socials. They also charge truckers triple what it costs to fix issues. Truckers and potential employees beware this place is a SCAM for all those who utilize their services. The BBB and department of labor are currently investigating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We were 2 miles to our house and ran out of gas and one of your trucks stopped and helped us!! Very very friendly gentleman!!!

Wesley came out to help us after another company never showed. He was very polite, professional, and communicated well. He checked over our brakes to figure out what was wrong and changed the caliper. Before he came, he called to let us know where he was. He got our VIN number to be sure to get the correct part. And while he was there he kept us informed of what he was doing. He made our anxiety melt away and we were no longer worried.

Had a oil pressure issue, Wesley got to me at a decent time . He was very knowledgeable and knew what to do right away!Very professional and Courteous!!Would recommend them in a minute!

Very disappointed. I called this Roadside Service at 7:20 pm on 6-28-19 from the East side of Dothan, Al. The Dispatch said he would have a technician call me. The Dispatch took all my information for the technician to get a hold of me right up to my location! As of 12:20 am 6-29-19 I have received no call back. My wife drove from 170mi away to bring what I needed to get up and running. Poor quality of service is not my style of business!

Excellent service, super road service equipment, pulled my 35feet 5th Wheel 70 miles all on time fast and friendly, even if we almost got stuck on a sandy dirt road, will absolutely recommend their service.

Truckers 24 hour road service is nothing but a roadside ripoff I was charged $900 to change a universal joint on the drive shaft this should have never came about $250 if you can find somebody else use somebody else roadside rip off
