Buying tires is usually not a "fun" experience, but it is always a pleasant experience here. These folks are so kind and knowledgeable about the tires and services that they provide. And fast! I got an entire set of tires and a pleasant chat in an hour. And their prices beat everyone that we had checked with. A comfortable waiting area and pleasant folks. Truly no better way to buy tires!

I have been using Tri-State Rubber for decades now. Owned and operated by a great family who really take care of their customers. While everyone else seems to lower customer service and hire unqualified people, Tri-State Rubber is a welcome exception. Their prices are just where they need to be, but they really do go the extra mile to take care of customers. The owners and staff can answer all of your tire questions and help with diagnosing any issues. The only drawback is that they do not do more. I would love to find a repair shop that provides this level of service! A great family run and local business!

Started using these folks a few years ago. Old fashioned family business with great folks and service.Prices are really good and very accommodating.They do a great job of balancing my pick up truck tires, normal sized but the have the knack for doing it right. Other places never seemed to get it right.Thankful I found them.

We were travelling through Dothan when we noticed our tow dolly had uneven wear on one of the tires. They got us fixed up with a new tire in less that 45 minutes we were back on the road. Thanks to the great folks at Tri-State!

We are new to the area and needed 4 new tires. After checking around and reading a lot of reviews, I decided to try Tri-State. So glad I did! The people were super nice and helpful, our truck was in and out in no time at all and the price was better than we expected. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

This was a good visit needed tires went in and in less than an hr I was heading home. They treated me great and prices were good also try them out

We busted a tire in the early morning hours of Thursday, October 20 on our way home to East Tennessee from Panama City, FL. We managed to make it up the road a little ways with our spare on before finding Tri-State Tire. Pulled in the parking lot at 7:40 am and had a new tire on, paid for, & getting back on the road within 30 to 40 minutes. The staff was very friendly & even went out of their way to look at our brakes & check the air in the rest of our tires while we were there! So thankful we found them and was able to get back home safely!!!!

So friendly and helpful! I came in on my way to work in need of at least one tire but they had a great price so I got 2, but I only had time for one to be mounted. They got me taken care of in a quick and curtious manner. When I came back that afternoon to get the other tire I purchased put on they got me right in and finished up! The lady working the front desk works so hard for all her customers! Great place, great price, what more can u ask for? Keep up the good work guys!

The place I call home I thank God everyday y'all took a chance on me. I know that sometimes we may get upset now and then but at the end of the day I would do anything for y'all because in my heart y'all are my family I wouldn't ever want to be any where but at TRI State

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by the prices compared to other places in Dothan. But what was even better, was the courtesy we were shown by the mother and son who owned and work the shop. We were very impressed because if you've noticed that most people in retail these days act very unhappy having to work and are very disrespectful. Thank you you made our day

Excellent Service as always! I needed to get to Birmingham in a hurry and I had a gigantic screw in my tire. Another well-known company in town insisted that I purchase a $205 tire and I didn't feel like I needed a new (my tires are new) one so I left and went to Tri-state Tire and rubber. I was on my way within 30 minutes with my patched tire! Made it safe and sound....thanks guys!

These guys do a great job and have fantastic tires!I only buy my tires here because of the friendly owners, professional service, and great tires & reasonable prices! A true 5 star experience every time!

Great and friendly service and they look out for their customers. I was shopping for some tires and kept getting the same price everywhere. I called up Tri-State Rubber and they offered an alternative brand and saved me a chunk of change. I have been using this store for years and will not take my business anywhere but here. Their work and quality are great. Would send anyone needing tires to them hands down

This place is awesome!!! As we traveled on Christmas eve from athens ga to Panama city Beach fl I discovered that my right rear tire was getting low. I pulled into tri state tire around 8:30am and they were open. They took my truck right on back and patched my tire in 30 minutes we were on our way. They were supper nice and very professional. Highly recommend this place.

Won t be going back here and will be telling my friends and family to no longer do business with them. Went in to get two tires and go to pay and the lady at the front desk was rude and disrespectful for no reason. Would not have someone like her running my front desk. Very very rude and uncalled for.

It was 15 minutes till close, I made a cal and they said come on. Very friendly staff and great service. They are a God send, will recommend to everyone.

Friendly staff. Great prices. They listened to what I wanted and did it perfectly. They did over inflate my tires but that's an easy fix. I will be going back again for sure. Thanks guys and gals at Tri State Tire.

My sister bought her tires here, great people who work here very friendly and the prices are great also, they balance and rotate tires for free after you buy them.
