My repair on my car was done very well. I was happy to see my car back to the way it was. Even though the pricing confused me which I didn t like dealing with my insurance I was happy to get my car back.

Sorry workmanship. I had to take my car back 3 times after they spent 10k on repairs. No eye for details. Left a set of vice grips holding my hood down. Didn't fix the visor. Replaced trim under door 3 times before it stuck. I don't know about the human race anymore.Update 11/7/23. My Mechanic was changing the oil and noticed Tri State had left off the air filter intake duct. Have to take it to them because they don't know what the air filter intake duct is.DO NOT let Progressive take your car to these people.

Updating my review after having a very dissatisfying experience with them working on my 2023 Toyota Corolla. Apparently when my wife got sideswiped last March and they took nearly a month to repair it they couldn't even make sure that everything was plugged back in and working properly. Flash forward to 12/27/23 while driving thru Headland AL I get pulled over by Headland PD for my license plate lights not working. I tried to replace the bulbs thinking it was something simple nope new bulbs didn't work either. Took it to the dealer I bought it from they found several things left unplugged at the body behind the bumper cover. to the tune of $261.60 Called Tri-State and the manager initially offers to pay the bill via phone. I let him know I had already paid the bill and simply would like to be reimbursed. Drove the repair bill to their shop now they refuse todo anything about it. Guess I'll be contacting my insurance company and attorney next. Who leaves wiring unplugged on a brand new car with less than 5k miles on it at that time. Wish Google would let me leave negative stars!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICAL HERE THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES IN DOTHAN!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would never use them again I really had a bad experience i had a small dent and it became a total mess put the wrong paint on a brand new car then allowed it to get over Spay on it it's black then when I said I was not pleased they tried to buff it and nothing but Swirls in the Paint wouldn't do what the owner told me to tell them to do and wouldn't put me in touch with him Former Mayor Mike Schmitz he really needs to know how they are treating his costumer's at his businesses.

My insurance company referred me here and I have had nothing but issues. Came to pick up my car and my bumper wasn't on evenly then I came back a second time after they said my car was ready and they forget to put my emblem on. They are fast but I can't say I'd take my car back after I had multiple scratches on my car that I know we're not there. They should take more pride in Costmer cars no matter if they are insurance claims are not. They don't even walk around the car with u after u pick it up or anything they jus threw me my keys and said it's on the side of the building. I experienced poor customer service

I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I received from Tri-States! Wrecking my new car was devastating but I was assured that it would look like new once the repairs were done. And they did just that! Better than expected and I am so grateful! Atrayu was wonderful at communicating each step with me and was right on time with the date the worked would be complete. In addition, Vickie and all of the office staff was so kind and helpful and took care of everything. My experience was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional, patient, friendly and ever so accommodating! I drive thousands of miles a month as a courier and I had a driveway mess up my bumper. I took it to them and they offered to fix it real quick- then wouldn't let me pay them! Good people!

My car was nearly totaled. My insurance company recommended Tri-State. Boy am I glad they did. My car repair was BEAUTIFUL. They were WONDERFUL! They communicated with me during the entire process and were so easy to work with. If you are anywhere in the SE Alabama area and needing work on your car, PLEASE consider a visit to Tri-State Collision Center. It took well over a month for my vehicle to be repaired, then they had the nerve to call a week later and say I owe more money after I already paid what they asked for. Why would you give me my vehicle if I still owe you money, These white owners give black people horrible service and overcharge US.. what is the purpose of having insurance when you have to pay 4000 dollars out of pocket, makes no sense,

I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months on repair and paint issues with my car after my wreck. They "completed" the initial job however when I went to pick it up pieces were not attached properly and paint was still chipped from the broken glass. We took it back as they agreed that the job was not done properly. I pick it up and I get it home and realize that there is overspray from the paint causing a glossy look on the front bumper and the side fender above my tire was completely scratched underneath the clear coat with "swirling" about a foot and a half of my side fender. We go back to them and take it back for a 3rd time and show them the issues, I get it back and get it home and the swirling is still there. It was not as noticeable but it looked like they had just sprayed another clear coat over it. I have called and my husband has been there in person this is the 4th time now regarding paint issues and they are not taking ownership for their mistakes and obviously do not care about their workmanship. I will never go back here again for any automotive issues because of their poor communication; you have to be aggressive and contact them yourself or you will never hear from them and they do not take pride in their work at all or I would not be in this position for 2 months now, with my car going back and forth in the shop 4 times for the same issues they cannot seem to fix or just do not care to take the time to do properly and accurately.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was NOT happy with the service I received from this company at all! There was no communication or professionalism. The date I was quoted to receive my vehicle back was incorrect, it took another 7 days for me to get my car back! Such a MAJOR inconvenience!!! Vicki stepped in after I spoke with her about my issue and she gave me a discount, but in the future if I ever need to use a collision center, this will not be my choice, nor will I refer anyone to this business.Service: Body & Trim

Go somewhere else. These people are so unprofessional. Noone knows what is going on with your car, they say they'll call you back and never do. 3x a part got mixed up. Do not waste your time.
