Dropped my vehicle off on July 4th 2023 they I continue to call them every week still not done finally call me on September the 17th and say it s ready I tell them I can come on the 22nd to pick it up the lady in the office calls me the morning of the 22nd very hateful and says you know we charged you 25.00 a day and we want you to get it today extremely hateful after they had my vehicle since July 3 months will bring a vehicle to them againService: Transmission

The WORST customer service I've ever seen in my life!! Whoever the "Manager" is needs to be fired immediately. The way she talks to customers is appalling!! Go ANYWHERE but here!!Service: Transmission repairService: Transmission repair

I called them and asked if they could get a transmission . I was told they should be able to , and the fellow I spoke to , asked me several questions about the one that I have , such as if it's in the truck I said yes Sir . He then asked if could drive it I said yes sir , I don't remember all of the questions but he was really nice and polite really professional like . He did tell me that they wanted to check the transmission out for themselves to see what was going on with it . Wanted me to bring it to them that day but I couldn't I had other things going on .

The great repair plus they had the part I needed so they discounted the cost and receptionist was lovely very pleasant would definitely recommend

Absolutely horrible experience I would never recommend this place to anyone. Totally inept long haired guy. The owner was kinda helpful. The young guy was more knowledgeable than both if those two. Lady in office was very nice. Don't take your vehicle here....ever.

I have take my cars to this shop numerous times and have always been very happy with the results. They are friendly and informative and between the three technician they make a heck of a team! With cars getting more and more complicated it take a team effort to get it right. My husband said that other shops in the area call Mark when they have a puzzle they can't solve for help. Great job guys, keep up the good work!e

Great at telling you what ever you want to know. Terrible at doing a good job worth the $1600 that they wind up charging for my car to fall a part 15 min after I got it from them!! Worst business ever!!! DON'T EVER BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. THEIR CROOKS!!!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I work at a car Dealership and have used them for over 8 years. They have saved us Thousands of dollars in repairs. They are extremely honest people, quality work done right the first time, and there diagnostics are extremely accurate saving you on "Mechanics Guesswork". Five Stars!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! STAY AWAY!!I wish I could give it ZERO stars if I could.They do not deserve your time and money.I have formally filed a complaint and also left a review on Better Business Bureau website to let them know how garbage of a business this place does with customers.After deciding not to pursue further service from them, because of their outrageous pricing, they not only charged an "inspection fee" that was UNHEARD of, but also took out one of the expansive part from my vehicle. When I questioned them about it, I was only told they never took it and can come "check out" their shop to look for the part myself. Are you Kidding ME? (my vehicle was broken down and was in their lot the WHOLE time) I assume they were angry and did this as a way of getting back for deciding not to repair my vehicle with them.BOTTOM LINE: I am saving you the trouble. Take your vehicle somewhere ELSE.

These people fixed my Subaru tribeca! They are literally the only people who would work on my Subaru and got it back on the road for a reasonable price!

Would have no idea if they are a good shop or not. Took my car to them two weeks in a row and they didn't even look at it. Poor business sense. Will never use them again.

On a cross country trip my tranny went out,and had it towed to transmatic ,they rebuilt my transmission and when i headed out of town ,the transmission didn't even get 200 miles ,where i had to have a new one put in up in Decatur Al.When i called the owner he agreed to reimburse a good part of the charge,but he never did,it took me a year of dealing with my credit card company to get paid back.Even if these guys messed up and everyone messes up,their dishonesty,lying, and just figuring because i was passing through they could get away with it.do yourself a favor and steer clear of transmatic transmissions. thank you
