I got my service done within an hour.You can easily schedule service appointment online.I wish they provide complementary wash and vacuum for regular customers.

Service was good. The gentleman that checked me in for slack tire was great. He got my walker out of car and opened doors for me to go inside. I thought the time was long as it took 1 1/2 hrs to repair a tire. But the gentleman walked me back to pay and then pulled my car up. Again he opened doors and put my walker back in car. Over all I was satisfied.

I bought a Toyota truck at Toyota of Dothan, got a good deal - no problem but as I bring the vehicle in for service / scheduled maintenance it takes forever for them to do an oil change or tire rotation you might as well give up half your day to waiting.The one time I brought it over there just to get there tires rotated and balanced I waited at least 6 hours It was madness.I don't think it should take so long for these things.The service people are all very nice but the length of time to get anything done is unacceptable.

The service was so friendly and they took great care of my 95 year old grandma (well her car); i had driven her in her car up there. She got a nice discount!

Got to Toyota at About 9:30 this morning,they still hadn't looked at my vehicle at 1pm (I was considered a "walk-in")...it was 3:15 before they were done with my vehicle, the said they were ordering a tire (extremely slow leak) and gave me 10% off the cost of the visit...Moral: don't visit the service department without an appointment!!

Service was fine.I would not buy cars from them. If you have to buy a car from them and something has to be done after the fact be sure to get it in writing. Because they won't stick to there word!!

Overall services decent. Just stay away from the tire department. They don't know how to balance or align

Took my Toyota Tacoma in for a repair. Had to give them a 4 because they have a lot to learn in regards to service. In comparison to Honda.........

Best place to buy a new or slightly used car. Very polite and willing to assist in anyway .Would not get a vehicle from anywhere else
