Prices have gone way up to the point it s ridiculous. $1,900 for one piece of shower glass, glass door and frame, nothing special at all.

I had a big crack in my windshield and checked with the Hyundai dealer, who recommended the Glass Doctor. I'm very happy that they did.I was greeted as soon as I entered the showroom. The area was clean and well-organized, with comfortable seating available for waiting customers. The service area can be viewed easily from the showroom and counter area. It is also neat and clean.I worked with Ali, who to this displaced former New Yorker epitomizes the gracious hospitality the south is known for.My car has some special features that require a laser alignment of the replacement windshield. Everything works perfectly after the installation.I was given a can of window cleaner to make sure the new glass stays nice and clear. Overall, I give the Glass Doctor an A+!

I had a broken exterior window that needed repair. I brought the window to their showroom and inquired about them doing the work (in other words, making it as easy as possible for them to help me!). Initially, I stood there for about 5 to 10 minutes without being acknowledged as apparently the gentleman and lady working had more pressing concerns. After the wait, I was greeted with same curtesy I'd expect at a prison. The lady grumbled that she couldn't repair it because the color was wrong. I was initially confused, but after a brief exchange, determined that they just were not interested in repairing it.I then asked for a recommendation for a company that could help me, and she snorted as she walked off stating that she did not know of one.Honestly, I know that you're thinking that there are two sides to every review. Trust me though when I say that I was not a jerk, I was not rude, nor was I even short in words with them! Yet, I was treated like I was just trash and apparently insulting them to consider myself worthy to be their customer.After a google search, I was able to call Simply Glass in Dothan Glass Company's own parking lot and Dustin was at my house in 45 minutes. Please use Simply Glass instead and put this miserable company out of business. They might have been good in 1931, but their arrogance is beyond reason today

This place is AWESOME!!! Earl and William are true pros and true blessings. Their amazing hospitality left me with zero hesitation to come down from Atlanta and man did I make the the right decision or what! It was so worth my drive. I needed a custom glass for my dining table and every edge and every corner fits perfectly! They didn t even have to see the table and completed the job with a single pattern. They also turned what originally was a 3 day job into a 4 hour job so I didn t have to drive extra to pick it up. They still managed to be perfect - every corner is so smooth and every edge fits perfect. I m in love with this place! I m definitely coming back for future projects and I recommend this place to you whether you re in Dothan or not!!! Thank you again Earl and William!

Awesome staff members. 100$ cheaper than everywhere else. They had my car in and out for a windshield repair, within 2 hours. I was very impressed, they have comfortable chairs to wait in, drink machines and snack machines. They have a outlet in case you need to charge your phone. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

I ve used Dothan Glass both as a business - my family s collision repair shop has always had great work done when replacing windshields with DG - and on my personal residence. Ronnie and the entire service department always does incredible work, Brenda in auto glass always gets us in and out, and William s measurements and cuts are masterful. I ll never use anyone else.Services: Installation, Glass installation, Auto windshield replacement

Must say without hesitation, everyone is exceptional from the owner Earl to the ladies i was involved with, Diane and Brenda. Each and everyone of them go above and beyond to keep and create clear communication between you and them, even when there is a misunderstanding on an individuals part, they respond quickly to clarify everything. They do exceptional work and if something does go wrong, correct it quickly. Thanks to everyone involved and my apologies for my misunderstandings. 100 percent excellent company!!

Great for home projects. I wanted to make a three sided mirror so I could color and cut my own hair during this pandemic. I measured my walls twice and had the mirrors cut. Bought some mirror clips, black mirror glue, mirror glass cleaner. Reasonably priced. One stop shop. I highly recommend buying your mirrors at Dothan Glass Company.They do professional installs too.Many years ago, I used Dothan Glass in several of my businesses. They put in full glass walls, mirrored retail shelves, etc.

A huge rock hit my windshield leaving a golf ball sized gouge in it over the weekend. Called insurance company, they sent out Dothan Glass Co. to replace the windshield. They were at my workplace the next day to do the job. The guy who did the work was very courteous, he explained what he had to do, what type of windshield he was replacing the old one with and let me get back to work while he did the install. It only took him a little over an hour and he was finished! Told me to wait about an hour and a half to drive the car, gave me my invoice and we were all good to go! Would recommend this company to anyone! Fast, Friendly, On Time, and did a great job!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My fiance and I were on our way home from Miami & the car in front of us ran over a semi tire and it flew back and hit our car & broke the windshield. We called them as soon as they opened Monday morning at 7:30 and they were able to get the car in and finished within 2-3 hours. Amazing staff, very friendly. Clean space and had a tv, comfortable chairs, WiFi, and charging ports. Brenda helped us out and she was AMAZING. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a quick, friendly & secure windshield replacement. Very impressed!

We recently had a custom shower door installed. There was a delay due to wrong parts shipped. A few weeks after the shower was installed, we called to get a mirror cut. The guys came out, cut the mirror and backboard, installed them in the frame and hung it in my bathroom. No charge to make up for the delays in the shower door! Great service, friendly and professional people. I can t recommend Dothan Glass enough!

Customer service rock stars!I had chipped and cracked glass, but was also having an extra problem with a piece loose that was making all kinds of noise. Long story short, When I would hit 55-mph, it sounded like an airplane.It is really hard to explain that to someone over the phone. Dothan Glass has real people that listened to my problem, and then we walked over to the vehicle to look at it in person.I know, right?Seriously friends, in a world of automated phone calls and the internet, it was a beautiful thing to actually talk to real people about what was happening with my vehicle! They got it fixed, no problem!This is the plus of doing business with Dothan Glass! The customer service is excellent!I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Only been here a year I love em very respectful and I have no problems very helpful one of the frames we got glass for my husband made
