Dropped my Honda off this morning with a front brake issue. Dustin provided excellent intake service and my car was quickly returned to safe operation. Very impressed. The waiting area was need, the customer service was very good and the work was great. They didn't release my car until they found the problem. They are my choice forever.

They fixed everything except what they were supposed to fix!!! They overcharged and I overpaid for everything!!! They even broke the hood adjuster. If you want to be robbed I suggest that you take your vehicle to them! It may not be strong arm robbery, but robbery is robbery. They even lied to me once in the past by telling me that something needed replacing that actually didn t. I have finally learned my lesson!!! Don t be like me! Be smarter!! I wish that there was a no stars option!!

I was having electrical issues with my Dodge ram, Brake lights would not come on and only one of the tell lights was working. Also running lights would only work half the time So I took it techway after leaving it there they called me with a price and told me what I had going on. There was a few different issues but the price was reasonable and when I got the truck back everything worked. This day and age That's all you can ask for everything was good Highly recommendedService: Electrical repair

Always receive prompt, courteous service. When you are managing 4 or more vehicles that is very important. Dustin is the absolute BEST.

Did an intake n that went pretty well w Dustin however, No returned calls n no follow up when I dropped my truck off for repairs the day before.. checked back at late morning n noon the next day. After a number of calls, they weren t able to get to it. I d probly givem another chance n try em again as they are very kind n respectful to customers

took my truck over for a repair that i was not comfortable doing myself, had 1 of the parts that I wanted to be replaced. in the truck and 4 days later, they got finished with it.but they are very expensive but any time you can't do it yourself it going to cost you a lot

Techway is probably your best bet in Dothan to get great service at a really fair price. My brakes were roasted, and they did an excellent job of replacing them at a great price. They also offer a shuttle, so you can drop your car off in the morning, and don t have to worry about getting your wife to pick you up (it s an invaluable service). What a joke. They want to charge me 3k to replace my cracked up pipe that has six bolts and doesn't require anything special. Don't waste your time

Pros: excellent customer service; same day service; very knowledgeable mechanics. The Dodge service center failed to correctly diagnose the issue and kept my car for over a month. Techway fit me into their schedule right away and correctly diagnosed the issue - I was able to pick up my car on the same day I dropped it off, which was a very pleasant surprise after being without it for a month waiting on Dodge to fix it. I will absolutely return to Techway for any future auto needs. Cain/Kane (sp?) was especially helpful and really knows his stuff. Very thankful to the whole crew who worked on my car!

If this review could be -10 it still wouldn t accurately represent how awful this place is. Brought car in for the air conditioner not working, they fixed it and within one day of driving it after getting it back the engine was overheating, which had never been an issue. Brought it back and they said they couldn t find anything wrong with it. Picked it back up, and within 10 miles of driving it off the lot, it stopped working at a red light. Had it towed back, and when explaining how stressful/what had happened the last few weeks were with the car to the manager, he was rude and only response was we didn t touch the engine . No apology, no care about anything, just immediate rudeness.

The people are great and super friendly.. Went in for an alignment and oil change. I had to take my daughter with me and wait but that is okay cause they had things for her to play with and a tv that I could put on cartoons. At the end they even gave her a treat bag.. They even had an awesome coffe set up which is a win for me.. This is the place to go if you want something done right..

Don t leave your car. Stay with it. Never use them again. I feel like some of the mechanics must be really good by the reviews but how does the customer know which one it is? The owner knows and should get rid of the bad mechanic. I was supposed to get a quote before they repaired my car.

I had high hopes for this shop and was very patient but didn't have a good experience. Dropped off my vehicle with a list of simple items to address and look at, including a tire patch and rotation. After two days they did nothing to my car and claimed they could not duplicate the two issues that I easily can so I picked it up. I believe they were too busy to care, and didn't call me once (I had to call for updates, which there were none). Then charged me $107 just to look at my car and tell me what I already knew. I won't be back to say the least.

Unfortunately, I will not be using them again. Dropped my vehicle off for a clogged sunroof drain. They wanted to charge 100. 00 for a diagnostic check. There was nothing to diagnose because I pretty much told them what was wrong on top of a $300 repair cost. I was told the diagnostic fee is separate and would not go towards the $300 repair to fix the drain tube. After picking up my car, I asked why was the repair so much when there are no parts involved, is that $300 in labor and he replied yes. I asked another associate was it typical to charge diagnostic fee as well as repair, she replied no. When I explained to her well that is what I was told, she then changed her story and said yes that is right . So $400 to just to unclog a drain and no parts involved is just highway robbery.

I had to take my truck back after they fixed my ac. It went from the condenser then to the compressor and it's still not cooling like I'd like. I feel they didn't diagnose the real problem.

Techway Auto is a certified repair shop for CarMax extended warranty holders. They were informative in the beginning, but after the car was dropped off there was less than sufficient communication on the status of my car. I usually had to call myself. But then when they told me the car was ready for pick up, I get there and they say that CarMax hadn't even paid their portion yet. Regardless of everything, I would still recommend them because the work they did was solid, and they repaired some pretty significant parts. The only constructive feedback I am giving is on their communication skills.

Can't say enough good things about my experience here. My wife and I were on a trip down to the panhandle when suddenly our car started intermittently losing all electrical power. We quickly searched for the closest repair shop and found Techway. Even though it was around 2 pm on a busy Friday they managed to work us in. Once the tech was able to look at the vehicle he discovered it was just a loose battery connection. They tightened it up and didn't charge us a dime. I tried to get them to let me at least pay a diagnostic fee but they refused. I wish I lived closer to Dothan so I could use them more often.Service: General repairs & maintenance

NEGATIVE STARS- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK!!$2600.00 and 2 months after the "alignment", my car is not aligned. I called SHANE to request that he make it right and his response was "SUBPOENA ME". THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK! THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!

I'd give a 0 if I could....told me they would have my truck done maybe Thursday and if not Friday, just waiting on a pigtail. Called today and yes my truck is still there, they said the part didn't come in. I made one phone call to a local parts store and found one. Called Craig at Tech Way and told him I found one and if i buy it and bring it to you could you get it done. NOPE mechanic working on another vehicle. So my truck that s been there for 3 days and 1300 bill isn t that important. Come on, be a little respectful or how about some customer service you know above and beyondService: Engine repair
