What a great bunch of people, always fair pricing , always great serviceI have used them for several years but never left a review before.You can t go wrong if you use them.My last visit they fixed my ailment and because they could not get it perfect ( it s a Jeep thing) they did not charge me.Thank you guys!!

Great customer service. Gave me the lowest prices I called 6 other places for an alignment everyone else was about $10-$20 higher in price. Not too bad of a wait for a wheel alignment. They are a busy place so call early.

The first time I stopped in was probably 20years ago. I was pulling a 16 foot trailer with a farm tractor on it. A tire was going flat and I pulled into Scott's. They pulled a jack out of the shop pulled the tire off and fixed it at no charge. They've always given me a fair price on tires and service. Sometimes you may have to wait longer than you might like to but that's the way it is in all shops. The wait is worth it to me.

First off let me say it's incredibly difficult to find someone to work on vintage vehicles! Last week, Scott Steven's Tire was recommended by a couple of my friends. My 1971 F100 4x4 needed brakes, a water pump, and a new master brake cylinder. I'm grateful to relay they did a masterful job finding and installing the parts! Lee and Josh did a great job researching and finding the parts. A Special Thank You to Michael, the automotive technician who with great skill diagnosed and made the repairs. While sitting in the lobby I could tell from the volume of customers that Scott Steven's Tires is respected and trusted in our community. I highly recommend and will return.

Hands down best company around my truck had put me down on the road and guess who came out and got me back going Scott s tech and there staff are like family even better than family I love this place I will never spend a dollar with anyone else Thanks you guys keep up the awesome work and god bless everyone of you guys sincerely Anthony Williams @B and V used autos

Absolutely amazing. I went in for a tire that had a slow leak. They found a nail and didn't charge me for the repairs to my tire. Told me just to come back and see them. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company great customer service

On a 10 hour roadtrip when a screw punctured the tire, stopped by Scott s, got it done quick and without charge. Definitely appreciate their help. God bless

Real like these guys . I had to have some front end work done on my F250. I think they done a great job .And the price was not to bad. So I would highly recommend they .

Everyone has their own opinions about vehicle service stores. Normally, I do my own minor work but my wife will sometimes go to Scott's. Had to go for a flat on my truck, nail. Had a 103 temperature so couldn't do it myself. Wife took it, they tried a plug but it was flat 3 hours later. Took it back and they did a full patch. No charge either time. 5 minutes the first time and around 15 the second.I don't fault them for the first fix. Same thing I would do.One thing I noticed, very friendly and family type atmosphere. Worth it for me.

Full of Alabama themed furniture and autographed equipment, you might feel unwelcome as a fan of any other SEC team. However, they've been more than helpful each time I've been there and don't seem to try and take advantage of people who might not be very handy with cars. It was also great to buy the parts cheaper than Firestone wanted for them and bring them into here and just pay for labor. Check ahead to make sure they'll do that for whatever your specific need is.

So yesterday I took my car to Scott Stevens Bc my tire pressure light came on . They apparently have a ton of new employees that are teenage boys working there . One of them told me they looked at my tires and said they were fine . I got home and all my tires were extremely overinflated and they didn t replace my tire valve caps so I had to let air out myself and go buy new caps . Then this morning on the way to a doctors appointment in Montgomery the tire they told me was fine to drive just needed to be replaced eventually popped and turned out it was completely shredded on one side . I have used Scott Stevens since I was old enough to drive but I guess now that they are hiring children who don t care about anyone s safety or property I ll be going elsewhere .

Yup ..I live local prefer to shop local i.e.Community businesses. Dropped off first thing picked up at lunchtime. Considering it's a no appointment service center I'd say that was darn fast considering the lobby was full when I got there. Good job y'all!

These guys came out to help me change my tire I couldn't get off, in Taylor and didn't charge me. Naturally when I went to get new tires, I went straight to them. I asked them to check all my tires and they suggested I replace the two front. Could've told me all 4 and I would've believed them. I'll remember. My wife is taking hers in next week.

If you have any wheel and tire needs anywhere around Dothan Alabama DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT go to Scott stevens tire!! If you want to receive your vehicle or wheels and tires back in the same condition as when you dropped them off, Scott stevens tire is the last place you even want to think about. I took my wheel and tire up there to get a simple valve stem replaced and in return I received my $1000 American Force wheel back with 3 majors gouges in the outter lip of the wheel. After confronting the manger about the situation all I got was a sorry I don t know what happened with an I don t care attitude. This has by far topped my list of worse automotive shops in history. DO NOT ever take any of your vehicles to Scott Steven tire to get any work done what-so-ever unless you simply do not care about it.

I had a flat tire and called them they came within 20 mins and pumped it up for free, I followed the gentleman back and got a tire delivered there in under 30 mins. I had a good experience that time. While I was there, another person got an alignment and the price they charged was $79 (same as other places such as tech way) but I called this morning and the man told me $100 not sure if it was because the boss was out that they were charging low or what the case is.

I called the shop because my sister in law is in desperate need of tires that aren't dry rot so she can continue to go to and from the hospital where my brother is in critical care for a blood clot in his brain. A guy named Farmer said he would help, but when I happily told her to go there, they said they had no idea what she was talking about. Rude. Unbelievably insensitive.

While they don't take appointments, staff are friendly and work as quickly as they can. They put new tires on my car that I had purchased online.

Called ahead for tires, was told they have them in stock. Drove an hour and a half into town and was told they dont have them... so three hours wasted AND I cant get the tires I needed today before a trip out of town.They may be a decent place but if you can't stand by what you advertise, you don't deserve anyone's business.Update:Jim Whaleys agreed to squeeze me in last minute due to my predicament. It cost $250 more than Scott, but they were flexible and came through with what he said on the phone.

With plenty of bays, good employees, and great service, this is THE place to get all of your tire needs (and more!) taken care of!!! I come back every time I have ANY tire trouble!!!

I needed a tire checked that was running low and went on my lunch break. The staff was friendly, professional and they patched the tire at no charge. I highly recommend Scott Stevens Tires and will be using them again in the future.
