The employees here are super helpful. They greet you as you walk in and take care of your car like it was your own. I got a great deal on 4 tires and you can't beat lifetime rotation.

I love this place. I have the worst luck with tires on my dirt road but they always come thru for me. They provide fast and friendly service and they are very thorough in what they do. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and their prices. If you are in need of having your vehicle serviced please check out RoadMart on the south side of Dothan Al. Ask for Josh or Chris tell them Heather sent ya.!!!

I bring both my cars to Josh at Southside Road Mart for all my maintenance and emergency needs. Has always taken care of me. Josh and all his staff have always been super professional and kind with every visit. I highly recommend bringing your vehicles to them.

Josh and Chris are always honest and helpful with diagnosing and servicing, and their boys always take good thorough care of your vehicle and don't leave a mess. Definitely recommend them! Also, open mornings on Saturday!

I was about to drive back up to New Jersey and realized I needed an oil change. I came here after finding them on Google and seeing that they offered a woman's Wednesday special. The staff were very friendly, inviting, fast but thorough and informative. I would recommend this establishment 100%! I wish I could give them a 6/5 to be honest that how awesome they are!

Quick, friendly, professional service. I brought my car in for an alignment and was there right as they opened on a Saturday morning. I was the second customer and they were finished with the alignment within an hour, and recommended that I have my tires replaced and quoted me a good deal on a set of new tires. I would have given them 5 stars if they were able to find and fix the pin hole on my right rear tire, but I was told they couldn't see any leaks. So I took it over to C&H and they pulled the wheel off and sprayed it down and did infact find a pin hole leak and fixed it for 10 bucks.

Trent and Josh were so helpful! They helped me get set up for new brake pads and rotors for my SUV last minute when I left work. Such top-notch, wonderful guys and so super helpful. Definitely recommend

I will continue to bring my vehicle here!!! Josh was awesome and has an awesome personality!!! He wouldn't let me pay for something I didn't need and he also broke down exactly what I needed done without over charging me. I was skeptical about bringing my car to a shop by myself, because most places try to get over on females, but not here!!! You've gained a customer Josh!

I went in needing one new tire on rear passenger. Was hoping to be able to buy a used tire but they didn't sell used tired. By the time I got out of there I had two new tires and was $230.00 lighter. They were very nice but I felt a little taken advantage of.

The manager here is so nice and genuine. He really is . Bill from the service department at the Volkswagen dealership in Dothan was so rude to me and he also lied to me about something and when I confronted him in a civilized way with the proof that I told him I have , Bill told me to take my car somewhere else after I already had an appointment set up that I had been waiting for to take care of recalls on my car . When I got off the phone with the guy from Volkswagen, the manager at roadmart was so kind and asked if I was okay. He was beyond kind and he and his team are so wonderful and genuine. I m truly so grateful for the manager and his team at Roadmart . God bless them

Great place for auto repair, tires, oil changes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. We have been there several times recently for different things with our 2 vehicles. I would recommend to call them first with questions about your vehicle.

Couple of weeks ago the fantastic crew at RoadMart took pity on a couple of Welsh tourists travelling back to Florida from Mississippi who'd picked up a nail in the outer tyre wall of their hire car. I couldn't get an answer from the hire firm and was keen to carry onto our next hotel some 300 miles away and it was now early afternoon. It was clear they sensed our panic and dealt with us promptly, professionally and the friendliness of the office staff, I didn't get his name I'm afraid, was out of this world and we were quickly on our way after some very effective repair work. Thanks guys, you're total legends!

Road Mart is my favorite place to take my vehicle for anything I might need. Tire rotation, oil changes, or repairs. They are always very professional and very friendly. It is the friendliness in staff that keeps me coming back to this particular location. Not to mention they have the best prices in town. Who doesn't love to save a couple extra bucks? I definitely recommend these guys!

Thankful for Joshua, Jessie, and the crew at Roadmart #200! I picked up a screw somewhere and they came to my work to take care of it so I could safely get my kiddos where they needed to be that afternoon!

John, Lee, and Tyler put new tires on our Allegro Bus. They did an amazing job and was well worth traveling to see them from Florida. Anyone that needs tires on their RV, this is the place to go. Tires were cheaper, great customer service.

Stopped in to get tire patched before our three hour trip. These folks were very nice very helpful and very Quick. Very professional! Will definitely come back here for tire work when I'm in the area.

Went to have four tires put on I understand they was two people in front of me but they did more plan than working on cars too much playing in the shop area. Will not ever go back there again.

Lee, the Assistant Manager was very honest and professional. The staff is super nice and helpful. I got there at 7am and was out in 20 minutes with my tires rotated. I will be back to get new tires. Thanks!!

Friendly, competent, get down to business guys. They worked me in, last minute on a Saturday with no appointment. Diagnosed problem but did not charge me since they were unable to get the part to make the repair due to being the weekend.

The ac wasn't working with our rv and they got it fixed. Could have been pricy but they figured out the problem and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed for a lower price than replacing the whole ac. Adam was the mechanic and was very kind and very informative about what was wrong. Lee at the front desk made us feel confident and trustworthy.

These people were so very nice and helpful. I took my car there and told them what I thought was wrong and they said let us check it out for you. Not only did they tell me but they also showed me. It did not take them long to fix it I will be giving them all of our business. Thanks so very much

After visiting Scott Stevens and them being quite rude about me ordering my own tires and they wouldn't mount them....they even said no one in Dothan would either I called next door to Road Mart they said come on in they would knock it out!

Cheapest price in town for tires and alignment! Great service! I dropped off my vehicle and they offered to drop me off at my work and pick me up when service was finished! I highly recommend roadmart service!!

Since moving to Dothan four years ago I had been looking for a place that I could feel good about taking my car to .So as I was out one day scouting a place to go I came upon RoadMart Inc.and I have not been disappointed at all. Thanks Guys I told all my family and friends about you if,you want to be treated like you are special this is the place to go!!!!!!

They are honest and a bunch of great guys work here. My wife loves it...other places try taking advantage of women but not here. You will be satisfied with the customer service
