Do not do business with these people. I wish I could post the text messages from this horrible place. I was never late on payments until my fifth one. One day after they texted. I called four times and still didn t get to talk to anyone. I texted after another nasty text explaining I would be in to make payment on the next week. Was told I did not have a grace period that they would come take the tires. Keep in mind this is one day late. Then I was told that they would come to my job and take the tires. These text are very unprofessional and extremely rude. Then the regional manager calls to inform me they would be at my job to get them. Seriously NEVER deal with these people. They lie and are not helpful at all.

Isabellla was great. My account was actually done in Montgomery, but I had an issue while visiting family in Dothan. Isabella made sure I was taken care of as well as DeJay. Customer service was great!

First purchase tires and when they were installed they had almost double the air pressure that they were supposed to and my alignment only lasted about 3000 miles.. now that I paid off the tires they refused to warranty them I have to contact the company themselves after being told they offered a 70,000 mi warranty.. Do not recommend

Lucas made my buy easy and simple.Update:Make sure you come in and pay on the date given to you. Even if you're in a medical situation, it will not be waived per contract agreement, same as cash.

After the experience we had with RNR we will NEVER get anything from there again nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone!My husband got a set of tires from them and he wanted them to take it out of his account weekly but they told him they could not do that, that he had to call to make the payments because they could not auto draft without consent. Fast forward, he ended up not being able to make the payments and took the tires off after multiple times of telling them they could come get them they refused and gave us the run around. Fast forward, they have been sitting in our yard for about a month or so and they ended up taking $650 out of his account without his permission! When he called about it they told him he had his account set up on autopay but at the beginning they said they couldn t do that? So we go take the tires back to them. After having messages from them proving that he would get a refund for the $650 we waited over an hour to talk to the manager and he told us I don t know who told you that your were getting your money back but your not needless to say they will be speaking with our lawyer! DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Everything was absolutely great! From the call, to the service, to the team work, and to the complete understanding! He answered ever single question I had on the phone call and we made an appointment I was on time but they called me and had asked if I was still coming or if I needed to reschedule. The store manager I wanna say was great he made sure we comfortable while we waited on my car and had talked to us about everything and made us laugh more than we could count and the great woman that was helping us with paperwork she made sure we understood everything to the T! She was great and definitely understanding! And to the guys in the back they did all 4 tires within 20-30 minutes! Altogether it was a great experience and I for sure recommend RNR for any of your tire needs! Thank you all for everything and how respectfully you all treated us!!!!

RNR is the worst place to buy tires at. Whoever needs tires please do not go to RNR they do poor business poor Customer Service. If you do please make a payment because if not they are going to call you and say you are stealing there tires

I will not be recommending r&r to anyone. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO AUTOPAY. They withdrawaled the wrong amount several times and even after calling them about it. They didn't get if fixed and now they are trying to double charge me for the tires that I purchased on a 6 month same as cash.
