The lady inside is extremely rude. And acted like she didn t want my business. First time ever going in & the last time! The only reason I gave one star is because google doesn t allow none. Absolutely horrible customer service!!

I didnt know exactly which way to go for wheels on my Rolla but Cris was very helpful, took the time to show me lots of wheels that would suit my car. I love the ones we picked out. Great folks.

The most underrated wheel and tire shop in Dothan. I had a bent rim in my old set and they went out of their way to try to find a replacement and offered a repair; where every other place in the tri-state area just tried to sell me a new set of rims.I felt like I was with good family

No one in town had any tires to replace mine, except these fine people. They were experts in this field and they made me feel comfortable. They took my vehicle to get the front aligned and to the person who they felt was the very best! The pricing was excellent! I enjoyed meeting Vader , their adopted Doberman who was very well behaved.

I went in for rims & tires and explained the look I was going for with my jeep. They had a large variety of rims to choose from. A couple of days later they did a lift kit, new rims, and tires. When I seen my jeep I was stunned. The price was incredible. I was expecting to pay 25% more than quoted. I received fantastic customer service and a gorgeous Jeep.

The lady that works there is very disrespectful. No sales skills. Prices are very much overpriced. When asked why prices were so high, she responded, We ve got to make money. Quoted over 900 dollars for 4 tires installed. I thanked her for her time and she hung up on me. Called a competitor in Dothan and beat price by over $150.00. I will never do business there again.

They do great work and get a lot of business as well....don't for get to go inside to check out their huge assortment of tires and rims...even have discounted rims and tires!!!!

Never buy rims here. They sold me rims that they knew weren't the right size.. I took my car back to them 4 times and the very last time they told me it was nothing they could do more with the rims it was my struts causing the problem. After taking my car to a mechanic inside a shop my stuts were in perfect condition it was the rims being to close to my struts.,! They will see my in small claims court

Rude and the lady loves to talk about her past customer business talking bad about them they will beat you go do business with the Real Rimshop in Chatt.Florida great price and great people to. This lady is bad for business so when y'all get your income taxes this year call J's at the Rimshop in Chatt and he got 1 n Tallahassee it's called the Real Rimshop great people and price's will beat there prices by at least a $200 are better

The lady who answered the phone was very rude and acted that she did not want our business . Well I guess we will go elsewhere and get our items. I would give a negative star but google doesn't let you. That is how rude she was.

I will never spend another penny at dothan rim shop. I bought 2 brand new tires there and they constantly losing air pressure then they going to tell me something wrong with my pressure gauges. I have a brand new car from the lot, so how is that. What make it so bad, they broke my bracket when they change the tire. This company is bad for business

I imagine some stuff here isn't so bad. The lady who is always inside is horrible to deal with. Prices on simple things are through the roof. Buyers shop around first

Terrible service and very unfriendly. I am a pilot in training and have little time to deal with my rim issue I came in asking for help and was told to leave. I would not recommend coming to this shop

Went there years ago and they were so friendly now the lady at desk acts if the world owes her something or we can kiss her ass.....replace her with a friendly lady who cares and can smile at least......this is y there business is not good...
