Got me in right away for an alignment didn t have to wait long at all! Understand that may not be the case everytime but sure glad it worked out. Professional and efficient these guys know what there doing will be bringing back all my vehicles from now on

The guys at Rick's are top notch. They call you almost every hour with a progress report and you can't beat the turn around time. Not to mention, they have fair pricing. I recommend that anyone in need of automotive repair to use Ricks Automotive and Custom Exhaust!

I love the fact that I got in and out fairly quick. The prices are spot on and fairly honest. Got both my vehicles in and out with work completed in around 2.5 hours.

My car put me down on the way to my 11am doctor appointment. My husband came and got it to the shop. Within the hour the problem was found. My husband received a call from the shop, my vehicle was ready. I was Happy because i picked it up before the end of the day. We will be returning.

The best hands down. Has done a lot of work on my daughter and my car. I've had no problems whatsoever. Good little shop! I got there early and they got me right in for an alignment. The tech took extra care to make sure it was perfect and it was cheaper than Firestone!

Awesome and friendly service. Walked in and got greeted with a smile and what can I do for you. Told them what I wanted. Got dual exhaust. They done a awesome job on my 2019 Ford F150 exhaust. Sounds awesome! It's just what I wanted. They will definitely be recommended to everyone that needs friendly and awesome service! Keep up the good work guys!

It s not often you find a good mechanic who values the customer the way these guys do. All very knowledgeable and kept me informed with the entire process by never going a single day without making sure I heard the status of my vehicle. Also, calling me to make sure that I was okay with everything they recommended be done and informative and understandable answers when I asked why. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of work.

I had a great experience with this shop! Dwight was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice when we discussed the exhaust on my Ram 1500. My truck sounds AMAZING! They got me exactly the sound I wanted, and at a great price! I couldn t recommend Rick s Automotive more, and I ll be going to them for all of my exhaust mods from now on.

The owner and staff were very curtious and helpful. They explained everything to me concerning the necessary repairs needed for my vehicle and quoted me a very reasonable price. My car was also ready for pickup with in 24 hours! I now use "Ricks Automotive" for all my automotive needs. Great guys to work with.

The service was excellent and fast.I needed my muffler replaced on my pickup so I called Ricks. Not only was the price reasonable and fare when he found something else wrong with my exhaust tail pipe he quickly let me know about hit and gave me a very competitive price on fixing it for me. Will be recommending to anyone needing work done at a reasonable price.

Well I m not usually one to leave a bad review but I recently had exhaust put on my truck not even a month ago and I had to take it back once for a broken hanger. No big deal , but now I just discovered another one s broke again.. even though they just looked at it and supposedly fixed it but now it s broke again.. I don t live close enough to have to keep coming back every single time it breaks especially when I just had it done it shouldn t be breaking at all actually. Wouldn t recommend unless you want to go back-and-forth all the time to fix it...Service: Exhaust

It is hard to find an honest mechanic and I can tell these guys are the real deal. Rick, Dwight, and the rest are always helpful, honest and have always stood by their work! I would recommend them any day of the week and twice on Sunday! I've been a customer of Rick's for over 10 years wouldn't dream of taking my car to anywhere else!

I have had multiple exhaust pipes made by them and they have been right every time for a good price. Only caveat is they don't have the tool to shrink pipe.

I would recommend ricks automotive to anyone. I carried my car there 4 months ago for work and I have not had any problems. They are a very friendly and knowledgeable staff . my husband is carrying his truck to have work done to it . Great people and price

I took my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 in for an exhaust and from the first time i talked on the phone with Ricks Automotive they already seemed like very knowlagabe and reasonably priced people. When i actually had my exhaust installed they completed the install almost 2 hours early and also under the original estimate! Awesome! I love the work they did and my truck sounds great!

Great service, amazing work. They took the time to explain to me everything they did and why they did it that way and I am very happy with my custom exhaust. They do high end work and have great prices. I definitely recommend

I came in without an appointment, and they were pretty busy, but they squeezed me in, did my muffler delete, and got me out in no more than 25 minutes. Only cost me $86 and the sound my car makes is worth every penny of that. He even let me inspect the work while it was on the lift. Just a bunch of great guys that work there, and they will be my go to exhaust shop from now on.

Customers beware-Arrived Jan 8 to have a Bassani catted x/pipe system installed on my 2001 Mustang.My car was inspected and I was told they were capable of installing this system while my car was on the rack. I was told the nuts looked great and told the cost would be $120 and I gave the go ahead to proceed. The service tech began working as I watched through the glass door. He was using a high powered air wrench and then changed sockets and began beating with a hammer. I then knew something was wrong. Ricky then inspected the vehicle with the service tech. The man working the counter stated sarcastically they could not keep the car on the rack all day long. He told me they rounded off two exhaust nuts. I asked, what are you going to do? He said I would have to bring the car in and leave it for 3 or more days and they would work on it a little along and I would be charged $200-$300 more depending on the time. I know this was their mistake since no exhaust work has ever been done to this car with only 40,000 miles. I have owned the car since 2004. They didn't apologize and they were very rude to me about their mistake.Customers beware!

Rick is very good!! I have been trying to get my vehicle in for sometime now but they are busy!! I am tired of working on my vehicle and would trust RICK with this four wheel drive stuff since I have never owned a 4�4 until now and would rather him look at it since he knows all about them!!

This review was written 2 years ago.Problem with the brakes on 2005 Buick LeSabre and looking for a brake shop or garage. Missed a left turn on Ross Clark Circle due to heavy traffic in turn lane. Stayed on S. Oates, saw the sign for Rick's Automotive and pulled in. Explained the problem with my brakes; they repaired my brake line, and were courteous throughout. Although I'm sure this is normal for them, their patience must have surely worn thin. Brake lines (and other parts, too) for older cars are hard to find so they spent a lot of time talking to auto supply stores. But they kept at it, my brakes are fixed, the cost was very reasonable, and Rick's Automotive has acquired new customers for life.New review 27JAN2021.Toyota Avalon with either dead ECU or alternator. Car died. Towed to R.A.C.E. Alternator replaced. Excellent service. Courteous owner and personnel. Thank you all, Rick. 10 out of 10 with 10 being the best.
