Had my Clutch replaced in my 91 Prevost XL40 motorcoach @ Richard Parks Truck Repair. Everyone I met here was helpful, courteous, friendly and experienced in what they do. The mechanic Andy did an outstanding job on the repair paying attention to every little detail. Little things that needed repairs were brought to my attention but at NO time did I ever feel pressured into having the repairs done. If it was a safety concern they would suggest I would need to get it repaired. Mr. Parks the owner was a class act guy! Easy going and worked with me on the bus. Most shops would not begin to repair an older motorcoach and for this I am grateful for their help. Will definitely take my work to Richard Parks Truck Repair again!

I will not take my truck to this place i was overcharged on parts labor Volvo Dealer was cheaper i was even charged using my debit card i was not over of the charge til i look:t at my bank statement that is illegal i will take it to the BBB of Alabama please don;t let the nice people fool you This job from volvo Dealer total job price $290.00 i think Richard park Truck repair owes me $376.00

I was in Tory Al. At the Wal-Mart s.c. getting unloaded my next stop was in Cottonwood Al. At Maclain. I had another load that have to be pick up at 5pm in Dothan Al. I called ahead talked to the owner he told me to come in bright and early 7am the next morning i got in the shop they fix it at a timely manner and a great cost that I could afford(depending on the problem and what part you may need) I'm an owner operators with Sunco and I be in Dothan Al. alot If I have Any more problem (which I hope I don't) I'm definitely coming back here and recommends other to do so also or u can go to the dealership and wait 3days and also pay your truck note there lol

Mechanics are not knowledgeable, rates are too high. My experience there was not a good one. I won't go back nor will I recommend them to anyone for any reason.

No communication during the repair,made contact with owner, was told he would get back with me,few days later got a 3000 bill for something that was previously fixed..this is just my experience

My dad had his motorhome there for engine job .Put money on it took him 4.5 months to do the motor job plus he tryed to charge my dad 13,00 .For the job he told him 7000 when he drop it off
