A young lady na med Samantha waited on hs. She was very pleasant and accommodating. When you didn't have what my husband was looking for, she was quick to recommend something of equal value. We had a wonderful experience at your location. Thank you NAPA and your wonderful service 5 stars for sure.

One star is the lowest it would let me give otherwise I wouldn t give any worst customer service I ve ever seen workers are very rude and ignorant talked to a very nice lady that told me they didn t close till 7 got there at 6:45 and they locked the doors on me as I was walking up cause they have paperwork to do before close otherwise I wouldn t have driven 45 minutes on top of that I went to buy 1 gallon of aluminum brightened proceeded to charge me for 4 gallons and refused to let me return them after telling me on the phone they would

I have to say this : AWESOME ! Charlie has been so helpful in not only finding the RIGHT parts for my vehicle , but also I needed a copy of my several year old invoice .. and Charlie looked it up and had to search about 4 or 5 part numbers in multiple things and he found it ! Went in to purchase a gift card for my Father for his birthday. The guys at the counter said that the gift cards they have won t work with their system. They said they always have problems with their gift cards. Yet they have gift cards still displayed on the counter for purchase. Told me to come back Monday and talk with a Mgr. The birthday is TODAY. Who does business like this? Ridiculous. Great way to run off a family of customers.

My battery had died and I was panicking lioe crazy. I called to get a quite on a battery and was quoted $199 at orileys. I called NAPA and Ben had greeted me here with a battery for $149. He took great care of me and even helped me install my battery since I had no idea how to do it. If your looking for someone that will take care of you and treat you with amazing customer service. Go see Ben Kennard.

Larry the Commercial sales rep took the additional time to chase down a lead for an obsolete part to repair an impact gun I have had for more than 17 years. He kept me informed and gave me solid advise to try to save me money. If he is willing to do that much leg work for just someone that calls in I can imagine that he applies that much effort for anyone. I'd recommend this location and staff to friends and colleagues alike.

I got in to my car on a Saturday, 1.11.20.... Very bad weather on the way.... Car would not crank...No power. I knew it was the battery. I have had car for 4 years , so, the battery in it, I found out, was the original...A gentleman jumped me off.... I headed straight to NAPA. I had stopped in before, and, gentlemen were very helpful in picking out & installing the correct windshield wipers for my 2013 Nissan Altima. They did the same for my new battery. These men were so helpful and really concerned about getting me back on the road... Thanks, again, for all your help !!! Ya'LL are awesome !!

One star was the lowest it would allow me to give. This is the worst Napa I have every been in. They over charge and can't ever get parts when they say.

This store always has what I need and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If I ever find myself in one of the parts stores that start with a vowel, I almost always regret it and end up at napa anyway

Multiple calls revealed that their employees from other worlds. Attempts to give them money in exchange for needed parts were thwarted by ignorance & stupidity. Advance had it & delivvered it

Good prices. Only folks in town with peripherals for AUTO LED systems. I.e.: resistors, relay's, etc.
