Jason was so helpful today! He worked me in for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking to purchase. He was very thorough explaining what he found, and I felt like he was very trustworthy and genuine. I'll definitely be coming back for any repairs.

Stevo was so helpful and honest! I really appreciated how quick his team assessed my cars need and had a great turn around time. He showed me exactly what the problem was and upfront about it all. Thankful for his honesty and hard work! Highly recommend.

Received absolutely sterling service when I went in for an oil change this week. The new management and staff are obviously service focused as several little things that weren't on my radar were taken care of without a question and without additional cost. For the first time in a long time I feel - especially as a single woman - there's a place that I can take my car and trust the price and guidance. Thank you, Steve-o and team!!!

Over the top friendly and helpful. The whole team was great, couldn t ask for a better encounter. We will be bringing our car to Dothan Midas and Mr. Steve s team every time we need service. It s worth the hour long drive. Cudos to them all 10 They checked everything on our car to make it safe for us. It s rare to have this service we thank you all. I hope they will be there for a long time.

I will say they have the lowest price in town when it comes to getting your oil changed. Their service is awesome and it was my first time going but they treated me as if I had been a long time customer. I appreciate all the information they gave me dealing with an issue Dothan Kia caused. He only had one job and that was to change my oil and whatever came with it but he above and beyond to let me know about other issues with my car. Thank you I will be a long time customer moving forward.Service: Oil change

The manager Stevo is outstanding, what was done to my BMW with just Stevo and 1 tech in the entire establishment was amazing. Because of the service provided by Stevo, Jason, and Dustin, I wood bring my BMW back to Midas in a second. I had over $3000 dollars of work done and should Stevo ever not be at Midas of Dothan, I would not bring my BMW back to the shop.

Steve-o at Midas worked with me to get brake pads and rotors done on an Audi SUV at a very competitive price. Great people to work with and will do what they can for you. Would absolutely recommend

Took a vehicle here to have the ac checked out before purchasing. This place is clean and has a comfortable waiting area with friendly service. They quoted a price and when finished the price was lower than quoted. We would definitely recommend going here for your auto needs.

We were in a pinch on a road trip and these guys fit us in super fast. Unfortunately the part they received was not up to their standard, so it had to be sent back. To me, this was the ultimate sign of integrity. They could've just slapped it on, knowing we'd be driving away for good and wouldn't have known the difference. But they did the right thing and their customer service was phenomenal!

I have never been disappointed. Great service and no surprises. They do my brake work, front end work and and yesterday my steering/ rack-in-pinion unit. It is what it folks. One day service and this time and costs are about same everywhere. If i am on the road i can find a Midas store.

DO NOT FINANCE!!!Service was good as for what was needed but information about the financing and being able to pay off early with no problems was a lie Went and got tires from them was told about financing, did said financing through their company easy pay due to needed tires now and pay check was 2 weeks out. Went to pay off the tires through this financial company and they took the payoff amount out of my account and showed a 0 balanced owed, but 3 days later said that still owed money to pay off the account..customer service was no help at all and could not explain why money was still owed when had confirmation information showing that it was paid in full just wanted the money saying either I pay or they will take out the account anyway will not fall victim to this again and will be talking to my lawyer about this.So please beware! What you will be getting into if you choose to finance.Service: Tires

This is not the same Midas as I was accustomed to service my automobile.A lot has changed since my previous visit, approximately 6 months ago.The present manager did his job, but there was no feeling of personal concern for my business or for me. My order was taken and the services were performed, or, at least I was told they were performed, as I received no written confirmation other than the invoice and payment record.My assigned "technician" appeared to be in his early 20's at best, and, while appearing energetic, barely spoke. I have family members that illustrated innate mechanical and electronics abilities at early ages, so a young technician did not really affect my feelings initially. He also illustrated no personality toward my wife and myself.My automobile is engine is not running smoothly but I was I was told the computer analysis and road test indicated there were no problems present.My request for a complete visual inspection also resulted in bno problems noted.Overall, I was not satisfied with this visit. Will I return? I am still debating.I expressed a lot of feeling in tis report. I could have been much briefer by simply stating I MISS CHRIS AND HIS CREW!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My wife took her car in for an oil change and while doing their inspection they found that 2 of her ties were worn to the point that they could blow out at any time. They got her new tires and were able to get her approved for 90 days same as cash financing so we didn't have a huge expense up front. Great folks and great customer service!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

An absolutely amazing staff! I needed some help removing exhaust tips. They not only helped me with that, but also help me correct a slightly incorrectly installed rear diffuser for free right before closing (they may have even stayed late just to make sure it was done right). These guys are great, recommend them to anyone as far as customer service is concerned.
