Jeremy was a great salesman. He was very patient with me and listened to my requests and concerns. He took the time to test drive multiple cars with me and help me find the perfect car. He arranged for a driver to pick up and deliver my new car for me even though I live in Panama City Beach. So glad I chose to make the trip to Dothan to buy my new Mercedes!

Best purchasing experience I have ever had period. Jeremy Frazier was so easy to work with, informative and patient. He was not pushy and helped answer all my questions. He was patient with us while we made our decision but stayed in contact. We settled on a price and when we were signing the papers the business management had the wrong taxes applied which brought the price up over $1,000 from what was agreed. Jeremy Frazier went to his manager and they honored the original price we agreed on. Great place to buy and a great salesman to work with for vehicles. I will call Jeremy Frazier first moving forward and highly recommend everyone else to as well.

I recently purchased a previously owned 2023 Honda Ridgeline (Black Edition) truck over the internet from the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Dothan, AL. My experience was beyond expectations and I voluntarily decided to document my satisfaction with the process and product. While searching for the particular truck that I wanted, I explored numerous ads, drove new models locally and talked to several out-of-town dealerships. New trucks, as are most new vehicles, are so expensive that I decided to look for a lightly-used recent model. After several months, I found the configuration that I wanted online at Mercedes-Benz of Dothan. The price was very competitive and I quickly learned that they have no transportation fees for delivery in Alabama despite me being at the opposite end of the state (this made it a very good deal). The negotiation process was very genuine and straightforward. An extended warranty was offered for a price but no pressure was applied when I declined.I do not like to buy any used item that I can not personally examine, but with CARFAX, detailed pictures and original warranties in place, a lot of the risk is mitigated. However, unless you want to travel to the online site, you have to depend on the sales manager to verify the condition of the body and wear and tear on the interior. At my request, Brandi Williams, their internet sales manager, did a thorough walk around and vouched for it being as good as described. She was a pleasure to deal with, quick to respond to my questions and efficient in generating the necessary paperwork required. They delivered the truck at no extra charge within a week of my initial contact and two days after agreeing to a price. A retired couple drove it over 300 miles from Dothan to my house in Huntsville, AL, delivered the bill of sale, registration/title papers and picked up my bank check along with a few other incidental papers. The truck was immaculately detailed and looked as good as new despite the 21k miles on the odometer. Seriously, the truck was spotless and cleaner than most new vehicles I have checked out. I am still ecstatic about the condition of the vehicle, the negotiated price, their professionalism and the service I got from Brandi. I rate it a 5+ star transaction.

Refuse to fix or even look at, give advice in a Mercedes that is older than 9 years old. WOW, will NOT work on some of there own vehicles. WAS TOLD THE MANUFACTURER TOLD THEM TO NOT WORK ON THEM AND DOTHAN AGREED. DON'T BUY A MERCEDES NO DEALER IN THE COUNTRY WILL WORK ON IT..!!! What does that tell you about their quality? They know what they build is JUNK..!!!

So I made an appointment to drop my car off for service 3 weeks ago. When I arrived Tony told me around 2 1/2 -3 hours which is why I requested a courtesy car. My appointment was at 8:30 AM. I showed back up at 1 and Tony said one more hour. My car was still parked outside. I showed up an hour later and my car was just being pulled out. So a 30 minute service took 6 hours. When we asked why it took so long with an appointment Tony said because we take the people that wait on there cars back first??? Tony was very unprofessional and could care less at our concerns. He definitely doesn t seem happy at his job. It would have been nice to know their policy and hopefully the other Mercedes dealers do not treat customers this way. We will not be back to Mercedes of Dothan.

I will never take my car here again. I was charged for a service I didn t ask for. I asked why? She informed me that they do that so the mechanics get paid. My hood was also left open.The oil change is usually $120. They charged me $220. This isn t the first time. I understand upselling, but you should at least ask the client before you charge them.

Tony is very unprofessional. I bought a used Volkswagen Atlas and had it a month before I started having problems. I was told to bring it in and they would make an appointment to take it to the Volkswagen dealership. Called back today only had the truck 3 months and having the same problems and Tony stated I would need to take it to Volkswagen. I thought that is where they took it from the start I still have the text messages where I was told it would be taken to Volkswagen. Not to mention after having it for a month I needed an oil change and since I was bringing it in for mechanical issues I asked them to change the oil. They charged me $202 for an oil change. Please visit another dealership this one and Hyundai sells bad vehicles.

Over the past couple of years, we have purchased 3 vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Dothan. We are impressed with their impeccable service, attention to detail and customer friendly staff. Our trips to the service center are always pleasurable and they communicate very well. It has been our pleasure doing business with them and we will continue our business with them moving forward!

I am retired and travel the country in a Mercedes van. I have dealt with Mercedes dealers across the country and find most very accommodating. Mercedes-Benz of Dothan is the exception. They are the ONLY dealership I have encountered who refused to do only an oil change for me. They informed me their policy is to do entire B service or NO service at all.

I have my brand new van there for the 1st time,didn't fix the issue ,2nd time it has been there for almost a month, they only drove it for 6 minutes and .4 miles. Keep lying about how they have been working on it not knowing that I have camera and GPS in this van. Filing complaint to Mercedes benz company

It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment with the service department. It is unacceptable that it took three weeks to get an appointment. Efficient appointment scheduling is essential for providing timely service to customers, and a delay of this magnitude reflects poorly on the service department's organization and customer service.The service department has had no idea when one of their employees would begin working on my car. This is highly unprofessional. It shows a lack of coordination and proper communication within the department. Customers should be kept informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs, and it is the responsibility of the service department to provide accurate and regular updates.I was given an explanation that there were only two employees capable of working on my vehicle, and that there were several other vehicles ahead of mine. This raises concerns about the dealership's staffing and capacity to handle customer demands. If they are aware of such limitations, they should take appropriate measures to hire more qualified technicians or adjust their scheduling to prevent such extensive delays.I had to rent a vehicle instead of being provided with a loaner car. This is disappointing. It is common practice for reputable service departments to offer loaner vehicles to customers in situations where delays or inconveniences are caused by their own shortcomings. By not offering this option, Mercedes of Dothan further added to my inconvenience and this demonstrates a lack of consideration for their customers' needs.Lastly, the GM's lack of communication has been unacceptable. As a general manager, it is their responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly. The fact that I have not received any updates from the GM in weeks is inexcusable and reflects a lack of professionalism and concern for customer experience.The consequences of this poor service extend beyond the inconvenience of vehicle repairs. I have missed out on time to spend with my daughter-in-law and granddaughter who came to visit from Washington State. This is a significant disappointment. It is disheartening to miss out on precious moments with loved ones due to the negligence and inefficiency of a service department.Overall, my experience with the service department and GM of Mercedes of Dothan has been highly unsatisfactory. The extensive wait time, lack of communication, failure to provide a loaner car, and the GM's lack of follow-up have all contributed to a frustrating and disappointing customer experience. Such poor service and disregard for customer satisfaction should not be tolerated, and improvements must be made to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar issues in the future.

Teresa was an absolute blessing to work with in my first Mercedes purchase! She was very attentive, detailed oriented and listened to every one of my requests and needs. I didn t feel as if she was selling to me vs helping me and my family get moving again. She made the car buying process easy to understand and comfortable. We had a great experience as usual at Mercedes of Dothan. We were met and greeted by Travis who walked us through every detail that our new car had to offer, especially all the safety features. We spoke with the Sales manager Brandi over the phone and she had all paperwork ready when we arrived. Travis was easy to talk to and answer any questions we had. The administrative staff is great. Very polite and professional. My problem lies with service. They are very slow. Watching them work on my car, I see no sense of urgency. Strolling around, chatting, etc. Today I watched my car for twenty minutes and it wasn t touched. And this was a simple Maintenance A. The maintenance staff seems extremely young. The young man working on it came in and held a personal conversation with a woman in the manager s office for a good five minutes. Right in front of me. Meanwhile, I m waiting and need to get to work. This poor service is not worthy of the Mercedes brand or the money the service costs. Very disappointing.Adding to this review. This young man and woman in the service manager s office are at it again. People are waiting for their cars and they re socializing. Is anyone paying attention?

It was a relief to have the experience we had during the purchase of our vehicle. In an era where there is so much disappointment with personal experiences and the constant letdown of the quality of vehicles that is being advertised, to have our expectations not only met, but exceeded was a sigh of relief that there is some hope! Jeremy and Brandi were great to talk and deal with, and after a few rounds, we were able to make a deal. They definitely have earned the right to be the first place we go for our future car buying needs.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing our latest vehicle at the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Dothan. We had decided on a Mazda 6 and came across one for sale at their dealership. The condition and price made the drive from Tallahassee, Florida to Dothan, Alabama worth the trip.Although their dealership sells high-end luxury vehicles and we were considering a pre-owned vehicle, the level of service we received was outstanding. Their showroom was beautiful and spotless, and the friendliness and professionalism of Brandi Williams, Tyler Ford, and Brigitta Coker during the entire process exceeded our expectations. Often in the past, we ve found the process of bargaining to purchase a vehicle stressful and uncomfortable, but not so in the case. We left with what we feel was a good deal and a car we re very happy with. The experience was so good that it compelled me to compose my first review ever of a car dealership. On top of everything else, their receptionist even suggested a Dothan s China Wok as a source for great Chinese food and she was spot on.If you re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I would happily recommend Mercedes-Benz of Dothan. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Jesse Watters was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself but in walking me through the entire process. There is a problem in the Service for Sprinter. One person should handle the demand. Will not work. Recommend slowing down the sales for sprinter that will slow down the service department.Sprinter customer are different to passengers cars. Strictly business.

Great experience all around. They went above and beyond to help me. My Sales Advisor, Nick Faust, was amazing and very patient. The Sales Manager Nick Harris, was great. He answered all of my questions, even when he was not at work. They both followed through with everything they said they would do. The purchasing process was a breeze and done over the internet and phone. Nick Faust delivered my vehicle the next day, to my office and went over features, changed my license plate and was very friendly and polite. Brigitta, was very helpful and made the purchase of my vehicle seamless. I was also given a box of Mercedes gifts. I was sent a card thanking me for my purchase. I have had my car for 2 weeks and received a box of chocolates in the mail yesterday. I truly mean Mercedes of Dothan goes above and beyond anything you could expect. By far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Thank you Nick and Nick for all of your help and amazing service! I love my new car!
