Lucky for us our AC failed just down the road from Lafayette Auto-Air. They were able to diagnose the problem in minutes and get all the needed parts and start the repair the same day!They even provided transport to and from the LaQuinta in town!Such great people and service! Davis even called after we were back on the road for a couple hours just to make sure all was well!Highly recommended!

I let a jack leg work on my ac system. Had the compressor and expansion valve replaced, system did not work well at all carried it back several times still no cold air, finally got smart and went to Lafayette. They said freon was low and the system was full of air. Lafayette fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I now have freezing air in my car. Take your car to Lafayette they KNOW what they are doing. My 2013 altima is now a pleasure to ride in on those hot days. On top of this I was only there about 45 minutes, highly recommend Lafayette and the service personnel were very friendly and had an actual concern for you.

They did great work and took good care of my wife's van. I hate sending my wife to auto places without me because so many try to take advantage of women, but this place was great!Absolutely would use them again and recommend them to anyone. They do great work for a fair price!

Spent $2000 to try to get our a/c fixed and it was still just dribbling out like before. Replaced everything from the firewall forward with no change. Can't say I'd recommend doing the same with these folks. Very disappointed.

Davis Drake and his team are knowledgeable experts when it comes to Auto A/C! Fast service ! And when there is a warranty issue with a part? WOW! SUPERB! Quickly had our bus back on the road with cold Air Conditioning!

I would never take my car again to this place. I went in with a simple issue regarding the clutch on my ac compressor. Came out with a new hose assembly, a flushed system, and a $600 bill ($400 in labor fees). Guess what? Issue was never fixed. These guys are either crooks or idiots. However I would lean towards the former considering that I discussed the issue with the man in the front office and even he concluded that was the issue. All in all, it was a way over priced service for something I never asked for. Never take your car here unless you want to be screwed over.UPDATE:Took it to a guy that my in-laws have used for years. It was a bad O-ring and he refilled a little freon. Ran me a total of 140 and it works perfectly fine. Seriously, never go to these guys. My mechanic even showed me how much of a ride the guy took me for. I got taken major advantage of.

Needed a new compressor and they did everything they needed to do as well as more. Experienced staff and great service. Quite pricey, but well worth it due to the summers down here.

They did fix the AC.... They did leave a vacuum line off the transmission was a problem..... Very good AC facility
