My car had hail damage. Joe Hudson has been great.my insurance has been terrible.Thank you to Ann for her kindness and all her help. So far it's not repaired but I am sure Ann will take care of me. Take your car to Joe Hudson.They still treat you respectfully and like you are important.

Quality of repair:Joe Hudson s collision center did great work on my car. They never made a promise they couldn t keep, and kept me well informed about initial damage as well as what was being done to repair that damage. When I received the car back it looked and ran like it had never been in the boxing ring with a deer.Satisfaction of customer support:Mike and Kelly kept me in the loop at all times. Kelly is by far the sweetest country dumpling on the planet and she hands down made my experience a pleasant one. I live in Orlando Florida and due to where my accident was Joe Hudson s was the closet and most recommended place in the area. Kelly made me feel confident that my car was in good hands as well as make excellent rapport with me knowing how far I was from the repair shop.Thanks Kelly, mike, and team.

Excellent! Thanks to the great coordination of the office staff and mechanics, my car was repaired perfectly in a very timely manner. I was very excited that they also included a car wash and vacuum! After a year of them having the truck you would think they would have everything fixed. I finally got my truck back it's been about 3 months and now my bumper is sagging. I can just about fit my hand in the bumper gap on one side and can't fit my finger in the gap on the other side. I'm tired of coming back here to remind then of things they didnt do right or forgot. Just a hughe waste of time. My damage was I hit a deer and the whole front had to be replaced.

The warranty they offer isn t true they do not stand by it and make excuses. Eventually you get someone different who finds out there some stuff happened on Joe Hudson s end doesn t add up and you never hear from anyone again. You can call up there and won t hear back or will get a district managers number and never hear back from them. You also may end up over hearing a conversation between the manager and the shop manager who is one of the ones who worked on your vehicle before where the shop manager tells the manager to let him know when you leave.

Not enough respect for the customer to actually contact them when there is a delay in the service. You have to contact them and then they will update you on the issue. Haven't heard from them in 2 days when I called and they didn't have a new estimated day my vehicle would be ready. So when was I supposed to find out when I pulled up and had other people inconvenienced to come get my extra vehicle. They knew there maybe a delay when I dropped it off and didn't tell me then either.Service: Body & Trim
