On the road from Oklahoma and front brakes started shimmying. Got a great tip from a local to call Jim Whaley tires. They got me right in. Got my front rotors turned and got me back on the road. SUPER great guys! No wonder they had lots of business.

Came in at 5:00 on a Friday with a flat and was back on the road in 30 minutes for a fantastic price! Was going out of town and thought I was stuck but they got me and saved my vacation budget. And opened my stuck storage compartment to boot. Fantastic and courteous service!

I take both my vehicles here for standard service- oil change, rotate tires, etc. On 2 separate occasions, I had a nail in my tire and both times they fixed for FREE. Great customer service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Jim Whaley Tires & Automotive Services has been the Best Automotive Services for my Mama since the Passing of my Daddy last year January 2022. My Mama has had several Oil Change s, Tire Rotation , Bought a New Set of Tire s from them 2 years ago. In fact the week before my Daddy passed my Mama had to have someone from Whaley Tire s to come Jack up the Truck inside the Garage take off the Flat Tire take it back to to Store Fix the Flat and then they came back and put it back on the Truck for my Mama for Free a Charge since Mama had just bought them Tires not over 6 Months prior to this incident. I am so very Grateful to the Employees at the Jim Whaley Tires for taking care of My Mama s Truck Service Needs.

I discovered them a year ago been going ever since for all my service needs. I stand behind them 100%, every person even the mechanics are all nice and respectful. Haven t had a bad experience yet, they always try to work with you as long as you communicate with them and they go above and beyond. Customer service is impeccable!!!

The best location for this chain I've found, and they will take care of until the job is done.I went in for an alignment, and they found an issue with my tires from another place and even took care of that!Ervin and Paul treat you like an old customer, and have earned my future business. I will be getting new tires here when I need them later this year.

Went in today to get a tire replaced. Friendly and nice. Took the extra few seconds to make sure they had a tire in the size we needed, because we didn't know what size that even was. Great service. Always love going here.

Everyone there did a great job! They all told me at least once that my brakes were about to go bad. I preciate it! Dustin did a great job as well trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible

Was traveling to Panama City and had brake problems. The guys at Jim Whaley Tires got me in asap, finished the job quick, and got us back on the road. I believe the price was good too. Too often, travelers get taken advantage of. Didn't get this from the guys at Jim Whaley. I highly recommend Jim Whaley Tires!

I took my car in for an oil change. They called me saying I needed rear rotors and rear brake pads, as well as front pads and front rotors turned. I got a quote from Jim Whaley Tire and then took my car for a second opinion.After their inspection, they called and asked me why I thought I needed new break pads on the front and the rotors turned. They said there was nothing wrong with them.I recently moved back to Dothan and use to use Jim Whaley Tires, but I was very disappointed on this visit. Won't be back.

I think I was overcharged for brakes and rotors I had a guy friend call and the price they gave him was $170.00 and when I took my car up there the price I paid was $280.00, therefore I was charged 110 dollars more than what was quoted to my friend, and I didn't even receive a phone call to let me know my car was ready. Sorry, but I won't be going back. Feeling ripped off.

My son bought 2 back tires for his truck got alignment and oil change for less then 400.00. I'll be checking on tires soon for my other son truck there. My son is very pleased with there service.
