This was my first time going to Interstate. I called beforehand to see if they would take my old battery and potentially replace the battery in my vehicle, as well. The two gentlemen at the store were some of the nicest people I ve ever met. Such wholesome energy! While they were changing out my battery they noticed my positive terminal was shot (acid leaked out from my previous battery and damaged it) and they replaced it for free! The whole interaction took maybe 10 minutes, but their professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. Thank you, guys. You have earned a customer for life!

I bought 4 commercial batteries from interstate that were under 1 years warrantyAfter 7 months the batteries stopped powering the truck. The owner of interstate assure me that the batteries only needed charging . After charging for 3 days he says it not there problem and he's losing money replacing something under warranty. Very bad place to purchase batteries they don't expect to have to honor there product.

I needed a large mower battery. They had one in stock for $89. I asked about the core charge, and showed then the 4 year warranty. At first he said that that battery was from 2018. I said that I had only had it a year, and about 10 hours of running. He cleaned it up and found where it said one year. So he honored the warranty. I asked how much did I owe. He said zero, it's covered by the warranty. These days you just don't find many people that honest and determined to help. I just wish I caould give them a perfect 10 out of five. I'm glad to support a local family ownes business. I'll never go anywhere else again.

Had two batteries gone bad. One less than a year old and one little o er a year old . They were guaranteed for one year replacement. They gave me one new one and the other quiet a bit less than camping world.

It's a battery, right? How big a deal can it be?Quite frankly, in this day and age customer service is often a lost art. Not at Interstate Battery in Dothan. They are extremely friendly, fast, and these folks really know their stuff. They take care of their customers, and each time I've stopped by there, I've been extremely happy with the customer service and the battery quality.Every time I need a battery, Interstate in Dothan will be at the top of my list. And it's a very short list.

Car would not start without a jump. Got to Interstate and they tested the battery. Battery bad but was still under the 24 month warranty so I was able to get a new battery at no additional cost. Love this shop for the staff and products.

Great place! Great experienced!!! great customer service!!! And great price for a used battery. And also worth noting! it is a very great place to go to get your battery checked out. just to make sure, your sure, you actually need a new battery. It's you're ("One Stop Shop!!")

Great people here in Dothan at Interstate Batteries. Having worked with many others, I would only recommend these folks. Plus they have the best warranties in the business and genuinely care about their clients. No way did anyone pay us to write this or ask us to write this. We just wanted to recognize greatness when we see it here in Dothan!

Amazing EXPERIENCE today!! We're evacuees from New Orleans westbank Harvey! Called from a friend reference that lives in Dothan saying these guys are very reasonable and EXCELLENT customer service! Wife and I drove by after calling and ensuring the battery for our Yukon was in stock and asked if they had time to change it since I had no tools with me from home. immediately had us pull in an removed old battery and replaced with new. Ask me to crank her up and all was fine.They closed hood I reached in pocket to pay an asked what we owed and immediately told me it's all good this one is on us and shook my hand! I was speechless wife and I I cannot express the reward and feeling to be BLESSED in this way from strangers and a business that needs customers to survive!! We will pay it forward and pray for the workers that helped us today! God Bless you all and hope we cross paths again in life!! You guys were ANGELS to us Louisianaians God Bless!! home. I went here to get my battery checked to see if I needed a new one. I had already had it checked at several other places. Since I bought my battery here 4 and a half years ago I decided just to go back to them and let th check it for me. It was time for a new one so they installed it within 5 minutes! I give them 5

Top notch service, courtesy and professionalism. I went to Interstate because my Ford dealer told me I needed new batteries for my diesel truck. Danny and Nate checked the cranking amps, water, and cleaned the battery posts on the 2 Interstate batteries that I purchased in September of 2016. I didn't need new batteries! When the time comes that I do, then I will go to Interstate. Thanks guys.

Thanks for repairing my sons cracked iPad screen...it works like new! It was ready the same day I dropped it off and was less expensive than I anticipated. Oh, and the new battery in my key fab made a huge difference in unlocking and starting my car!Thank you!

I thought I needed a battery and after I arrived the team there checked out my Jeep and informed I did not need a battery. They suggested I check my accessories I may have left one on. My battery checked fine great customer service and the honesty was well received Thanks Ya All Tim passing through from Florida

It defiantly pays for places like Interstate All Batteries to be advertising on the Joy-Fm 94.3. That's how I found out about this place. Great employees and I got a cell phone battery ordered for my cell phone and a charger as well. Go see them during the week on Monday thru Friday.

The worst person in the world works there. My aunt whom only has one leg and her other leg has a frozen knee when in to buy batteries for her scooter and the guy told her they didn't need to use man hour putting them in for her!!!! Absolutely repulsive!!! Lazy pure and simple!!! Guess what they were doing when she was there!! Sitting on their butts!!! How dispicable!!!
