I have been a customer here at important auto for almost 2 years. They have treated me wonderful. If I need anything done to my car they help me anyway they can and they work with me on my parts for my car if anything needs fixing and they don't charge labor for the fix.They have never taken my car for any reason. My advice would be just like any bill you pay don't be late on your payment. If you see you can't make the payment give them a call they will help you out. They will also let you trade your car for a new one in 6 months if you want to. They are definitely great people to work with I have never had a problem with anyone at important auto I appreciate them for always working with me.
