It was a great pleasure to have Glass Doctor to accomplish what I wanted, especially because of the consel tables shape being so uniquely design. Miss Charlotte, I believe is the proprietor was very professional and made sure that everything went as expected. Glass Doctor of Dothan was very prompt and accurate with the estimate. Emily, who I had phone conversations with, was very professional and knowledgeable. She kept me informed throughout the process from beginning to end. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of glass repair. Thank you for the quick response and repair. Very satisfied with my windshield repair. Everyone in store is very friendly 10/10 customer service. There were some minor inconveniences because my car needed a special glass and we didn t know but even then they were very kind and tried their very best to make my experience pleasant through the entire process. Major bonus to them for being pro-military as well.

I'm highly satisfied with my service. Prices are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. I replaced my entire windshield. Dropped it off that morning and was done before lunch. Love! Would highly recommend

Hail storm broke out my car's back window Glass doctor did an excellent job in replacing it! The ladies in the front were very nice, helpful & professional, they even drove me back home (2 miles)so I wouldn't have to wait there for 3 hours. Thank you so much

They have done all my windshields. I have had atleast 5 done. They were the only company that would even touch my 1964 Lincoln Continental windshield. If I ever had a issue with anything they would take care of it. Great place. Good people.

Glass Doctors is always my go to for everything and they never let me down. I m usually getting a window replacement in my home but this time I had to get my quarter window done and they said it was gonna take about an hr n 30 mins but it was way lesser than tht and thy did I really good job as always. Thanks again

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about our specific problem. Our Peachtree side lights' insulation popped out after ten years. Peachtree out of business. The window technician knew exactly what to do. We are very pleased. See pics of before and after. So happy

We had a very large wall mounted mirror with an outlet cutout that had been broken. After calling a couple of other local companies which were both booked up for a week out I reached out to Glass Dr. They were very polite and professional and had a technician come out the very next day to assess the situation. He said hes been in the industry for ~15yrs He took some measurements and had to procure and cut the replacement along with the removal and installation.

I recently filed a claim due to a cracked windshield. The staff at Glass Doctor were very courteous and made the process easy. I was notified the same day to set up an appointment for windshield replacement. Blake was the technician that replaced my damaged windshield. He was very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor of Dothan for any of your glass needs.

The glass on my wooden door was shattered, I called they set up an appointment, came out, ordered my window, and came back out to install. Very professional, very responsive, answered all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend, I have used this company for several years, for windshield replacement as well. A1 service!!

We called on Friday they made us a Tuesday appointment and we had our van back by the afternoon. Our whole windshield had to be replaced and recalibrated. They did a remarkable job! They even put my oil change sticker on my new windshield! I thought that was super sweet and a huge attention to detail.

Great experience!I brought my Volkswagen Jetta in to have the windshield replaced.The work was done very professionally and very rapidly!The office staff was very friendly and very helpful, and saved me money by recommending that I not go through my insurance company to pay for the windshield.I would recommend the Glass Doctor for any home or auto glass replacements!

My windshield was badly cracked by a stray stone when I was driving on the circle. The Hyundai dealer recommended the Glass Doctor, so I contacted them next. Since the factory has some special features that work with safety devices in the car, I opted to go for that route so I be as safe as possible when driving. They took my information over the phone and placed the factory glass on order. When it came I received a call for them and set an appointment.When arriving at the business I found a neat and clean showroom with a comfortable seating area for waiting customers. I was greeted from the person sitting at the counter, who then paged a specialist to start the work. They called me when the car was finished, and I was happy to see that all was in good condition. They even gave me a can of window cleaner to make sure the new windshield stayed in tip-top shape!I must mention Ali as the person who helped me. Her kind and gracious manner showed this displaced New Yorker that southern hospitality is still alive and thriving here in Dothan.Even when I got his by another rock a few weeks later, she called me in and said that was still under warranty and could be repaired in a few minutes. I stopped by to have it done, and it was all finished while I had lunch next door.I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Dothan for your auto, home, and business glass-related needs. Their showroom can give you some great ideas too!
