I have done business with Gibson for several years. Geoff was always honest and fair and he and his team always did great work. I have dealt with Terrell (new owner) several times now and I believe that nothing has changed. Same great team. Same great work. Same fair prices. I will continue to use them for my automotive service and repair needs.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Called for price to repair my truck...owner got on the phone felt like an interrogation instead of a quote.He said "you gotta do better than that and "what do you want me to fix" and said he'd call me back with a price and never did these guys aren't professional take you money somewhere else.

WARNING!!! NEW OWNERS!!! STAY FARRRR AWAY! worst than a shade tree mechanic. I had taken my vehicle to Mr Gibson whom I've dealt with for years. next thing I know he no longer owns it and app new set of people worked on my vehicle and it's worst now than i took. Everything tore up. Owner says no refund and don't wanna fix it. So I had to get an attorney. I'm like who are, I didnt authorize you to fix my car. I don't see them being open long at all...

Ok, I have to say this place is awesome. I was passing through town and had my trucks idler pulley blow apart. Limped my truck here and they were nothing but nice and accommodating. Terrell offered us a ride with him to grab lunch which we did. Everyone here is totally genuine and nice. Pricing was great also, even though I was in a bind they didn't take advantage or gouge me. Totally recommend this establishment.

Terrell Crapps helped save our vacation! He was able to confirm the diagnosis, get the parts and get us back on the road in a few hours. Honest and accurate cannot ask for more in a mechanic!

Geoff Gibson and his team are top notch, they treat your vehicle as if it were their own.They give you a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. What more could you possibly ask for?I drove 5 hours to have a major job completed by this shop. You won t regret choosing Gibson Auto.

Very, very very professional. The owner listen to all of you concers and take your concerns to heart. I went to 4 mechanics that couldn't tell me where to even begin with my 07 Chevy Tahoe. Mr Gibson had me up and running in 2 days!! Him and his crew will be my mechanics from here on out.

Made us wait 8 weeks to do a brake repair. Then he installed the booster and master cylinder wrong. It got back to Tampa, brakes locked up in traffic. Towed to Ford, they found and repaired all the problems with the same parts, all were installed wrong. Called to discuss with the owner, he was horrible, tried to make tons if excuses, refused to do anything about his workmanship, hung up. Next stop, small claims court. Avoid this place like the plague!

I called simply for a rough estimate on transmission repair for my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. I gave him my codes and It was obvious how knowledgeable they were and I hope to do business here based solely on how nice they were to speak with!

not happy my truck has been in there for three weeks and it's not even fixed. paid $1700 upfront to get my truck done so i can work i told him i need my truck right away they told me no problem when i first dropped it off my truck would't go forward and would only go in reverse should've been a simple fix something what didn't take three weeks was told the shop was great the reviews looked awesome but obviously really disappointed. at first i was quoted $1600 and then it jumped to $1700 to $1900 seems like prices are a little off. been waiting on my truck and i lost my job in the process now and they working on everybody else's vehicles what keep coming in so disappointed................................ Got the truck back today 3/11/19 and it shifts excellent. told me he would be replacing the transmission case but i still have the same one one the truck. but as of right now it is shifting good but time will tell but as of right now its running good.

I am high school friends with him I took my car in 2 years ago it was 1,200.00 and now I took it back over a water pump which he should have replaced 2years ago now I have a 9hundred an 4 dollar bill he said I will give you a cash price which was 900 dollars now my radiator is gone .only had it back 3 day but couldn't drive it because the battery wouldn't would so I got a new battery an it was only the cable.so I spent 150 dollars on a battery I really didn't need too so.take your car their an see how he screws you Lol but not funny
