I have been to (2) mechanics within the area and neither have been helpful on solving my check engine light and AC issue. I called this place to see how much it would be to diagnose my vehicle (in hopes they could diagnose it accurately), and I was advised it would be $120.00. $120.00 just for that?! Yeah, I refuse to be taken advantage of. I may be a woman, but I am not stupid. I work with transformers for crying out loud. Don t recommend this place.

I took my car in for a simple oil change, they ask if I would like an inspection done on the car. I had fix my whole front a few days prior and I have new tires on it. So I said sure a quick inspection shouldn't hurt nothing. They took the car back and I was wondering why it was taking 2 hours to do a oil change and inspection. They had taken my tires off said they was rotting my tires. I told them no my tires are new and don't need rotating. They are warrantied with another shop. So the your woman mechanic could not put the tire and hub caps back on correctly. And she had taken off a bolt on my tire rod front and list it as the fault found. I know she did this because I just had I new one put on and it had a cotter pin through it . So she had to do it and take it out. She stripped my tire bolts with the impact gun they use to take you tires off and put them back on.Please don't take your car or any vehicle here in Dothan. They are very dishonest, and the mechanics are not properly trained. I simple oil change . I had to get my vehicles towed home. Because she took the bolt off of my new tire rod end. That has a cotter pin to hold it in place. Please don't have them do work on your car. Not even a oil change, because they will brake something that was never broken. Please don't even take it here to do an oil change are you will pay big for your choice. They are doing things to people's vehicles on purpose.

Purchased 4 new tires and got a great deal on them. They even beat the price of any other store. Also had an oil change and tire rotation at the best deal in town. Highly recommend them for those services!

The staff are very nice and friendly. They act like family and I appreciate this. The mechanics are also great, knowledgeable and willing to explain things. I like that they make suggestions to further improve your vehicle. I always use Firestone and always will.

I asked for the $10 inspection, the mechanic did not list any steering problems, and my steering fluid ump was not working, super hard to turn the steering wheel, they said I needed brakes all the way around, I took it to another shop and they showed me that my brake pads where almost new.Your mechanic or the Dothan Alabama shop was trying to take advantage f me, I'm a senior citizen.I did not authorize any work and when I picked up the car, I complained, the girl said they should have checked the steering problem and listed it, she did not know why the mechanic did not. She added an estimate for the power steering system fix. They said I needed 2 tires, another shop install 2 new tires and they said the other 2 tires where still good, so how is it that your guy wanted to sell me 2 tires for my 2 good tires.One of your district managers needs to have a car inspected at the shop and see how horrible and incompetent this shop is. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.I will not go back.

10x better customer service then the discount tire down the road. These gentleman and woman at Firestone were safe and respectful and helped me in an emergency situation while I was 600 miles away from home. I'll never go anywhere else other then Firestone from the one experience.

Took my car in to get tires put on and wow, they sure do excel in quality assurance and making sure they put all the parts back on your car that came on it when you brought it in. Missing lug covers and valve stem covers that they decided to replace with old worn ones. (One of which almost cross threaded one of the valve stems.) Then to boot, they couldn't even get the tire pressures set right (driver front 45 psi, passenger front 29 psi, driver rear 32 psi, and passenger rear 34 psi; 37 psi is recommended on all tires). Then to add insult to injury, I also paid for a lifetime alignment! These guys are second rate at best, would consider taking your vehicle to a more reputable shop. If they can't even do the little stuff right like tires, what makes you think they won't botch your timing belt job?

I would think after dropping almost 500 for an oil change, lifetime alignment and plugging a tire that had a small nail my car wouldn t come back with a low tire pressure light. Just saying.Service: TiresService: Tires

I give the lady there her name was Danielle 5 star but then mechanics -5 if I could they looked they don't wanna be there like and when you ask them a question one tells me I need this and that or there say I don't know after getting just a alignment because I put new struts in then days later I wreck leaving from work and the parts were perfectly fine now they just break after was told they needed to be changed so I had to fix my car myself without knowing anything on the side of the highway and I fixed the problem my self and after fixing it I found stuff they never touched and looks like they messed with some things under my car that wasn't there before I'll only go back for my tires because of the lady and have here near my car and that's it after that I will never go back rather teach myself then them make me spend money for stuff i dont need so dont worry ill be getting my lawyer involved because my car was fine till i wemt for agliment

I've always been provided with professional and positive service from the Management of the Service Centers. I'll keep using Firestone for My maintenance and repairs.

What a pleasant experience. What greeted warmly. Listened to the issue. Found the problem and resolved it. Recommended oil change, which was due. Completed at a fair price and got me on the road in about an hour

Have been here more than 45 minutes...has seen the tech wonder around more than I have seen him do anything. He has spoken with everyone else, searched for tools, talked with the guy smoking a cigarette, chatted with the front counter lady who is in the garage more than up front. Air in 2 tires is all he has done since we pulled up. If you value your time, 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

Hey, the panel of my fuse box is missing, may I have it back? No, our mechanic said he didn't remove it.Would you like tire service?No.Okay. That's helpful considering I came in for an oil change and blown fusesI found the panel cover in the parking lot.Edit: by the way! Lo and behold, it wasn't that the bulbs were out! I called and ordered my 21 tires a few days before actually getting them put on. YESSS 21 tires. Super hard to find and expensive to boot. But these guys got them in and beat the original timeline and the price was cheaper then anybody else for 80k mile Bridgestones. Michelins couldn t be found and no other store in town had any other brands available. Been coming here for 10 years and I ll keep coming back.

I have used Firestone in the past but this time very disappointed in the service. Took my vehicle in for a random front end alignment left the store the next day started hearing a knocking sound then my steering wheel stiffened up not had one minutes issue with it. Took it back they said it was the wheel bearing on right hand passenger side. & my power steeling pump I'm still not sure if it's the pump but something tells me they must have damaged something while it was up in the air. They did a check first time never mentioned anything about one issue until I was quoted 1400.00 worth of work under my hood needed to he done. Which I still believe is not right long story short. I will be having a dealership go over the work done by them & If it's somthing they did I will be taking this a step furthercertanily do not appreciate being took for a fool. What happened to the honest & well trained mechanics.

Thumbs down charged me for services that was not done. And the courtesy check is big joke. Damaged my vehicle and gave me a estimate to fix it. Waited and watched in the parking lot 3 hours while nothing was done to my car. Costomer service has contacted me but it is still not resolved. I will never go back. Still no a/c in my car and more repairs are needed.

My GF went to the store by the Mall with a piece of metal in the tread on 8/18. The young man quickly looked at the tire and said, can't be fixed, you need new tires. He gladly quoted her the price for new tires. Since it was passed 6 p.m., I told her I would deal with it in the morning. I took it to my mechanic the following morning and he patched it with no issues. That young man was either lazy and/or untrained.

The first time I went to firestone was to buy my four new tires. They told me I needed a new tyrod on passenger side. So I said I will have it checked out at the dealership. I went to the dealership and had it checked out. There was nothing wrong with neither one of my tyrods or anything else.. There was nothing wrong with either one of the tierods or anything else. I called back to firestone and talked to the manager. He said that his mechanic doesn't do that. Well evidently he did. He got a little nasty. And told me have a good day. And hung up...... I think they need better training.

When our Good Sam's Roadside Assistance failed us, my husband had to change the tire on our cargo trailer himself and the spare was cracking. Our truck navigation system pointed us to Walmart who couldn't help us but the nice lady referred us to this Firestone. They were FANTASTIC! Helpful, kind, courteous, all around great guys! Great price on 2 new tires, they changed them out and had us back on the road within about an hour. The place got jammed after we arrived and I noticed they were as nice to all the customers as they were to us. I highly recommend this Firestone!

Went in to get a battery for my bmw. Brandon called me with updates and the price with installation was just a few dollars more then the price at some of the other auto parts store without installation. Very satisfied.

Staff was super helpful, polite. Broke away a stubborn lug nut, replaced them with new ones and changed my tire (with my spare) for no charge. All in about 20 minutes! When I'm ready to purchase a new round of tires I know where I'm going

I got to the shop at 430 on a Friday, parts has to be ordered. They said they would be in around 8:00 am and they will call me. I informed that I have a service to be at at 1 pm. Let's see how this goes. Will update with the out come....Update - the next morning at 730 the shop called and told me that some of the parts are in and one major part was not due till Monday. Me being from our of state asked what can be done to get me home. They said let's see what we can do.Lucky I had family in town as well. I speak with the shop later that day told me that they could get it drivable againI pick the car up around 230 that day. Made it homeThanks.

Driving from Illinois to Florida I had an electronics falure and had to be towed to Firestone. They attempted to fix it on Saturday but couldn't get me going again. Manager Brandon secured me a ride to a rental car to continue my trip. On Monday helped coordinate a tow to the Buick dealership. Buick had 7 hours labor finding the problem. Everyone at Firestone was very friendly and helpful on Saturday even though they probably knew they I had a larger problem than their equipment could solve. The bill for all their time was very reasonable. Brandon was a tremendous help. Thank youService: Electrical repair

I take my car here all the time for an oil change and never really had a problem until the other day. Took my car for an oil change and they told me they couldn t change my oil unless I paid $140 for a diagnostic test because I had too many lights on. So I left there and went to another place and the guy checked my car for free and basically said the lights are on because you don t have any oil and need a oil change (which I m sure Firestone knew). And guess what he changed my oil and lights are off and my car drives the way it should. I basically feel like Firestone was trying to get over on me and wanted extra money and nope I want be back.Service: Oil change

Confusing location. It's easily seen from the road, but it's hard to figure out how to get to them. It's best to go in through the mall. Very messy shop. Trash everywhere, and it was just as they were opening for the day. They weren't able to help me with a flat on my dually. Tires were to large. I expected more from Firestone. I got my tire fixed at Billy tire in Dothan al. A small business willing and able to help out on a Sunday.

Here from out of town and had a tire going soft. Pulled into their shop around 4PM on a Saturday. Two vehicles to work on ahead of me so expect to wait - no issue. Tires were under a road hazard warranty which they were able to lookup on their computer. Tire repaired ($0.00) and I was on my way back to hotel in 90 minutes. Thanks guys.Service: Tires
