Sam is awesome! Very quick and professional. May be a tad pricey but it s worth not having to sit and wait for 3/4 hrs on a job to be done. They are all very nice up here. Highly recommend!

I have been getting my oil changed here for years and always receive the best services. Today I had a brake light go out and Branden quickly took care of it with no cost to me. Thanks for always having great customer service and thank you Branden!

Great experience and fast service! This is where I get all of my oil changes. Typically an oil change in under 15 minutes. Peter provided great service and recommendations for general auto care.

Super fast, professional, and helpful staff and service. This is always my go-to oil change spot! The staff is always friendly and talks to me about my car needs without being pushy and making me feel like they re just trying to up-sale me. I really appreciated the windshield wiper change. I had a fabulous experience today at Express! I always use them for my oil changes etc. and they are always great but today Tony was the guy who helped me and he was AWESOME! He went over and beyond and I truly appreciate that!! He did all the things and my car definitely needs all the things lol I feel save to drive to the beach this weekend because of how intentional he was with everything he did for me today! Thanks again Tony!

Be careful when you get your oil changed or anything done at this place. I went for what was supposed to be a simple oil change and it turned into a very bad experience. They failed to secure a part! This caused me to be unable to drive my vehicle for 2 days. If this part would have fully dislodged, it would have caused me to wreck. All that Chris, the manager said (after they fixed their mistake)was sorry about this and handed me $15.00 off next service. Oh, and I needed to hold on to the card with 15.00 off. I m guessing if I lose it I won t get the $15.00 discount. Not a professional way to handle this situation. I really thought they would have at least given me a free oil change or reimbursement for my time. I spent $92.00 and was out a vehicle for 2 days.

Wonderful service, prices very fairly. I was recommended to visit them for my transmission oil change I notice a lot of places do regular oil changes but not transmission oil. They actually found an issue that could have cost me plenty. My truck was stuck in 3rd gear I had no idea and we got it fixed. I was so appreciative of getting that fixed quickly and the price was so reasonable. I will be back for more service and my normal maintenance. Fast, reasonable, pleasant staff, explained everything so I not only understood but I could explain it myself. I most definitely suggest calling them for quotes as well as going in for maintenance services. This really was a great team environment. I felt welcome and it was super fast. The waiting room offered self-serve bottled water and coffee and it was clean.

So, one time when I was at a tire and oil change place, the staff mainly Tony and Branden were super friendly and helpful. They made sure I understood everything that was happening with my car and kept me updated throughout the process. Plus, they finished the job quickly and efficiently. It was such a positive experience.

Amazing people work here!They always find and fix the problem I have with my car and educate me on how and why things happen. Their prices are the best I have found in Dothan as well.I will continue to trust and take my car to these guys! 100% recommended!

I went to express oil today just for an oil change. Tony and Greg went above and beyond for me and made my experience one to remember! They went out of their way to fix something that no other location even gave a second thought without me even having to ask. Highly recommend this location!

These are the only people me and my family bring our vehicles!! They are honest and very great costumer services. They have done everything from putting on tires too installing a new headlight for me. Thank you Chris for treating me and my family like family!

Roy was very helpful. Gave me an estimate and didn't make me feel pressured. I went home with my estimated work that needed to be done and I will be coming back in a few weeks to have some repairs done.

I drove up to Express on a Saturday morning and was able to pull straight into a bay for my oil change without a wait! The entire staff was professional, friendly and efficient. They even cleaned my windshield. This is definitely my new place for car servicing!

Tony was very helpful as well as everyone else here. They re extremely kind, and make sure that you aren t gonna leave without everything being taken care of. I 100% recommend this one over many others. They also don t overcharge at all.
