Stopped at 4 different shops before I found this one. My '07 Z06 rides so low that other shops couldn't get it on their lift. This worked out for the best. The techs were extremely polite and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and very up-to-date with the latest equipment. Very impressed with the staff and their ability to properly repair my car.

My check engine light was flashing and traction light was on. I knew that Express Oil did mechanic work cause I always go there for oil changes because it's quick and convenient. Thank you Ivan and Roy for fixing the problem and getting me back on the road. Top notch service and very professional!!!

The guys here are always very friendly and the wait time is minimal... incorporating laughter all while giving a rundown of what he was checking on my car Austin made my experience a fun one. And Kody was very helpful getting me a quote on a tire. Will definitely recommend to others!

Professional, kind, and courteous! My autistic son was having a hard time waiting, and the guys offered him some sunglasses (which he loves!). It s a small act of kindness, but it made a huge difference in our experience. Shout out to Austin, Brent, & Kody for going the extra mile for us.

Since 1995, I ve only used Express Oil for my services. From Montgomery, to Auburn and now Dothan for the last 14 years, I ve never had a bad experience. But this new location is even better than I could imagine. The kindness and professionalism are unmatched. I can t say enough about this caring staff. Furthermore, have the cleanest, most comfortable accommodations I ve seen yet. Sheer perfection. 10 stars.

This place was very busy but still fast! Suede gave great service, and everyone else was kind. There was free coffee for me and free water for my daughter in the lobby while we waited. 10/10 would recommend!!

Kody and Ivan makes oil changes fun. Both men have such bubbly personalities and you can tell they enjoy what they do! I won't go to any other oil change company because of them. Thanks again for such an enjoyable oil change experience.

Showed up to have my oil changed. During the service, A gentleman named Hunter pointed out to me that my rear passenger tire was very low on air, and could potentially have a leak. He thoroughly checked the tire for the aforementioned leak, and to my surprise, a nail was located directly in the center of my tire! Hunter then went on to politely describe how the problem could be fixed and asked me if I would like to get it patched, in which I agreed to do so. The oil change service and tire patch were done very quickly, in fact, I was out of the door in less than 45 minutes! It s safe to say that Hunter and the rest of the team at Express Oil Change are very cordial, polite, and efficient. You can really tell that these people love what they do! And the best part? I NEVER felt pressured! I will most definitely be returning to this location, and I highly, highly recommend their services.K.W

went in this morning with Ivan the nicest human being I ve met in Dothan Alabama. The whole team was amazing. I will never go get an oil change anywhere else. I m bringing him a public sub as soon as possible. I work at Publix right and I m gonna refer everybody, I know to them.

My daughter s car was parked outside overnight in these super low temperatures and wouldn t start even with me and my husband trying to jump her off. I called Express Oil Change at Cottonwood Corners and the manager was so kind to send one of his mechanics, Peyton, to us at Fieldcrest Apartments. He got the car running and followed us back to the shop where they carefully checked the car and didn t find any issues. While waiting, they put air in my tires and then insisted no charge for any of their services. I highly recommend this place of business and want to personally recognize the manager, Peyton, and Suede for their professionalism and kindness. We ve been customers for year on the west side of Dothan and will continue to be loyal to this company and suggest you do as well. Thank you, gentlemen! Be blessed!

These guys are very professional and efficient. I came in for an oil change and the representative noticed my new wiper blades sitting on my passenger seat so they put them on for me. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here. It s hard to find this level of service these days.

Just got oil changed. Everyone was fast and courteous. Very upfront and honest with what needed to be done and no hard sales tactics. Provided information and pricing on upcoming maintenance, which is a nice option and offer. All in all no hassle, quick, efficient oil change.

I was nearby and decided to try the new Express Oil Change near me rather than my usual place.Brent and Austin were cordial and thorough, followed a procedural checklist into the process. They checked the usual wipers and air filters but also all the lights to be sure they were working.Brent mentioned option to replace a the cabin filter but was not pushy about it, just provided the info so I could decide if I wanted them to change it out or not, which I appreciated.Austin also answered another minor mechanical question I felt he would be familiar with relative to his experience.The points inspection was good and beneficial, particularly for those who may not know to or be able to check those things on their own (particularly the cabin air filter.)Side note (Intended as reference to the industry as a whole, not directed at Express Oil Change specifically ):I would like to see a more competitive pricing on wipers, filters, etc. from these facilities since I would be more inclined to utilize the value added services as a convenience.

The guys here are simply amazing. They were beyond helpful but mostly they were HONEST. Austin and Zac were the guys who assisted with my vehicle and I was left satisfied. Austin even assisted with a ride to my job because I had to leave my vehicle. I will most definitely be back for all vehicle maintenance. Again these guys are great and straightforward. Would recommend 10 out 10!!!

Had to get a last second oil change. Every single person that worked there was super nice. I ve gone to a few locations and I never knew they did top offs for free so besides being nice also informative. They just opened so lots of coupons. Fast and friendly and I was able to get on my way.

I'm a single woman who took my car for a oil change and I asked them to check my brakes and I just knew they would say I needed new brakes, but in stead they bleed them and dusted them off.I love this place and will go back.Michael and Hunter were so much help and did not try to rip me off.Awesome place and great work, I'm so very happy .

For this being my first experience I highly advise this facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. They explain everything so clearly and don t leave you feeling lost in auto talk lol. We will definitely be back for them to service our other vehicles as well!
