If you ever need a tow definitely go with eagle towing! Best towing experience ever and the service tech we had James was phenomenal and had an excellent sense of humor! We will definitely be using this service next time we have a car break down!

These Guys are awesome and did a Fantastic job getting my Car back to the dealership after my water pump failed. James (the Tow Truck Driver) was friendly and took care in the preparation and delivery of my car back to the Dealer and the Dispatcher kept me posted on the Drivers arrival to my location. Thanks Guys

They keep their trucks parked on a busy downtown public road which blocks traffic and significantly increases the chance of an accident as I have been on the side of the road that isn't blocked by their trucks and someone in the on coming lane still decides to share my lane and almost caused me to wreck. I understand that example is mostly the fault of the other driver, but they should not be blocking public roads for their parking just so they can get to a crash 5 seconds before a different wrecker company.

I've had to use Eagle towing several times through AAA and the drivers are always very nice and helpful, which is a big change from the towing service that AAA was using before. Eagle towing always responds quickly, and they not only towed my car to the shop to be be dropped off but also gave me a ride home. Thank you for being professional and courteous, and always responding in a timely manner!Service: Car towing

Reasonable rates and super quick service. No one ever wants to need a tow but if you need one the staff at Eagle Towing are professional and courteous to the max. Helped us out of a jam on a sunday afternoon.

They were called to tow my jeep when it got totaled. Somewhere in between them picking up my car and getting it to the tow yard some expensive tools came up missing. More like stolen. Be very careful

Came and got my car within 2 hours of it becoming disabled. It had a magnetic flashlight on the rear for visibility and the driver courteously cut it off and returned it with the vehicle. A little pricey but the quality of the service was worth it.

I called on Friday to schedule a pickup for Monday morning no one showed up. I called back at 1100 and was told someone would be here within an hour still no one showed up. At 300 in the afternoon a very nice gent showed up and explained that dispatch had dropped the ball.I spent an the majority of my day waiting,. I missed a neighbor's funeral not to mention not being able to go help my Mama . After all the good reviews I was very disappointed. I would have a hard time recomending you company based on my experience.Service: Car towing

They were very fast and professional. It only took about thirty minutes to have my daughter s car towed and delivered to our house from the time I called stating I needed a tow truck. Robert and Brandon came and towed my car from Midland City to Ozark after I hit a curb (don't laugh guys) and busted my two passenger side tires. These guys were great! Super funny, very personable and professional. They absolutely turned my bad day into a great one! Will be requesting Eagle towing and Brandon and Robert if I ever need a tow truck again and will definitely be recommending y'all to others! Thank you so much for turning my day around!

It sucks to have your car towed no matter what the reason and having to spend money to get it out but so far, everyone that I have dealt with at eagle towing has been exceptionally friendly and helpful in everyway. It's really amazing what good customer service can do for business. Would definitely recommend

I absolutely love Eagle Towing! I have AAA, and any time I'm ever in need of help Eagle Towing is always there to help out. Also they are super fast and I feel they go above for there customers. Such wonderful people to! Highly recommended!

My husband was driving home during hurricane Michael and his car got two flat tires. He called our roadside assistance , but they said no one could get to him because of the storm. My husband's car sat in Cottondale Florida for 7 days and we could not find anyone local to help. So thankful our roadside assistance connected us with Eagle Towing in Dothan Alabama. They towed our car, and we could not be happier with their quality and timely manner. Highly recommend!

I just want to thank Mark from Eagle Towing & Recovery in Dothan AL for his kindness in helping a friend of mine...her vehicle broke down a few weeks ago. He went above & beyond to help my friend who was homeless at the time, with three children. She and her children are no longer homeless, the kids are in school. I am so grateful for all the help he gave my friend....I don't think Mark really knows or understands just how wonderful he was that day, and I am personally forever grateful. Mark, you're a Angel !!!! God Bless you !!!!

Great service they provided my company tow away service they were fast and easy to work with..I will lost def do business with them for a long time plus they are AAA certified which is not as available in the Dothan area like you may think..they provide battery service,jumps, lock out just don't call for a new tire they are not dealers they can tow u to a tire place..lol..also always keep in line you are not the only one needing a tow patience even in distress is important..they are there to help you so don't be rude when you called them for help...be kind to others

They got to me fast and unlocked my vehicle when I couldn't get a locksmith. They hit me for 60 bucks, but I was in no position to argue.

Disappointed..i called to get my truck towed from Hartford to Dothan to get repaired..i explained to the lady I spoke with that my insurance would pay 100.00 for the tow..and wanted to know how much it would cost in total..i gave her the address and where it had to go..she said the 100.00 would cover it..so I waited for the tow truck almost 2 hours..when I know it takes me 35 minutes to drive the same route.. I called to check if they were lost and found that there GPS took them miles out of the way..long story short..they charged 170.00..when I called to ask why it was 70.00 more..the lady said oh u talked to Kim and she was wrong..thats what it is..i don't mind paying what I owe..but don't tell me one thing..and charge 70.00 more..i could have shopped around.

Great service, trustworthy and dependable.
