Amazing experience. These guys went out of their way. Sent one guy (Brandon) to get the paperwork done and another guy (Eston) to deliver my brand new truck. Eston left at 0530 and drove to GA and picked up my truck from another dealership and had it to me at noon. Bill LISTENED to what I was looking for and found it. Another dealership quoted me $7000.00 more for the same vehicle... Honestly I don't know how to express the gratitude and respect these guys earned.. I have a couple more vehicles I need in the near future and I will definitely be talking to them...

I came in for service. Oil change and tire rotation. I was treated very well and was done in no time. Two things I wish they did like the Dodge dealer in Morton IL. where I bought my Ram and they serviced for the first 5 years of ownership. They did the safety check and had a form showing everything they checked and how much remained like the brakes and tires, etc . Secondly they washed the vehicle. Only took about 15 minutes longer. But well worth it. I give Dothan Chrysler Dodge 4 out if 5 stars. Morton got 5 out of 5 for comparison.

Chance in the service was polite and helpful. He took the time to explain everything that was going with my vehicle a d found the best solutions. There was a moment when I was getting hesitate because the product is discontinued but he reassured me that he could still help me; I'm grateful for his time and services.

Stopped in to look for a SUV our salesman was Mark C. very nice and funny. Wasn't pressured into a vehicle. Will definitely deal with Mark C. Again. Update. I purchased my first vehicle from here last night. I will say Mark C. And Kip S. Are the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. My husband and I will definitely do business here with them. Thank you gentlemen for all you did and went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier.

Nate (Cowboy) was great he didn t stop trying til he got us into a car. My wife loves the car. I like the car. I wanted something different but we have a car nonetheless cause other places couldn t get us into a car with what we had to work with. I recommend anyone to see him

We had exceptional service and we are well satisfied with our purchase. Joni is a great salesperson and the finance manager Keith Caraway is excellent to work with! Everyone there was nice and eager to help. I will definitely return for any future vehicle purchase.

Can t put into words how amazing this whole experience was. Brandon and Kyle got us into a 2020 truck when me and the wife were shopping for an older truck because we thought we wouldn t qualify. We got an amazing deal through this dealership on our new truck. The process took us less than an hour due to their professionalism and efficiency. I would definitely do business with them again.

Overall great service, great communication, and very easy to have my car worked on. Only reason I can't do 5 stars is the loaner car service was not helpful and could be improved. My car took 3 days longer due to a mistake their mechanic made and yet they were unable to provide a loaner vehicle. Other than that very grateful they were able to service my Fiat.

Outstanding sums up this review! I live 2 hours from this particular dealership and recieved excellent service. When shopping for a vehicle during the high period of Covid, this dealership drove the vehicle to my house just to test drive a vehicle! What dealership can you think of that would go that far out of their way for customers? I salute all! Job well done!

This week the Dothan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership did repairs on our 2012 1500 RAM truck and our 2015 3500 RAM truck. We are impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of each person that we met. The service advisor Chance was excellent and helpful with all my requests. The technician George that worked on our truck did a great job with our repairs and answered all my questions. We would definitely take our trucks back to them if we ever needed and we recommend them for anyone who needs a great repair service.

It was so Laid Back and Friendly. All of the Staff here was Super Friendly, Very Helpful and made this car buying experience Awesome!!! I went in for the $0 down no payments for 3 months and $199 a month. They only had a Kia soul left!(Yuck) They talked me into a jeep renegade that was not included in their promotion. I don't love it yet but I like it ALOT. The sales person and financial were not on the same page but they were both helpful and friendly. I had a pretty good experience for my first lot car. Will most likely go back when I'm ready for another car.

Great job getting me in and out for service without appointment. Entire staff was very professional and everyone spoke to all customers checking to see if the could help with anything. Parts guys also helped on with parts and advice on another project. Very helpful!! Thank you!

Great conversation with the staff, but I was greeted as mortgage on wheels , as soon as I walked in. I should ve known then I d be expected to pay $300,000 for a USED ..but very nice, SUV! There were conversations had prior to my arrival and it s unfortunate, but it s business, so I get it . I ll just seek out my business ventures elsewhere! Thanks for your time though!

I went in to see why my parking brake cable has oil residue on it Dezi I think that s her name was the receptionist or whatever she is wrote it down and she did the complete opposite of what I told her charged me for a diagnostic fee and all when I already knew the problem they looked at things I didn t tell them to look at and then they messed up bleeder valve on my caliber they thought I wasn t going to check underneath but I did and it was constantly leaking mind you I check my differential everyday cause it s new so I m checking the calibers as well it hasn t never leaked. The only thing I came for was to check why I had residue on parking brake cable and chance told me the hydro booster could be leaking. They touched things I didn t tell them to and messed up my back brake caliber I just told them give me back my truck they try and mess up things so they can go back and fix it to charge you more money bad business don t not come here for vehicle service they are scammers.

Could not of asked for better service! Joni and Mike were WONDERFUL in my car buying experience! Joni searched high and low to find the exact car I wanted and went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I ended up having to order a custom order, but they ended up getting one in just like I wanted and I was able to get that one instead of having to wait for the custom order! The service I had with Joni and Mike was top notch and this is now my second jeep bought from Dothan jeep! Even our finance/ paperwork guys we dealt with were wonderful as well!!! They will be for sure the place I order a 3rd jeep in the future! Thank you again for everything!!!!!

I bought my Jeep from here little over 2 years ago. I have not taken my Jeep anywhere other than here for any of my Jeep needs(oil changes thus far) I started to have a wobble/ vibration when I would hit bumps or driving at high speed so I called in October to get it in. They had no appts until Nov 28th. On Nov 28th I was told I needed my steering dampener replaced, new tires, and shocks. Was told they needed to order the steering Dampener and would take about a week to get here and they d call me to get me asap. Mid December approaches no call. I Call parts in Montgomery, should be here in a couple of days. Christmas passes still no call. So I call approx Jan 5th. Parts in. They get me schd. Date that worked for me was Jan 31. Was not a quick hour fix Jeep needed to be there for a bit which I get but I also work full time and have two kids in activities so being without a car isn t easy. Call to make sure they have night drop Tech Matt answers the phone says yes there is night drop ask what I m having done I explain. Matt asks if I ve had it diagnosed. Why yes Matt I ve had it diagnosed you are the one who diagnosed it and said you d call me when my part was in. Matt says ooh well I m sure they never told me your part was here! So needless to say they don t really care about keeping track of their customers parts. But if they order you a part and you go elsewhere for the work they will charge you a restocking fee! I ll be taking my business to Enterprise Jeep.

Went in to have a part fixed on my vehicle. Wife sat in there for an hour for her to be told the seatbelt was fixed. Upon returning home we found out that the problem was not fixed. Called back for someone to tell us they do not have a loaner vehicle. Keep in mind we have 4 children which ALL require a seatbelt. They were not helpful at all.
