Doug was a great mechanic. He helped me many times with my old rusty Tacoma before I left Dothan, and I always appreciated how he was willing to explain what he was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I wish every mechanic was as good and honest as him.

I love this shop & the owners ! It is what taking your car to get repaired, used to be like. Friendly faces, friendly interaction , you get an honest estimate because they don t try to shuck and jive you . I would say that 95% of the time Doug already knows What the problem with your car is. The other 5%he uses finding out what the problem is.I recommend this repair shop to anyone girls especially because they re not gonna take advantage just because we are female like a lot of shops do unfortunately !Lynda KNew 2 Neat Cleaning Co

Was recommended by another car shop to come here and get my AC recharged. After Doug checked it, turns out my AC was just fine and tested great. Any other shop would ve continued with the service and still charged me for the service and labor. Doug was very quick to call and tell me I don t need the service and there was nothing I needed to pay for. Very honest man, and I know where I ll be going when I do need my AC recharged.

Doug the owner is my business neighbor & he has done a lot of work on my car. He is a good man of God. He & his crew have always done good work & I have referred several friends to him, they feel the same as I do. He knows his business. Let's not forget people he is there to make a living for his family not do free services as a favor to you. He has overhead - help that expect a pay check. If you don't want to pay someone for their time & services..do it yourself. Some of you would find something to complain about even if it was free.

Beware of an extremely dishonest repair shop.Very sneaky folks. Charged me $85 dollars just to tell me after looking at my car for 20 minutes that they don't know exactly why my Air Conditioner is not working but they have to "tear into the compressor" so they can try and find the issue.So...let's recap, I paid this shop $85 dollars so they could tell me what I already knew and they couldn't figure out. So nothing was fixed and I was back to square one.

Horrendous experience. I had them replace the water pump, and after I picked up the car, the check engine light came on. I immediately called back and told them Autozone said the code was a thermostat control sensor warning and they had reset the code The woman told me not to worry unless the light came back. It did. I called back, and went there twice but the owner was out sick. One of their mechanics looked at it and said it looked like the thermostat was sticking, and said whoever replaced the water pump should have put a new thermostat in. I reminded him that the work had been done there. He said the owner would have to look at it. Days went by with me checking but he was still out sick. The woman said she d call when he got back but didn t. I called again to see if he was there and she set the phone down to check, and I could hear her speaking in the background. Rude offensive people who seem completely disinterested in customer satisfaction or quality workmanship. I would NEVER recommend this business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

They charged me $85 to hook up my car to their computer. Sent me to another place who assured me that their diagnosis was wrong. Other places don't charge anything for computer diagnosis. Very upsetting. Having spent $85 for nothing, I don't have enough money to repair my car.

I was headed to PCB and my car broke down, I had no clue what to do and by a god sent I found Doug, he assured me that he could fix it and he did, very nice man and has to be the most honest mechanic I have ever met .. I would recommend him to anyone , wished we lived closer it s always to have a great and honest mechanic near by .. thank you Doug for taken such great care of myself and my car.

Doug has been servicing my vehicles since I moved to Dothan back in 2011. He is THE MAN. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST. He doesn't shoot you through the grease like some auto repair shops try to do. He fixes the issues right the first time in record time. I highly recommend you visit Doug for all your vehicle's needs. Buen servicio. I had an issue with my alternator and I was having trouble with the pulley so I decided to take it here. They were patience with the issue as O'Reilly's gave me the wrong part. The price was in the range I expected for the service. They will work with you if you are patience.

This is my go to place for all auto repairs. The owner Doug is a fantastic person and one of the nicest people. It's hard to find a trustworthy car person these days and I feel like I struck gold.

Absolutely the worst place and experience I have had in my life. Took my truck in to have a fuel pressure test ran. The same day he called and said he had fixed the problem. When I got there he said he took out a fuse from the fuse box and put it back in and it fixed the problem... So I took my truck and drove it to work, and noticed nothing had changed. So the next day I took it back and let them look at it more. When I went back to pick it up he said there was 3 possible problems but couldn't tell me what it was 100%. I was tired of the situation so we just payed and left (we payed $180 and he didn't fix anything!) , but when I went to leave my truck wouldn't crank, and that gave me time to notice something else. I looked down at my driver side wheel and see an big dent on the side of the lip. The wheels were in perfect condition before coming to this shop and now I have a dent in them. One wheel alone is worth hundreds of dollars. So we charged back in and demanded our money back. And he's lucky that's all we did. I'm still contemplating filing a lawsuit on this place. Absolutely no respect to customers vehicles

Doug and his team have worked on both my truck and my wifes car several times. They have always been honest and fair with their pricing AND have always been quick to get the job done.Highly recommend them.

Good Quality Service!!!!They Ordered a replacement engine, removed old broken engine and replaced with a new/used engine in 2006 Ford Explorer. Fair price, Friendly service and completed job within 30 days.

I was there 42 minutes and got charged 2 hours labor. I paid almost 250 dollars to put in a 20 dollar knockoff cabin filter and and a shot of freon. Doug, u are a crook. I think i let u know , now I want everyone else to know.

Bad customer service, don t waste your time going in. Worker was too busy having a personal conversation to even acknowledge us until we were walking out the door. Went to another shop and they were looking at the car within a minute. Don t settle.

People that work there are extremely rude. It took forever for someone to acknowledge that I was standing right in front of them. Won't be using this mechanics shop

Horrible Place,do not go here to get anything done.Awful customer service..Couldn't even repair a Headlight switch had to go to Tuffy Tire to get it done.Took them 15 minutes.STAY AWAY!!!
